I like the new Pharmacy idea, but make it so you can choose an item but only with the green rarity. Wake-up idea should be when you are hit, you gain at least a 20% decrease in speed or else this perk might become overpowered.

I don't really know about this idea. I mean, I would like to see Vigil make it so you can get a cooldown while running/or it made it so you get a faster cooldown while crouching like the old cooldown. I don't agree with the cleansing speed of Totems, I think that should go to Sabatour.

Do you mean get rid of the current Sabatour stats and make it these or add these stats with the current stats of Sabatour?
If these stats are with the current stats of Sabatour, then yes, I like this buff. -
The one second uncloaking time with Windstorm would be WAY too overpowered. His footsteps are like that because a while back they increased the sound of Survivor's footsteps and the sound effected the killers as well. I think the uncloaking and cloaking are a bit fast. I don't know about the letting him walk through walls, I can already see people falling out of the map/going to the basement when not meaning to (just like nurse).

You could always use Sole Survivor. I like having aura reading perks on both the killer and the survivor.

Why is bullet 4 not a thing?
I don't really know how I feel about bullet 3, because you can already hear his footsteps a long distance away, but poor Wraith needs a buff because people with go away once they see/hear him before he even uncloaks. Bullet 3 would possibly make Spine Chill and Premonition more usable. Maybe make Wraith's speed while cloaked 150%-160% instead of 200% because 200% seems a little too strong. I like a lot of these suggestions! -

Survivor
For teamwork: Leader, Street Wise, Vigil, and something like Up The Ante or Open Handed.
When I'm not being a teammate: perks like Wake Up, Up The Ante, Open Handed, OoO, Sole Survivor, Sabatour, and a bunch of other perks.
Killer
Devour Hope or The Third Seal, and then a mixture of perks like Overcharge, thanatophobia, Hangman's Trick, and a few others.
I actually don't use any meta perks except sometimes Self Care.

I like the perk suggestions, but I think Generator Scream is a tad bit too strong. Generator Scream might make Technician more used though.

I really like the ideas suggested, especially 2 and 4. I just realised and am surprised that The Third Seal doesn't cancel out your ability to see the aura of the Jigsaw boxes. This would make The Third Seal more viable and less useless, especially for Pig players.

I like the "Catch your breath" idea, but not the skill checks. It doesn't take skill to catch your breath. This part is breaking my immersion.
I like everything else though.
