claire has this too
-
oh this is on steam by the way
-
but what if you didn't get caught a single time and did all you could.. then the gates are next to each other so the killer doesn't even have to move 10 meters away lol. it's very frustrating. doors should not be that close together. it feels unfair as a survivor and when im the killer in that situation it feels laughably cheesy.
-
funny post op and goodbye.
-
it really limits options not to mention that she already had only a few cosmetics :(
-
^ this for laurie
-
im sure the survivors would love it if you could insta kill them eyes closed with your toes on the keyboard every game lol. i'm sure if you keep playing killer you will become able to play without sweating at some point
-
there is no gen rush lol. they are doing gens because you aren't there
-
i try to win- but i also want to have fun. as a killer i try to play as fair as i can without compromising my win completely. depends on the survivors too - i mean if they are super "ochido" i might play different. as a survivor i only t bag etc if the killer is playing like a total dick
game would definitely be better if people werent so sweaty
-
i've been having more fun as a killer after the ruin change (i'm probably in the minority here) i actually stopped using ruin when the changes were announced and started changing up my builds - i found out i never needed it in the first place.
honestly: good survivors would do gens fast regardless of ruin and ruin had a chance of being found immediately thus being useless (isn't that what people were always complaining about)
also you could combo ruin with other slowdown perks making it very painful playing against let's say a decently good killer with : ruin, pop the weasel, thana, dying light etc. i have definitely played against killers with this kind of builds who also were very efficient at chases - resulting in maybe 1 generator getting done at max. i think ruin change was a step in the right direction tbh
-
i hate the hair. it's hideous - makes me think of an adult dressed as a little girl and the make up just makes it worse. she looks like a sex doll -.-
the top and pants can at least be used with other cosmetics but overall pretty unfortunate
(anyone else noticing how many skins have exposed belly buttons? i don't mean that it's scandalous or anything i'm just noticing there are so many skins like that recently)

I find mori's fun as both killer and survivor. Stop taking the game so seriously, dude
it's like saying the old bnp was fun for both killer and survivor. maybe even four at once (compare to : ebony mori)
-
i wouldn't pay for this :/ mori's are pretty boosted
-
freddy already has pretty amazing map pressure not sure if he needs more
-
not sure if the in game reports even do anything - not to mention the give thumbs up button
-
You like to call people you disagree with survivor mains lol😆
I have played 3k hours (both sides). I can play without ruin just fine
Honestly just take another slow down perk. There are plenty to choose from. You dont have to be that spirit with ruin dying light weasel etc. I bet you will become comfortable trying new perks after 10 matches. New ruin is not that bad either. Killer kids like to create this air of victimhood but killer is much easier to play now than it was a year or two ago
-
let's see i bet every one of you, even the worst killer here has had at least 1 time in their dbd career where their ruin got found instantly, and they still 4k'd... ruin is not as essential as people think. the fact that you can combo it with other gen perks like pop goes the weasel, thana, dying light makes for some ridiculous combos - dont even mention noed. not to brag about my playtime but i play rank 1 killer every season and it is too easy most of the time. switch ruin for another perk like dying light etc and adapt. i did that last night with a very good success.
-
I think people are so used relying on ruin they all went to panic mode. After reading the news I went ahead and replaced ruin from my killer builds and played some games. In only one of six I couldnt stop the survivors from escaping (did pretty bad with gatekeeper tho) on red rank. I think ruin changes will be interesting- personally I feel kind of.. liberated being more comfortable using alternative builds. Quit if you want but you could also give it a go and experiment
-
I can usually tell when the killer has noed because they play like a potato, being bad at pathing and mindgames and maybe unable to catch more than one survivor before the gens are done. Haha good killers dont need noed because they can win before that. Even when the killer doesnt have noed, noed still exisist in the match (at least to a point) - cleanse 5 totems and waiste time or risk being insta downed at the end.
-
keys are not op.
as it has been stated, you can see them in the survivors hand in the lobby - bring franklins, tunnel the guy or dodge if you are a coward. check under the hook when you've killed them to see if the key disappeared or not and act accordingly.
for more than 1 survivor to escape with a key, they would have to have almost completed their objective (4 gens). they also need luck in finding the hatch (for most maps). many times the killer will stop them in time. the killer can also close the hatch - i've managed to do it many times so i will at least get one of them. EBONY MORI on the other hand, removes the all challenge from the killer's objective - he only needs to hook once and tunnel and it's gg ez. stop comparing the two!
i never dodge keys. they bring an additional tactical element to the game and give the survivors a chance if the killer is snowballing. as i said in another thread, removing things from a game can make the game dull in the long run. it needs to be considered in detail before it happens.
like i understand, why a killer would be salty about a key. you thought you were gonna win for sure but the survivors manage to escape. but the thing is, the other side are players too. just because a thing annoys you doens't make it op in itself.
-
Killer used to feel this way for me ... when I was new to playing killer. Now believe me or not I can 3 or 4k at red ranks most of my games and it doesnt stress me. It's a matter of practise - don't give up and take losses as learning or just try to have fun
-
i'm bored with the default music (especially on killer's pov)
-
i personally disliked only the noed one - because i feel bad for using this perk (it's cheap imo. i hate personally using it) i even did it in a very toxic way if you want to know ... probably my second worst crime in my all play time of dbd. because i wanted it done in a single try, i played "badly" on purpose so noed would activate in the end. i had killed 2 at this point. then i slugged the second last guy for a while and waited the last guy to do the final gen but he didn't. so i pretended to farm with them, slugged them, opened the door and killed them (with noed active obviously). oof. i got sweaty in real life i felt so bad.
i don't think you doing a challenge can necessarily be toxic by itself. because everyone is doing this stuff for the archives. however, as my example above ^ you can be a dick if you want while doing them.
one huntress facecamped me for blinding her at a pallet (flash challenge). people see different things as toxic.
-
it's not really a matter of life or death for me tbh. original freddy had more personality than the 2010's one. 2010 looks kind of funny in game and the movie wasn't great either. thanks for quentin i guess
-
i think the new rank reset is fine. if you are rank 1, you should be on rank 1. there's no reason to go and have 20 easy af games and bully low rank people
-
I finished it some time ago.. but I play a lot every day. They made the third challenges easier so maybe the 4th ones wont be too bad?
Im not sure but for the dark sense one you might just have to be present when the gen gets completed
Good luck.
Finishing the rift will be difficult because they hope you will buy tiers
-
a dev said it was never intended ! i hate this "killers only get nerfed" boo boo blind mentality ! it's like all killer's are crap if they don't have a 80% kill rate. it's embarrassing. why don't you be proud of being good at a "bad" killer rather than just whine so every killer is so easy that you can play with your toes and eyes closed. git gud.

