Your acting like all killers are mature and only remember names if your toxic. I had a killer facecamp me everytime he sees me because i 360ed him at the gate

And survivors act like God's when there nobody teabag to show how great they are but they wish for civility just because. RIght? You forget survivors act like children who need to be told there special or they cry for mom and dad when someone say there not amazing.

I have no beef taking the L as a survivor. My beef comes from killers that will pick on someone because they brought in a flashlight or play as a survivor that they just don't like, etc.

If killers can bring ebony moris, they shouldn't complain about survivors bringing in keys. If a survivor wants to go all clicky, clicky on a killer with a flashlight, they shouldn't complain when a killer takes them out as soon as possible because they're being annoying. Even as a survivor main, the flashlight clicking and teabagging annoys me but then again, so does being targeted because at some point Claudette annoyed the killer and they treat every Claudette as an annoyance.

Personally, I set my own goals when I play either side and as long as I reach my goal, I really don't care about the results at the end. Honestly, if I were to 4k every match or escape every match, I would stop playing the game.

I ignore them if there clicking P3 Claudette running OoO if I can. Sometimes you can other times not very rare to run into the real good survivors ( one not full of themselves ) where the only way to punish all you just might pressure one.

Example playing on Xbox never real get messages ( unless I make someone super salty ) but as killer I make it a point to say gg after the game win or lose. Badham I thing version 3 three gens in about two minutes before first down. Playing gun lord so felt very screwed over but had to play it out. One ran in and traded to have everyone at less hurt. One down at shack pallet , two hiding between fence line near school and house right of school if your in front of shack. Last one runs into shack hide heard cry as she ran by she tried to get pallet blocked her downed them one off hook runs back slow vaults window shot down her Bill runs to stun walk backwards slide left shot down. Second person unbreakable up mistakenly make pick she luck throw it to early walked out front quick snap down her end of action.

didn't want give up three gens but had zero control but it not an issue of being toxic their just do the only thing they have to do. Three survivors left to be them can be demoralizing but I can pull something off. If I lose more than likely they would act like God's but three died. Send gg get nothing but is ok know I did well.

Yeah, nobody's buying your "holier than thou" attitude. I never said I "think I land" anywhere. Simply put, your opinion is just as meaningless. But if you're not going to at least contribute anything to the discussion the least you could do is stay out of it.

Participate like you're in a forum and discuss things, or continue to just go around insulting people with nothing of value to say. If you like being seen as somebody who was failed by their folks, please do continue trying to tell others "I want you to maybe rub the two brain cell you have together to find out" whilst you continue to look like a complete ape. You really aren't convincing anybody that "assuming your folks didn't teach you anything is a mistake," when you can't behave any better than a dog.

I'm done with you entirely though, because you're obviously a waste of time and have no desire to actually be constructive. Have fun with your gigantic ego and your sad life of wasting away being negative to others. Hope you don't make your folks look any worse than they already have.

You know to hurt someone feelings that actually have to have them right. Lol.

I think we're assuming that you're trying to do the equivalent of victim blaming. It must be their fault, they deserved it!

You're shifting goal posts from the issue at hand because the fact is there is no real positive side to seeing who is in a lobby. There are however negatives:

    • Arranging farm games.
    • Stream sniping.
    • Using information about that player and then using that information to change loadout or playstyle.

So what exactly is your argument against it? Oh right, there isn't one. Just a bunch of edginess.

The point is lot of people in the post are crying over nothing and they think everyone should care what they think. No one should care what I post because it doesn't matter. Just like the devs don't change anything for us it all business they got are money after that they don't care if we stay or go.

Well you haven't said anything constructive, you've just come in and said a bunch of inflammatory things. It definitely says something about somebody's folks when they can't raise their offspring right.

Unless you have something constructive to say, then you have no point to post. Like you said before, "Your not that important get over yourself." Your nondiscussion has no place here.

you have no point of existing but we're all here for a reason. Assuming my folks didn't teach me anything would be a mistake. They did teach not to care for those who don't matter. I wonder where you think you land? I could tell you but I want you to maybe rub the two brain cell you have together to find out.

Talk about me not my folks you know what assuming does to you or make you look like.

  • Crying like a baby because someone stole your candy bar when you can just get another one. Only time I remember a survivor is when there salty. Your not that important get over yourself game is easier that way.

  • You don't want the the killers to know your gamertag don't give them a reason to remember it. Grow up or shut up.

  • P3 Freddy and P3 Leatherface look cool. In the end you don't need to prestige just hate the message if you don't at least prestige once.

  • It's human nature to hate failing at anything in this game it is way to easy for one side to blame the other people or looking for fun but Mr.Cota says frustration keeps use playing the next game. I get frustrated by somethings but not the reason I keep playing. For my fun and the fact I've put $300+ dollars in to the game is way I play but not everyone is me and will not stay forever.

Sure, but if we are talking about just the act of playing a game then we are talking about a measure of your personality. It's a game, if you are a survivor or killer playing this, a casual game, in ways you know are toxic then just admit that you just might suck as a person.

