  • Firstly survivors complain about camping and tunneling and get basekit perks for it. Then about slugging and make the devs consider a basekit Unbreakable. Then gen regression (which the killer earns by downing and hooking survivors), and a lot of good gen regression perks get nerfed. Now the new complaints are about 3 genning. What do you want the killer to do lol? Not use any strategy what so ev

  • Are we just gonna forget that the devs and the community said that the gap between swf and solo will be reduced AND the weaker killers will be given some buffs to compensate? Now that survivors have recieved plenty of information about the whole match when will the weaker killers receive the said buffs to compensate? Or is Bhvr just expecting us to forget that over time? Or are killers not allowe

  • Everytime survivors start rage quitting or dcing, behavior has always rewarded them by nerfing the killer or killer perks. So why shouldn't they act entitled and dc over anything they don't like right? They are literally rewarded for acting this way. If the killer rage quits it doesn't matter because it's just one player, compared to FOUR players, so survivors rage quitting matters more and is al

  • Her 3 gen capability will get nerfed because the "3 gen unfun for survivors" posts have already begun. And we all know how fast Behavior responds to survivors not having fun and rage quitting. Then the only useful thing this killer has will be gone. Before anyone says "it is unfun and boring though", i would like to say there are a lot of unfun things in the game for killers as well, like DEAD HA

  • They've kept this broken perk for 6 years and even after reworking it they made it even stronger when used near pallets and against certain killer powers. They'll never bury this perk for good, i think they read our posts about it daily and have a laugh saying "hey look, another dead hard post lol. Quality entertainment, let's keep it untouched for another 6 years" P.S In all seriousness though,

  • It's so pathetic that even when survivors go down like flies within 15-20 secs, somehow the gens are still flying. And just because the killer didn't tunnel one survivor out asap, he loses. This game has just become a tunnel or lose situation for killers because no amount of hooks or downs matter unless you're tunneling (against survivors who know hold to do gens ofcourse). That's why we even see

  • I'm a Pig main ever since i started playing dbd (Saw fan) but i question myself so many times. Do any of you experienced killers still main M1 killers (Trapper, Pig, Sadako etc.) or have shifted to anti-loop killers? It's not fun following survivors around loops with no mind game until they drop the pallet, break the pallet and on to the next. M1 killers are good on maps like Midwich where the lo

  • This is what it has come to sadly, make the game a 3v1 asap or lose. Because no amount of downs or hooks are gonna matter IF the survivors are just efficient at gens. All the new information on the survivor hud is cool for solo survivors but has also massively boosted gen speeds. The gen regression perk nerfs have also encouraged killers to tunnel more, because why go for hooks and not even get r

  • Eruption : Rewards the killer for playing GOOD and getting downs. Survivors are incapacitated for 25 seconds. Uncounterable by solo players. Dead Hard : Rewards survivors for playing BAD by providing them a second chance. Extends chases by 1-2 minutes or more. Uncounterable when used near pallets. Yet dead hard stays untouched while Eruption gets nerfed. Make it make sense instead of typing "uS

  • Killers get 0.2 secs faster pallet breaking speed and 0.2 secs reduced hit cooldown which barely ever makes a difference because survivors make it to another pallet 99% of the time. 10 secs added to generators is a joke, gen speed is faster than ever now thanks to the gen regression nerfs. Whereas survivors get basekit BT + Guardian (which also guarantees a free escape if hooked near an open exit

  • Survivor to killer ratio is 4:1 So any company with an ounce business sense will naturally cater to 4 consumers more instead of one. Expecting a business to be "fair" and treat both sides equally in a video game is idealistic, not realistic. The side that brings in the most revenue will always be catered to more and no amount of posting in the forums will change that. In simple terms, if you ma

  • Devs please be brave (i promise survivors won't leave your game) and nerf dead hard as hard as Ruin, Thanatophobia, Pop, Tinkerer and Eruption. To the point that survivors no longer want to waste a perk slot using it, just like killers don't bother with the nerfed perks anymore. If it's still the most used perk in the game, it's still extremely good, it's as simple as that. (P.S i rarely play t

  • A broken perk like dead hard stayed in the game for 5+ years, eruption nerfed within just a few months of survivors complaining. Yet another perk that rewards the killer for not camping is nerfed, and then the devs will make a surprised pikachu face when killers camp more and more. (P.S waiting for DS and Windows Of Opportunity basekit)

