I think he means that killers have to suffer through it or get frustrated and just have to deal with it when he says killers have to "slide their forehead across the wall"
-
Yeah I don't think it's fair for either side tbh but more unfair for killer depending on who you play because I've met some really smart killer players when it comes to using the poison but its outgunned by the absurdity that survivors get free heals, invisibility, invincibility (for most things), free tps to the other side of the map, unbreakable pallets, free sprint burst without exhaustion, and free items. I feel like poison is good and all but survivor just got better stuff
-
probably not likely because it's BHVR but the ratio is 4:1 so it might be slightly easier to get but its difficult because surv is really strong rn imo
-
Hot take and probably really bad idea but they should make his power trigger locker perks like darkness revealed and probably decrease his time breaking out of locked lockers but yeah if locked lockers weren't a thing he'd be a really strong rng based killer

Holy crap I never thought I would see the day someone would post that video in a public forum

I've survived less than 10% of my event games as survivor.
Nothing but sweaty slugging, tunneling, trash.
If anything, it's only teaching killers how to take advantage.
Don't like instant heals, use a killer that has a debuf that prevents it.
Don't like survivor mobility, poison negates it.
Don't like invis/(still has scratch marks)/portal (you use the same pathing)/pallets (not really that helpful when it's not active most of the time).
Don't like any ability at all, use Jason."Don't like invis/(still has scratch marks)/portal (you use the same pathing)/pallets (not really that helpful when it's not active most of the time). "
I don't think you can see scratch marks while invis iirc unless they changed it in the past couple days (been out of the country) and portals can still help you get a bit of distance because the killer still has to interact with the portal so you get a bit of time to run off even though it might be a couple seconds and at the end of the day pallets are still pallets and are really useful
"Nothing but sweaty slugging, tunneling, trash."Killers have to adapt and unfortunately as of now the adaption to survivors has been slugging, tunneling, etc. but it's the toxic cycle of this game unfortunately of Destroyed by meta > runs meta > rinse repeat.
"If anything, it's only teaching killers how to take advantage. "
I feel like most people would take an advantage in a game but are you honestly saying that if you saw a chance to escape based off a mistake the killer made you wouldn't take it and just let him kill you? So yeah if you make a mistake then the killer with prbably take advantage of it to get a down, kill, 4k, etc.
"Don't like instant heals, use a killer that has a debuff that prevents it."
Not a lot killers have basekit Broken (at least I think thats what you are referring to) but yeah Broken can be an issue but in all honesty run Vigil or in the off chance that they have perma broken unless a condition has been met (like plague) then abuse endurance or untouchable or exhaustion perks or smth because there's things you can do against broken in the event
"Don't like survivor mobility, poison negates it."
Yeah true but it's one of the few things that helps killers in the event and not all killers can just fully abuse it can you can fs just predrop or play around pallets and repair them when you get the chance but if you're in a dead zone then you can just be kinda cooked with no help
"Don't like any ability at all, use Jason."
Yeah I do agree that Jason probably needs some nerfs but I wouldn't put him in like top 5 and you could say the same about the other S tier killer or high A tier killers
-
Yeah the bots are evolving I think because I see them taking hits, genrushing, tbagging (for some reason lol) predropping, and just overall playing comp strategy level for bots at least
-
I don't know about giving brutal 40% but I agree that a majority of the perks in the game need to be buffed because I don't think a lot of people want to see the same 10 perks run on both sides a majority of their games

If you are higher up dredge needs tons of help, he's one of the lower win rate killers in high mmr.
Well that depends on a few things like are we talking like comp level high mmr or just high mmr because that changes a few things because dredge on his comp map (Midwich) is absolutely brutal but if we were talking high mmr pubs then yeah he struggles which I think you are just talking about high mmr but yeah I would say he needs more lockers and the tping to chest sounds like a fun idea maybe a slight buff to his chase
-
Yeah trying to have fun on either side sucks and the poison can be really annoying but so can survivor abilties so I think it just kinda sucks for everyone only perk is the BP

I was preparing a response to OP and happened to read the rest of the responses first and you posted nearly word for word what i wanted to post XD.
As you said guys first post so likely hood is they have lost a lot and want to find any excuse as to why other than the fact that they are just not good at DBD lol.I'll fully admit to the fact that I'm not the best at dbd but I made the post mostly to vent about the common things I was experiencing and seeing (Death threats, toxicity from both sides, meta issues etc.) but I wouldn't say I'm making excuses for being bad at the game because i will fully admit that I am lol

I don't believe meta matters when it comes to getting crushed; it's going to happen regardless. No amount of meta will save you from 4 Lara's.
It's why I say these past couple years that the meta doesn't matter. Yeah, you can scientifically prove to me that Pain Resonance is one of the more powerful perks in the game but power alone doesn't win dbd matches....it's windows of Opportunity (and not the perk!) and capitalizing on them when they present themselves. Seeing as how you can face different perks every game, these windows are RNG. But they are there. There's tons of crap perks in dbd, they fail because of Opportunity cost with 4 slots. However, in any given match there could be moments where these lame perks could have been game changing, like a critical Mad Grit play, or Spies from the Shadows or Iron Maiden.
So I play what I want. I'm gonna crush, have even matches, and get crushed all the same so why sweat it? A lot of my builds are specialized trash(I use Treacherous Crows+No Mither, or play wolf only Drac for fun) I don't feel any need to conform to a meta post 6.1 to be honest. Borrowed Time, Decisive Strike and Dead Hard were simply leagues beyond everything else. No BT was actually straight up trolling.
Yeah I love running both invocations, no mither, and hope but I get tunneled because I can't really be slugged and I'll give you a build idea, try to run a build that intentionally hinders you so winning makes it feel all the sweeter but yeah perks are garbage I'm getting to the point of just saying to remove perks from dbd as bad of an idea that is lol.

you don't need to run meta to have fun, you just need to find your own fun. If you are beat by meta, that's okay, there is a reason it's called meta. lol But sometimes you win against it and it feels great.
I try to have fun by making wacky builds on survivor and killer but when I do that I end up getting crushed more than not and then immediately get hit with the classics "ggez", "freelo/free bp", "uninstall" and etc. I'm one of those people that have fun by winning and when I try to run wacky builds and I get completely crushed and then **** talked for being bad so I run meta but I think thats just kind of the toxic cycle of dbd.

Except Jason and Kaneki are the epitome of overpowered or P2W. Even strong survivor streamers agree. OP is not trolling, you're just side with killers because you lose plenty. Survivors do not have an insurance policy to survive end game, yet Killers do have an end game strat to get at least 1 kill. But hey lets keep giving killers more abilities and inherent add-ons to get make your lives easier.
I'm not trying to side with one group or the other, but I am saying that nobody should have to wait excessive amounts of time to get perks in the Shrine or feel pressured to pay extra money just to get ahead or play the characters they want. That goes for both sides, not just killer. And while yes, most of the time you can secure at least one kill in endgame, there are definitely times when you simply can’t because of a competent swf or other factors but yeah the whole more abilities thing feels weird to me but the add ons part I don't fully agree with.
(Sry forgot to reply to comment for comments above so I tried to delete it lol)
