I have 1700 hours in the game and still haven't been able to unlock the perks of most characters. How long will we have to wait? Frankly, I was hoping it would come with his voice, and I was very surprised when I couldn't hear his voice in the game. Why did you remove his voice? That's what made the killer fun. I started the game about 1 year ago and I have all the DLCs. I want to give prestige to all characters so I know I need millions of BP. I've earned 8 Survivors and 8 Killer prestige so far and they're all characters I love, but I haven't unlocked all perks, I've now unlocked all perks for Killers and will unlock all perks on Prestiged Killers I've earned. As a Silent Hill fan, I love Heather very much and her addition to the game made me happy, but I can't say the same for the similarity.