  • Imagine the outrage if they simply gave killers a hook counter on the hud which shows how many times a survivor has been hooked. It would not be considered a "QOL change that just provides some information on the killer's hud". It would be a called a "toxic buff that helps killers with tunneling and camping, making it very unhealthy for the game". Yet all this information survivors are getting ab

  • Since solo queue is now almost buffed to swf level, (only thing left now is knowing what pallets have been used in the map, for which devs might provide a basekit windows of opportunity who knows) It'll be interesting to see if they ever buff killers since they have to pretty much compete with swfs every game now. And hopefully it's not another 0.005% faster pallet breaking buff. (What's also f

  • Imagine thinking the devs would nerf the majority of the player base's most used perk. It's still strong and uncounterable when used near pallets. Still the top second chance perk in the game that can allow you to confidently greed pallets and counter killer powers (knight's guards for example). Ruin, Noed, Pop nerfed to the point where we never see it anymore, Dead Hard still the most used perk,

  • Behavior : Killers are "feeling" gens are getting done too quick, so let's add 10 WHOLE SECONDS to gens Also Behavior : Now let's nerf gen regression perks and replace them with new ones Also Behavior : Finally, let's give survivors new perks that increases gen speed (Make it make sense lol, gen speed is faster than ever now)

  • Just because Behavior removed the broken locker save tech, they compensated for that by buffing flashlights saves in general? Why does removing something game breaking need to be compensated for by buffing something else? That's like "yeah we're removing the Blight's hug tech, but to compensate, here's a buff to Blight". As survivor i used to find flashlight saves quite skillful, now even a baby

  • The new map is filled with pallets that are 5 feet apart from each other. And have little to no mind game involved. It's ridiculous. M1 killers don't stand a chance against survivors that know how to loop. But i'm sure the 0.2% faster pallet breaking buff must help right? As long as bad map design like this exists, so should Nurse.

  • Can't think of any other game where one side tells their opponent to "play nice" for them and to not kill them early. Weak links/players always die first in any game. Can you imagine a pubg player telling their opponent "i literally just spawned, don't kill me early, let me loot first". Why is this "play nice and fair for me" still a thing in dbd i don't know lol. Killers are allowed to kill some

  • 10 secs added to gens is laughable. A total of 50 whole seconds does absolutely nothing. Kicking gens is the same, survivors can get the progress back in literally one second, so gen tapping is still a thing. 10% faster pallet breaking speed barely makes a difference, since maps have 30+ pallets, survivors easily run to other pallets almost always (it's just a buff to brutal strength). And the 10

  • A better version of BT as basekit. OTR comes bundled with a mini Iron Will. And now unlimited Unbreakables at basekit lol. Behavior did you ever guess that if all 4 survivors are getting slugged like flies maybe it's the team's inefficiency? Also if a survivor is now downed near a pallet and other survivors are hovering around it, the killer can no longer bait the pick up and will be forced to pi

  • If you die a couple of times, your MMR drops and you're matched with absolute baby survivors. Then it pretty much becomes impossible to win because of bad team mates. I'm not a GREAT survivor myself by i atleast know not to waste time crouching for no reason, self caring in the basement, or letting team mates reach second stage. Even semi decent killers easily destroy us because the survivors jus

  • • DBD update procedure : Update downloads > Patching > Verifying game files > Ready to play • Every other game update procedure : Update downloads > Ready to play So what makes dbd so "special" that it always takes annoyingly long times to update compared to other games?

  • What justifies this nerf? That a meme perk like Starstruck can be used along with it? The counter to Starstruck is literally just get the hell away when the killer picks up a survivor or is going to pick up a survivor, and Starstruck also has a cooldown. Devs think that Awakened Awareness + Starstruck + Lethal combo is too "oppressive"? It's literally a s

  • So survivors rage quitting finally pays off as usual. Now they get a full on buffed version of BT as basekit. Which can pretty much guarantee an escape during endgame, if the survivor is unhooked anywhere near the exits. Go on, keep punishing killers for camping and tunneling, instead of looking into why MOST of the camping and tunneling is happening (survivor objective is much quicker than the k

  • Survivor is too boring. That is hold M1 for this and hold M1 for that. Killer is too stressful. That is once you reach high mmr then get demolished by squads who do all gens in 5 mins. Then there's the occasional toxic, racist and hateful endgame chat i get for just playing the game as killer (i always laugh it off but it does get in your head after a while). • My killer queues are less than a minute in the mornings, and instant in the evenings, just like before the "killer sided patch". Looks like survivors realized that 10 secs added to gens isn't that big of a deal after all, and dbd hasn't suddenly become killer sided over night (never will be and never should be). So they returned or switched back to survivor.