I've barely seen any Oni's since his release.
i feel like i play only against oni and freddy atm :D (rank 1)
-
im red rank too and i don't agree. playing killer doesn't feel hard for me :/ maybe it's a matter of practice ? or attitude. you don't need a 4k to "win" or to have fun
-

It is intended to be very hard to escape at that point. If you didn't manage to power the generators or find the hatch first, the killer's got the upper hand. You had two chances to escape by that point and didn't manage to pull it off.
well maybe you should consider that on many maps the hatch spawns on the same few spots (like on the swamp with 2 houses and badham) + more often than not the gates are so close to each other that you can see them by standing still or walking back and forth - now imagine if the killer has high mobility or can trap the door handles
why should one side have an upper hand? shouldn't it be an equal chance?
also when the hatch has spawned, killer will usually look for it before killing the 2nd last guy (slugging) so good luck escaping lol
-
ebony mori needs to go. it takes away all the trouble from the game for the killer and makes playing survivor miserable. if you get caught, you die. your team is doomed to fail unless the killer is an absolute potato.
people using "killer is the power role" as an argument, tell me this: why should 1 side be pretty much unbeatable in a multiplayer game?
i never use moris because they feel cheesy. what's the point of playing if you know you will win 95-100%? it's not even a game then, it's just a victory simulation

It's been so long sense I've seen that movie, I can't remember, is he more like a traditional mummy?
he collects organs from some guys to revive himself and he has powers like he can turn into a sandstorm :D
-
imhotep from the 1999 mummy (he could have many cool outfits) and rick or evelyn as the survivor i guess xD
-
I'm not sure if i would have him nerfed, but his kill rate is quite high. with perks like pop the weasel his gen teleport is pretty ridiculous when combined with other slow downs ..
-
I get quick killer lobbies and survivor takes a few minutes :/ (both red ranks,on pc) if your killer wait time is so long why not play a game of survivor ;)
-
Killer will become easy when you play a lot.
-
i've tried this so many times now. any random thing can ruin it xd i even got into a match where the killer would have farmed with me and a random because 2 dc'd but he didn't get what i meant so i couldn't do it... this is so hard
-
Almost all survivors are p3 50 , with the exception of adam(p1) and jane (p2).. killers are also pretty much p3 50 but plague is my only character that i never levelled up after lvl 50 I just dont enjoy playing as her at all. Maybe after im done with all she will get a prestige
I have all perks just for my absolute favorites (laurie, feng min, ace, myers, pig)

Cancelling all codes cancels the ones that have been used too. That's not an option. It's not as simple as you'd think.
I don't see the reason why it has to be all or nothing. The best option is rarely an extreme one. We've tried to explain why we've done it the way we have as clearly as possible, and we've specifically mentioned that legacy would not be returning in the past. We don't want to break that promise.
the excuse for the bloodletting dwight is a dumb one im sorry. you might as well say they paid for the cup and the code was FREE... anyway most people who earned legacy lost them and you didn't help at all + people have been selling legacy hacks + the current amount of perks and chararcters is big af... so what is the reason for legacy at this day? why do you make exclusive charms for fog whisperers etc at the same time you are doing this?
-
it seems like many forum killers think that killer's need to be at 75% to be even slightly acceptable xD and 50% is just underperforming even when peanits says 2k is a victory.
-
but spirit is NOT hard to use. she is easy to play as and easy to 4k with. as i and others have said before this is a matter of headphones. even the devs have said she is overperforming just get over it.
-
half way of level 29 ...

another game i used to play (coh2) had a word filter in the chat. it would change some common insults to words like "nice person" or "kitty kat" or "garden" . what happened is people would call each other these insults anyway because it was common knowledge what they meant when they called you a gardener kitty kat :D chat filters don't really work imo
-
for me it's maybe 4-8 mins 😴
-
i don't even remember when i last saw someone using spine chill lol. not every minor change in this game is the end of the world
-
but 50% = half of the survivors lol (do you want the kill rate to be 100 on average haha would that be nice)
also i dont mind the legion changes at all because pre changes he was a living exploit
-
they are free and they have good perks so people will play them more and thus they get more cosmetics
-
i usually wait until they are ready because if i press ready up too quickly i feel like they dodge more often... ("oh no he is ready i bet it's a spirit / mori" etc i guess)
-
Idk but since maybe stranger things I think meg is loud af.
