I’m on Xbox. It’s pretty much impossible. I wish they would’ve made it a login reward and gave streamers codes for Bloodpoints or something.
-
That ad is the reason I bought auric cells. I figured I’d get 1-2 outfits for free by collecting serum, so made a real money purchase to support the game in return. I’m really disappointed and hope ‘doing something about it’ means letting us collect serum for outfits or just letting everyone unlock pieces by completing the 3 event archive challenges.
-
Reinstalling the game fixed it for me. (Xbox one x)
-
I read somewhere you had to buy the DLC to get it. Well, I’m on Xbox and I bought the DLC, stilll can’t make the code work. Really disappointing.
-
I just play the game like normal. If it happens to be someone with a lot of viewers or the game was particularly fun, I might watch the stream after. Usually though, they’re either really bad or really toxic in which case pretty much ignore them until the end.

3 flashlights-slug fest. Get the flashlights on the ground, tunnel & kill the runner. Hook the slugs one by one. GGs.
-
Definitely should be able to drag a survivor over a pallet.
-
The new sabo needs to take at least 4 seconds AND allow you to hook the survivor while the hook is being sabo’ed. The way it is, it’s just so unfair to the killer.
-
Might be people trying to finish Tome 1 challenges before the new one opens? I know the flashlight challenges were the hardest for me to complete, and I saved them for last.
-
Yes, that was tunneling, but it was probably the best play given the situation. Survivors aren’t entitled to an escape, nor is there any rule that says they have to take turns on a hook. You were the killer and your job was to down, hook and kill. As long as you’re not doing something on purpose just to grief other players, you’re doing just fine.
-
I’m pretty indifferent to it, since I haven’t used it in a while. I don’t like the idea of my perk slot being taken away mid-game. But I get that 80% of the killer base was using it because they felt it was necessary since gen times are so short with multiple survivors working on them/toolboxes. That said, I think new ruin should have been a separate perk and not a hex. It would be awesome that way!
-
I wonder what would happen if they kept ranks 20-18 where they are (no reset), moved 17-15 down to rank 18, and moved everyone else down to rank 15. Then they could probably have matchmaking with survivors +/- 4 ranks of the killer and games would be more fair, except for a few days after reset, but then the player base would be distributed pretty well resulting in overall short lobby times.

I play killer most of the time. Killer can be super frustrating, but playing survivor gets really boring really fast for me. The only times it’s fun is when I’m in a long chase or trying to beat the killer to the exit/hatch at the end. Survivors need more objectives IMO.
-
As killer, when there are like three survivors nearby, I find it hard to decide who to chase. Then I get frustrated when I happen to pick the one with sprint burst or the rank 2 who’s a looping god. This leads me to get slash-happy and I swing too often and too early, and the survivor gets away.
As survivor, I’m that teammate who does too many unsafe hook rescues because I didn’t look around enough to know that ghost face was staring at me the whole time. I’m sorry, guys, I’m working on it...

When they called you trash, it really meant, “I dc’ed because I don’t know how to win against Freddy and didn’t want to embarrass myself in front of my friends.”
-
Spirit is pretty high on the crazy/hot scale.

There was a pig farmer/rancher named Susan Monica who killed two men a few years ago and fed them to her pigs.

Been playing just about every day since the beginning of October. Devotion 2, Level 30.
-
The rule is, we can camp all we want, whenever we want. But that doesn’t make it a good strategy. 90% of the time, it’s the wrong strategy and just makes the game less fun.
I don’t camp often, but in all the games I have played, I can remember exactly once when camping was the right play.

I’m going to boop them on their snoots with my knife, then hang them on my festive Christmas hooks!

Lore was definetely underwhelming.
Thats my main issue with it.
10 pages for character and we learn 2 small details about them.
Also, please hire better writers, because as someone who actually knows how to write and catch the reader's attention, I really feel like those pages were written by a 14 years old.
The writing style actually made me less interested in unlocking the lore. It’s not engaging at all.
-
Oh no, don’t take my fun away! When my husband and I are playing in a swf, the best part of the game is when he blows a skill check and I point him off the gen and tell him to go make me a sandwich! 😂

Quick off topic question: I assume I'm 'safe' to move onto tier 4 without finishing flashlight-save challenge?
That’s right. As long as some path to the end of the tier is completed you can move on. I’m on tier 4 and don’t have any of the flashlight challenges done. I’m terrible at aiming!

You have to put your emotions aside as a killer or else you'll get sucked into chasing one survivor for 5 gens. You have to pick your battles in order to have a chance at winning the war.
Sometimes if I start getting frustrated as killer and am totally outplayed, I’ll get behind the best runner and just let them run me around the map. I’ve learned so much about how to shut down loops and where people tend to run and hide in certain maps by doing this. I end up leaving these matches feeling like I gained something instead of being frustrated that I lost.
-
I’ve gotten through the whole rift, but still have the three flashlight archive challenges yet to do. I try, but I just can’t seem to aim right! (I’m on Xbox.)
-
It would be nice to have the time window as is, but instead of solid yellow, make it flash yellow if someone is actually on the gen.

I'm not fan of moris...but I get noed on certain killers. Just c'mon with spirit with ruin noed and ebony. Not saying that's you..just that I've seen that and its overkill
That was me until I realized that with Spirit, I rarely even get to the endgame because everyone’s already dead or at least 3 are, and one is going for hatch. I also didn’t like the fact that survivors can do bones and get rid of ruin and noed on me. So now I use Pop to slow things down and play around with obsession perks because that’s more fun for everyone.
-
I had 6 4ks in a row today at red ranks.
what was your build? Would be helpful for us to know,
-
I could see having to do skill checks similar to healing someone. A progress bar with 1-2 checks. But no check if the killer is within a certain distance.
-
Definitely darker. Some maps it’s hard to see much. Game looks terrible on my TV, especially when the screen auto-adjusts for game mode.

Get Off My Lawn: Granny heals, opens chests and repairs gens 20/30/40% faster when she does it by herself.

“Slugging isn't fun for survivors and I wish Behavior would find a way to make it where getting gen rushed this quickly isn't a possibility”
I would love to see a secret killer offering where survivors can only work one gen at a time.