  • Where's this "killer has become super easy" "every match can be 4k'd easily" thing coming from? So dbd has become killer sided overnight now? Sure playing killer is easy when survivors play dumb, don't do gens and give up on hook, like they now are. Talk about overreaction. The teams i'm going against (not swfs) are still slamming out gens and playing normally. You can just tell they are good sur

  • I don't know where this argument of "gens aren't getting done anymore" is coming from. In my killer matches gens are getting done normally now, only gen defense i use are Corrupt and Dead Lock, and i'm mainly playing Pig who has her own slowdown. But the matches are feeling more fair overall as i am able to end chases quickly, and by the time the last gen is done almost everyone is on death hook

  • The basekit changes are definitely helping M1 killers in chase. The dead hard nerf is rewarding killers for outplaying a survivor in a loop, no more "press E to outplay". People used to dread playing killer but these new changes will definitely attract more killer players. Gens are still being done quickly, but the chases are feeling more rewarding and fun now. What can i say, killer is actually

  • Does 10 secs extra gens really affect solo queue so much that it's a trashed experience now? Killers got slight buffs, because kill rates weren't high enough to begin with. And survivors got a meta perk as basekit. Metas on BOTH sides have been nerfed. Instead of blaming the "killer sided patch" for trashing solo queue, maybe question teammates for not having basic game knowledge? Because survivo

  • This patch is such a healthy change to the game. Gen speeds have been addressed and dealt with, along with camping and tunneling. Metas have been butchered. Dead Hard is dead (which is a massive relief lol). Basekit BT isn't that hard to deal with compared to Dead Hard atleast. The endurance effect stacking is now fixed after the ptb. And the grind has been reduced. But some players (especially

  • AFK killers are an everyday thing for me since i am at low mmr as survivor. Got 4-5 afk killer matches today itself. These killers just stand in one place all game and spam the attack button (using some software) so the game doesn't think they're afk. They are just dropping their mmr by going afk and some of them even have their name set to "dropping mmr". It's really boring going against them, j

  • With survivors now getting 4-5 health states, a basekit meta perk and free endgame escape perks. Only an idiot would wanna play that joke of a role they call kiLLeR, better start transitioning to the power role that has always been survivor. I don't see anybody apart from camping Bubbas wanting to play kiLLeR after the meta update rolls out.

  • "Lets buff the hell out of survivors and buff killers a little bit too" This is the meta change in a nutshell Now you have to go through 4-5 health states to down a survivor. Survivors hooked during endgame literally get a free escape when unhooked. A survivor meta perk made basekit. The second chance perks were SLIGHTLY nerfed (some are even better now), but they gave survivors new second chanc

  • It literally makes it impossible for the killer to do his objective. I downed 3 survivors near the exits of Midwich using blood warden, couldn't hook a single one of them because the ONLY hook near the exit was destroyed earlier. Not only Midwich, but if 2 hooks are destroyed in one side of the map, that area often becomes a dead zone and survivors that run over there are immune to getting hooked

  • It was endgame, i hooked a survivor on the hook near the exit on Midwich and he died since he was on death hook. Hooking him activated my Blood Warden and i downed the other 3 survivors right at the exits, but guess what, i couldn't hook a single one of them! The only hook near the exit was destroyed since i sacrificed someone there, and i couldn't make ANY other hook. I had to watch those 3 surv

Is it easier to control Oni when he's in his insta down ability? I just bought the Oni dlc and i'm thinking if he's worth it.

Survivors get a mini basekit BT, why don't killer's get basekit Corrupt? Killers still have to reserve one perk slot for Corrupt Intervention at all times. Killers will still have to rely on 3-4 gen defen