Seriously, it's a game. I've both gone easy on survivors that I clearly could dominate and allowed a killer who is clearly not very good to kill me. Why? It does not matter. It's a game and I don't need to 4k or escape to have fun. That is just me though. Some take it seriously and that's fine too.

But, if you play to be toxic and use all toxic tactics, just admit it, you are an azzhole and are part of the community that is at the core of the problem in this game.

When I say "you", I'm referring to anyone the description fits, not any one person.

The core problem is people who think there is only one way to play the game to be fair and the idea your way is the only way just because you play it casual your being ignorant and arrogant.

Arent freddy and billy 2 of the killers survivors complain the most in the forums?

Survivors complain about everything that killers do. You don't like the gameplay of DBD go make your own game where you go against a bot so you can blame yourself for get killed but you probably would still say the game wasn't fair to you.

  • @cipherbay_ said:

For the most part nearly everyone knows the game has been survivor sided, only ones i can say that disagree are the ones that only play survivor or play Iri Huntress every match to try and prove a point. Needless to say, killers have had the short end of stick since day one with how fast gens could be done, im not even sure how killers were able to get a 4k with the amount of god and infinite loops that were in the game, not to mention default fast vaults, non cooldown exhaustion, vacuum pallets, the list could go on. Now we are at a stage where the Devs are balancing the game by resizing maps and reworking items. How will this fair for veteran players and new players. Well.... Veteran players will dominate massively and 4k nearly every match because of their experience, its like giving someone who rides a Unicycle a bicycle. They have already seen the bad and the ugly, any further changes is just good or fair.

As for newer killers, they wont know the struggles it use to be, as for new survivors, they wont know what god loops or infinites are so they will learn with what they have. Veteran survivors who depended on such windows are going to be hurting because they have to adjust the most, those are the ones who you will most likely see in the threads posting "THIS GAME HAS GONE COMPLETELY KILLER SIDED REEEEE!!! I QUIT!! GIVE ME REFUND!"

    Cheers to the changes.

    #ClownBuff2020

Can't wait for the first game on the reworked maps. Play on Xbox at the moment happy play a much smoother game.

I think Lalythia has overlooked. Survivors can be just as bad as the killer they seem to always go against. Since there was an ozt video recently, where a survivor admitted at the end, they were trying to make him angry. There are some individuals who play survivor that also seek to ruin other's days. It not just a killer thing. We even had a recent thread showing proof of less than nice survivors. That and Lalythia logic of you have the right to talk about the killer play style after the match is over. Well if the killer truly wants to ruin someone day. Wouldn't he be enjoying seeing the reaction of survivors that are full of rage? Aka giving them what they want? Which also, i'm not sure how you can dodge a match against a killer, since you have no idea who they are until the game ends. [Unless they mean dying on hook or dcing.] It could be Ozt, it could be me, it could be Monto, it could be noob3, puppers, you have no idea until the game ends. That and the person in question, could always change their name. While not even taking into account the possible idea of a misunderstanding. Since a killer could notice something a survivor didn't during the match. Like red marks, being left around an area. That made it easy for them to find that survivor. That or might be unaware of what a certain perk the killer has does like bbq. Making it think the killer is acting in a less than fair way, when everything is on up and up and the killer is playing the game normally. Leading to the survivor bashing and insulting the killer, due to their own lack of knowledge about the game. Since there is a number of different perks a killer can use to help track survivors. That and Lalythia logic also doesn't make sense, like how are you meant to dodge a match with the killer but still remain there for the post game chat? https://youtu.be/L_0F2Nvg_Ek?t=1394 https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/144592/examples-of-toxic-players-warning-offensive-language/p1

This is under the assumption that every ######### killer is LeBron James, which is a fallacy - the killers who play like this are generally not very good, which is why they employ tactics that are cheap and ruin the game for others. Also, Basketball requires people to play with a minimum amount of sportsmanship, which is highly governed by refs, DBD does not. Nothing about what you've said is remotely relatable. But it was a good effort.

    Also killer are the refs.

Anything with winners or losers has minimal amount of sportsmanship. Survivors some not all thinks they deserves everything for nothing. Everyone paid there way in to not care what other want. If I'm playing a RTS I should let my enemy get to the same strength just so they can have fun too. Tell others how they need to play for your experience is something you just need to get over. By the way I solo q as survivor and never expect a nice killer just a killer.

No one misunderstood. Many killers act like complete ######### and purposely ruin other people's games. The desire, if not expectation, is that they don't. It's not rocket science. Its human decency, which seems to have escaped too many people in this game. By all means, act however you want. But don't whine like a little ######### when people dodge your match and have a spicy post-game chat about your ######### behavior, because that's a survivor's right. ✌️

So if LeBron James loss every game to make the rest of the league feel good about themselves would that make him a better played or human? You can't win all the time and expect everyone to play by one set of rules and standards.

  • If anyone sees my post's y'all know where I stand. To be alright to good at the game you can't play down to or baby the other side. Tough love sometimes is need to make you stronger.

Hitting the unhooker can cancel the hook animation. Which is better than them getting the unhook off in the first place.

