  • Why don't they create a chapter with creatures from the Lovecraft stories? For instance, they could maybe add a Star-spawn as a killer somehow.

  • In the Archives, there needs to be some way to make the challenges more interesting and rewarding, trying to discourage tryharding and encourage casual play. I can't think of anything at the moment, but I want more entertaining challenges that have more reason to be done over just something like escaping. Challenges to escape or get 4ks only further encourage tryharding.

  • Do you feel like when you play during an event, more people seem to be agressive or toxic than normal?

  • In Chaos Shuffle, the perks are all covered with the "HIDDEN PERK" thing. What if they actually made those a perk in base game? For instance, I could manually choose that as one of my perk slots if I just want to go random one time without having to do the random build website thing.

  • DON'T TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. I have played DbD since summer 2017 with Adrenaline sitting there for so long. Though I don't see it every round and it's been nerfed over the years, when Adrenaline comes into play it can literally kill the killer's game sometimes. Last chance for at least one kill near the end and then they have Adrenaline, healing the survivor and giving them a boost ahead. And that

  • Honestly, most are likely inconvenient game crashes, but I think a few are too angry to die so they just DC when they are about to; I have learned that a lot over my years in DbD (I've played since summer 2017). Why not just take the bloodpoints?

  • We need more perks to focus on the connection of the team, like Aftercare and the Teamwork ones, instead of perks like Finesse that lengthen one person's chase. Just making it harder to catch a single person makes it more annoying for both sides, as it just frustrates M1 killers more while also leading to the rest of the survivors wasting their time on gens.

  • I love Lara and I play as her a lot, but as I play killer a lot as well and know how perks feel on both sides, I never bring Finesse. That perk just feels so extremely annoying. It's not necessarily "overpowered," per say, but I feel it should drop down a bit. Yeah, it doesn't work when injured, but it can protect you from the injury in the first place.

  • For a long while, it has often seemed that people get oddly more competitive during events, or at least for me. Sadly, so many tunnelers/campers/etc. go into a literally CHRISTMAS event to do that, when there is the completely normal mode for more comp. players. They likely do this just to make things easier to win in hopes of facing more casual survivors and vice versa, as they never use the eve

  • My brother came up with this idea dealing with 2v8. This would DEFINITELY need a bit of touching up to do, and I'm not sure it should actually be 2v8 anymore, but it would be fun and meaningful to try, IMO. The Legion is a full group of four, yet you can never see them all together, so why not try something like this?

  • Insanely survivor-sided, that map has had the worst of loops for years, yet it is still just sitting there. PLEASE, Devs, fix the map!!!!

  • If you've seen my discussions, I entirely focus on playing for fun, not just trying to win by bringing strong perks and items. However, every round I go in, each killer or survivor I face, is always bringing absurd things at this point. And when I ask for the survivors to calm down, one just said that they might just get slugged or tunneled by a Nurse. That's my point: Due to tryhard killers, m

  • I play the game primarily for just having fun. I do not tunnel, camp, bring overpowered items, or act like a tryhard as either a killer or a survivor. However, whenever I play killer rounds fairly, I often get punished. There was a teabagging Nancy, yet I did not tunnel nor camp her. And the funny thing is, she was probably the easiest or second easiest of the 4. However, because I played fairly,

  • Like tunneling is a huge problem for survivor, genrushing is a huge problem for killers, especially against ones that try to play for fun instead of win, like me. As I am entirely an anti-tunneling killer main, I actually don't care to win and instead play for fun, but too many survivors have become tryhards like killers, causing me to often get genrushed if I try to play for fun and enjoy event

  • Fellow killers, are the survivors you're facing just genrushing you every game, or are they actually enjoy the event more?

  • I've seen quite a lot of med kits lately. Do you consider med kits to be balanced and fair, or do you call them unfair despite the nerf some months ago?

  • Many know that there are current issues in a lot of maps, especially for M1s. For instance, Haddonfield and The Game: Haddonfield has multiple houses with infinite loops, while The Game is stuffed with pallets. However, a big problem here is that there are actually a lot that don't (or maybe just don't want to agree), causing even more to bring Realm Offerings, which are much more common than Sa

  • As useful as the relatively new bloodweb mechanic is, it'd be super nice if you were able to select what types of stuff you want it focus on and maybe hold off of; it'd save even MORE time as you won't have to constantly watch for certain things you want.

