Ghost face is add-on dependent, he needs the addons that decrease the power cooldown, he's fun to play and playing against him is fun too, but he's basically a killer with no map pressure and a very occasional insta down, his power allows him to get easy hits and his crouching is good for mindgames, I don't know how I would buff him though

I like them. I would take them a thousand times over every tryhard and I use not even many perks with which I would be able to see survivors, besides Discordance and Iron Maiden*.
Edit: *At my main killer. By the killers I play less, I have often even less perks that would show me the position of a survivor.
The problem is when they hide for 15 minutes doing nothing and waiting for their teammates to die

Haha, yesterday I had a Nea and a Feng hiding when there was 1 gen left and I spend around 15 minutes looking for them, I was playing doctor, I found the Feng, chased her, downed her, then I used my power and found the Nea, downed her too, I slugged both of them till they died , it felt so good to waste THEIR time after they wasted mine.

Well, the downside that the killer can constantly see you too, with the exception of you hiding behind generators or using Sole Survivor. Let alone that larger TR's are sometimes profitable for killers. Personally, I'd show the killer when they are being looked at with OoO without them knowing they are being looked at, so killers like Trapper know when they can or cant place a trap.
I mean, otherwise you could claim that BBQ gives killer too much information, that Rancor gives killer too much information. That Discordance gives the killer too much information. There are similar killer perks that have practically no downside and give tons of information. OoO allows the killer free information on 1 survivor constantly. For solo survivors, OoO is balanced. So OoO specifically isnt neccesarily the problem.
OoO in swf makes everyone know where you are and what you are doing every second, perks like BBQ show the aura of survivors for 4 seconds after hooking a survivor, not really comparable.

More than BBQ if I remember correctly.
I had to wait around 4 months to get it, but yes, you can get it in the shrine If you are patient.

Sadly there's nothing to do about it except using DS and Unbreakable, shouldn't have to, especially considering DS is locked behind a paid character, but that's how it is.

I agree. Standing still is not skillful and hardly a mindgame, it's just a guessing game, the only counter she has (iron will) is useless if she's using stridor, and if she doesn't, she can still hear footsteps and grass moving.

I'd say Oni, he has a powerful power that allows him to travel the whole map and a good instadown, but he has to earn the power and it doesn't last for long.

Noed should require 4 hooks, if you didn't get the 4 hooks before the 5th generator got repaired, noed doesn't activate, noob killers have to do a lot more.

Try Oni again, he's very fun to play and actually good, I just had to increase the sensibility to make him better, but you can use Freddy and Spirit if you want easy wins

Spirit and Freddy are both good, with Freddy you can use something like:
BBQ, Pop, Sloppy and Thrilling tremors