People will always make a excuse to tunnel...

I could say people in general look for a reason to cry foul in a four on one game. Killers play for killers not for survivors fun and toxicity.

  • @PigMainClaudette said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1216537#Comment_1216537

I'm not saying to be nice, but be respectful.

Being nice as killer is giving the last guy hatch after a DC within the first minute and slaughtering the survivors with 4 gens left to so. Being respectful as killer is as simple as not tunnelling someone off hook or camping them into oblivion just because easy kill. Small difference.

For what it's worth I respect your position in the discussion but I feel in general survivors that don't play killer will never show the respect your ask me to show unconditionally. I feel their in it to win only and rag on killer over a bad game is just a bonus if they can get it.

So is giving someone a bear trap or taking out the unhooker. There are many ways to apply pressure that don't mean screwing over other players.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1216444#Comment_1216444

And while I do agree with assuming perks and all that, I disagree with your final statement about "my fun be damned", as it's not about me having fun. I've had fun games where I've died and bad ones where I've lived.

It's about being able to at least have a chance of playing a game I payed good money for, and being denied that.

If survivors can't play because of killers, then killers can't find games and stop playing. A vicious cycle that will occur eventually if tunnelling and facecamping are allowed to continue unprovoked and unpunishable.

The point is to screw the team as a whole easier to do when everyone is try to save one means no one is doing gens.

And it's an attitude like this that will ultimately kill this game. Set the pace, by all means. I'll slow the game to a crawl and bump off survivors when I get bored or just kill them if they try and push me.

Play some survivor. Learn their struggles. Go up against campers and tunnellers and see how much fun YOU have. It'll also make you a better killer since you know how they think.

That's also for the OP here. Play some survivor and you'll know what you want to have fun. I like a stealthy "Strike and Fade" approach when playing Pig if the game allows for it.

I do and I get run down a lot but I never expect the killer to be nice. Self care, bond, kindred, and opened handed is my current build on Ash. Game is not one on one it's four on one. Even as survivor I play for me then maybe I'll save my team if it is worth the BP but when I unhook always take agro to let others get distant.

Invincibility. Invisibility only happens on Wraith.

DS is NOT 60 seconds of invincibility, it's 60 seconds of GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. And can just be slugged. Or ignored. Eat it and you won't have to again.

DH is very hit or miss, extremely easy to bait, as shown by just about every prominent DbD YouTuber/Streamer, requires the user to be injured and only usable ONCE before having a 60-40 second cooldown of no running.

Now. How does that relate to what I said? DS is literally bad play on the killer's side if they get hit by it and to pull off a good DH is harder than the average killer gives credit for. Best I can do on average is waste an extra 2 seconds or make them miss one hit in thr middle of nowhere.

I'm not saying that they're not able to be abused, but even their intended use is a much better sign of balance than NoED.

5 totems for ONE Hex perk. No warning for the most powerful status effect in the game. Only perk that gives the effect with zero effort or warning. If you're going to attempt and debate me, then don't fall back on the "Buh survivors" strawman. I put NoED against other killer perks. Relavent perks.

Yeah killers fault for survivor jumping into locker in the killers face. I eat plenty of DS and the salt that comes from killing those who use is so tasty. Survivors know there not using the peak as intended. Also playing survivor with out them and living is more rewarding than being boosted.

  • @PigMainClaudette said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1211511#Comment_1211511

No. It is fundamentally a bad perk.

Rewards bad play from both sides, and gives the most powerful status effect for zero effort and ZERO WARNING.

It is one of two effects that does not give an instant notification of the Exposed condition, the other being Devour Hope. One of these you have to work for.

Also, do FIVE totems to stop a Hex perk versus one.

So does DS and dead hard. Have invisibly frames and a 60 seconds of God mode. People who think skill in a game is something to flex about need to realise what more important in this world.

After this next update you've successfully ruined the game. Seriously if you're a killer who's whining about ANYTHING right now its cause you're a sweaty try hard who feels like your feeble attempts at a 4K should be rewarded. Good luck trying to get any challenging games after the update. Views have gone down on twitch. DBD main streamers are changing to other games. Like you can hit me around the tree what more could you want? 99% of you slug the last two to prevent hatch. I'm just confused. Honestly.

Ok sweaty try hard survivor wanting to be chased until you don't want to be who runs DS then run straight to the killer to use it. You probably wish killers had no powers, ran at 80% movement speed base and were locked in a box until three gens got done. Learning new game play is something you need to expect in a live service just like enduring being charged when we all know what the meaning of a stun is. Balancing even if we muddy the waters of words to be fair.

  • @Peanits said:

You mentioned it yourself, it only hurt the people who already had a hard time and couldn't hit skill checks, which is the opposite of what you'd want a perk to do. The good survivors would power through it or find the totem in no time, leaving them mostly unaffected.

If it's only working against survivors that can't hit skill checks, I would argue you don't need a perk to help you win against them. You would already have the upper hand if you're a good killer at that point.

Never intact with the the community unless you can be condescending. I would argue games should be challenging for both sides.