  • When facing bots, they are truly the best loopers. You literally can't mind-game them, because even if they don't see you, they always move the correct direction. Will the developers ever make bots more natural at looping, or is it a bit complex to do that as of now? They are not strong in really any other areas, but it'd just be a bit more fun to be able to actually mind-game them.

  • This will probably hurt the killers and need a bit of balancing, but what if hits that look like they miss or almost miss actually give deep wounds rather than false downs? It's like the weapon cuts your skin a bit rather than slicing you in half when barely nipping at your shirt.

  • There shouldn't be any challenges that ask you to get 4Ks or to escape. They encourage tryhards, and often make you angry if you can't get a win. With the event having a mission that asks for a 4K as a Clown, it just makes me angry attempting to get it because Clown is not all that strong. As I play him rarely, playing him just to win is frustrating. Having relaxed and fair builds (which I pre

  • What is your first impressions of the Xenomorph?

  • I'm extremely excited for this! Not sure I will be able to sleep. Are you guys hyped for the iconic xenomorph to enter The Fog after so long?

  • Was xenomorph here a surprise, or did something make you think about it? It's an anonymous poll, so be honest! I honestly did not expect him.

  • How excited are you all for the xenomorph coming into DbD? To be honest, after the anniversary, I was not expecting him at all.

  • After the apparent nerf, who still wants them changed and who doesn't? I see them just as often as prior to the change, if not more often.

  • There is nothing good going on with map offerings. They are only messing up the playerbase an insane amount, both bringing lower-skilled survivors further up the MMR rank than they should be as well as giving an unfair game to equally skilled killers. With practically no maps fully good for killer besides MAYBE Midwich and Dead Dawg, map offerings are essentially giving survivors unfair buffs.

  • As Sadako has a very high kill rate, she is getting left alone in her well. The kill rate is likely all due to the Slug-Condemn build, which is not fun at all to play against, and I don't like playing as unfun killers myself. The build should get fixed while she should get buffed basekit. The build needs a nerf, and so, as someone said (probably Otzdarva, but I'm not 100% sure), the Iridescent V

  • Though this anniversary event is really unique and exciting, some survivors are starting to abuse the ability to rebuild pallets (I know, the killer's ability to Expose people is strong, but at least it's very limited), and I don't think they disappear. As I talked before about the annoyance on pre-dropping, the one benefit a lot of people said was that it wasted pallets, giving free dead-zones

  • Every map that comes out keeps getting stronger and stronger loops, if not more loops overall. The Devs should stop crafting maps for a while and fully get the community's help on actually balancing map properly through more surveys and maybe smaller PTBs, fixing the others before making new ones. BHVR said they didn't have a lot of time to change Red Forest (and so that's probably why they're s

  • Some survivors just keep holding W and drop pallets without looking at you, and others just sit and wait for you to come then slam the pallets right in front of your face. The strategies are a lot like tunneling but on the survivors' side: it can work well and greatly slow down the killer but is just annoying and unfun to face. And is often boring to do as well.

  • Playing killer in custom game, one of four bots just randomly didn't wiggle and let themselves die on second hook. This was in the PTB and live game, and I THINK both times as Trapper. Additional Info: I don't think maps, perks, etc matter, because they were all different both times. In case they did affect it somehow, the second time my round was this: Perks: BBQ, Brutal Strength, Discordance,

  • What if, in custom games specifically, the bots wear the cosmetics of the person that summoned them? For instance, if I have Feng wearing the goddess outfit, when I'm being killer in custom game and summon them, a Feng bot is wearing that same thing. It'd make them a little cooler, as they otherwise have the very basic on.

