SLUGGING in a 2v8 feels pretty gross right? I mean, killers literally get insta hooks. So why am I laying on the ground waiting for people to pick me up among the chaos around me? If killers have insta hooks, shouldn't survivors have auto unbreakable? Isn't the point of a 2v8 supposed to be fast paced chaos? Change my mind. Its just gross. And i blame the devs for allowing this crap. Get this, 4 gens left i get downed and the killer leaves me there as bait to down the person that tries to save me. They come as im almost healed, killer hits them and they run leaving me on the ground and gets downed seconds later trying to help me. NNow we are both down. When I play killer i dont care about bully squads. I actually prefer getting ganged up on because the engagement is more fun than patrolling. The biggest complaint i see and feel myself personally playing killer are those matches where gens fly. Next thing you know your down to two gens and you have like... one hook. Lmao! Example: im pig. Title. Not sure if I like his Slaughtering strike. I do like pursuer mode and stalker mode, and being able to go back and forth between them. But his main ability is meh... it feels debilitating to use for some reason. And why does he look at his knife? Idk. Ill be brief. We're those changes harsh? Yes. But... I believe we are on the right path. Nobody likes to be tunneled out immediately. You get denied a game, get no points hardly. It sucks. Should the killer be given incentives to go for hooks over quick kills? Yes. Because its more fun even for killers to chase. You just lose matches by chasing and spreading hooks so its flawed. Maybe I'm the minority here but I just dont get the appeal of 2v8. I kinda hate it lol. I just can't wrap my head around it to be honest. Whats the appeal of being ganged up on by two killers and being double tapped? I mean, I can see how the chaos could be amusing for awhile but I can't take this mode seriously at all. Seeing these awful perks in my opinion is a red flag its time to stop releasing new characters for awhile. It's obvious they have run out of ideas for perks. Rick grimes perks are so bad. The devs forcing survivors to stay on the hook all match is awful. Being held hostage is crap unplayable matches is mind blowing to me. I had a match where nobody was doing gens except me, and we were going against a gen regression stealth pig. Obviously piggy had a particular playstyle she was doing. Never committed to chase hardly and defended gens and hid alot. I got 2 gens done myself while151 comments 3,762 views last activity

I mean. It's a double edged sword right? I see it from both perspectives. Perspective 1, it ruins the game or at least hinders the game for the others. Adds bots, people abuse it for silly reasons etc... However, Perspective 2. It helps those that actually want to play "go next". Is it just me or is anyone else noticing there's no hooks inside the pizzeria? The stage area with the gen I'm seeing survivors flocking and being downed in there. I'm reading killers are getting gen rushed. Well from my experience it's the opposite. I've managed to only get through 10 ornso survivor solo games and i quit the game. Done with the event already. I'll wait until the event is over to play again. My games nobody is doing much of anythinglet alone rushing gens. Was wondering if this is just ke or is deadhard busted atm? 4 times in a row i used it, was mid animation with the displayed perk showing on screen so from my end I was good… and I still got downed. So I noticed in my match the option to abandon popped up. I'm aware of the anti slug the devs are trying to do but I thought it was only available during a 4man slug. My impression was it's only under the extreme circumstances you can do it? Ken downed me in chase and left me to chase someone else he saw nearby. You load up, wait a few minutes to start a match. Within the first 15 to 20 seconds you're found first for whatever reason. You kite the killer for a bit, get downed and then.... games done.... The killer decides to hook you, camp outside the hook timer, and just wait. You however are playing solo-Q and pray your team knows how to deal with this situation. Since it's inception, the game has only grown tremendously in survivors, killers we have to learn all with unique abilities to counter, perks and addons. The longer this goes on the worse the grind gets yes, but also the worse the solo experience gets bc let's face it most people don't play enough to learn all the different killers powers and counters in solo.