  • As Sadako is still definitely deserving of a fair buff, what if they made it so she is entirely invisible and has no lullaby while within range of a powered TV? This would slightly encourage people to pick up tapes a bit more, otherwise they might be grabbed more often like Ghost Face and Wraith sometimes do. A little strong, but they could have it so that she makes no sound while manifesting ei

  • Facing many survivors using a bunch of strong items and/or map offerings recently, I have now fully realized how much this is affecting the game. Just barely, I got 4 rounds with a map offering: Coldwind, RPD, Haddonfield, and Ormond, which are all survivor-sided maps. The survivors also often brought strong toolboxes with a Brand New Part or still-strong high-tier med kits with a Sy

  • I've played a lot of killer and survivor lately, so I understand the point of view of this on both sides. However, when I play killer, I often see way too many strong items. And because of that, I bring Franklin's Demise now when multiple people are bringing toolboxes or med kits. And when I use Franklin's, the survivors generally turn very disorganized and maybe finish one gen because they're

  • As I heard someone say something similar to this before, Sadako deserves to be in a much higher strength tier than she is. Being placed in the lowest tier in Dead by Daylight generally, Sadako is actually insanely strong with her powers and lore in the movies, being able to even burn images into peoples' minds or on their skin, as well as be reborn. BHVR, give Sadako a big and fair buff!

  • All I want is for maps to be more fair for killers. :( Over the past 3 days, I have been insanely unlucky: Saturday, faced hackers along with some crappy maps, (didn't play Sunday) and today I also got some super crappy maps. Badham was common overall (got it with Huntress and Legion), got Coldwind as Nemesis (I get Coldwind probably 50% of the time I be Nemesis, honestly, and it's been

  • I'm thinking it would be good for the game if the Devs actually delay a chapter and take the time to really update the game. There are multiple killers that need some buffs and perks that should have an entire rework, among other game problems. Though the Devs work hard on their work, don't get me wrong, how they buffed some killers is very simplistic, and many perks are weak and pract

  • Completely random, but does anyone else feel like Deathslingers spawn at the swamp more than anywhere else? When I be him, I spawn there most. Played as him after a while yesterday, and I spawned there. Just saw a survivor stream and they spawned at the swamp... with a Deathslinger. Watch killer streams, and the 'Slingers spawn there most of the time. Anyone feel like Deathsling

  • The Devs worked hard to change Coldwind recently and yeah, it looks cool and detailed. However, it still is so unfun and hard to play at as killer. Honestly, being so bright too makes me dislike it more. I get Coldwind probably 50% of the time which is really frustrating, as many agree that those are the worst maps for killers. As an idea, I think it would be so much better if Coldwind lowered

  • Is there literally ANYTHING the Devs can do about that? I don't mean to be a bad sport, but technically the game is a little survivor sided, and it seems common for the game to send the hardest maps for killers too, and I am just tired of it! Totems generally aren't hid well too, which isn't any better. Keys are just free wins for survivors and ruin the fun of the game too. I

  • Okay, does anyone else seem to always be getting the worst/hardest maps as killer? I am sick of it. Because of the change, I get Coldwind a lot which is entirely survivor sided, then as Nurse I get indoor maps a lot, along with giant maps which still suck if you can't warp really far. As Legion, I commonly get the giant Sanctum of Wrath or the Plague's map. Huntress, kept getting Coldwind more th

  • Does anyone else feel like the game has something against you? Whenever I play a killer, it almost always gives me the hardest maps for them. For instance, when I be Huntress I almost always play at crowded maps or Coldwind. When I am PRACTICING Nurse, I play at multi-storied places like Haddonfield and buildings like Lery's just barely, which are complete guessing games for amateurs playing as h

  • After I explain this, tell me what you think: So many people hate Legion because they assume things so quickly. They assume that because his power is too short/too slow due to the fact that too many maps are still too large for him to hit multiple people. As a Legion main myself, I have learned this over time. The more people I hit, the stronger I become, which is obvious for any Legion main. B

  • For those of us who love DbD as much as the developers themselves, what MAKES us love it? We can't just say that it's fun, because many games are fun. But what do you guys think is that one thing about DbD that makes it different from everything else? My brother has asked me this question and every way I responded was counteracted by many other games I have. For example: the game is infinite beca

  • Today I was upgrading some killers, and after I upgraded Legion I clicked on Deathslinger and was going to play a round. Shortly after I clicked on him, the entire game locked up. I closed out the game and turned it back on. Going back into the killer menu, I was still selected on Legion rather than Deathslinger. I clicked on Deathslinger again, and the game locked up again. • When played correctly, the Legion is an insanely powerful killer. During the era of super fast gen repairing, the Legion was one of the best because of how well he can slow down gen progress. For a while, hardly anyone played Legion because they thought he was crappy. But as the Legion is starting to catch on now, people are realizing it's power. The survivors, however, commonly hate Legion facin
