Trickster, Pyramid Head, Artist
The amount of people mentioning trickster in this thread says a lot
-
Well yes. I remember I thought they couldn't go any lower than what they did with the release of twins, just to be negatively surprised with the chapter that came literally afterwards.
Possibly the two worst chapters ever released

They're just soooooo inconsistent.
I'd rather they be either consistently bad or consistently good so we can balance around that instead of this weird limbo where BHVR seems to think that Zombie add-ons are good.
Yesterday my zombie got stuck in the middle of rotten fields. No obstacles, nothing just standard still half the match in the corn until i purposely went there and reset it :|
-
I find her much more fun to play than nemesis, at least you can go for random cool shots with her. But as much as him, she becomes boring really fast.
-
Against nurse and blight it's perfectly fair. Against any other killer it's not

You won’t regret it.

I do like it on him but even more on artist
Ok so you two are confusing me with the same profile picture, anyway it's a super good perk on nurse and artist too and I love it in general
-
Well technically you're right: hug tech doesn't need to be nerfed. It needs to be FIXED, considering it's a bug
-
Nah, gen rushing can be a valid complain sometimes
The dumbest complains usually include words like "flashlight", "clicky clicky", and "teabag"
-
They say it might give an advantage to killer players and I do agree the added FOV makes a huge difference on some killers.
But then again, they could keep record on statistics of the fov people are using, and if kill rates increased they could simply NERF killers accordingly

@MrMori said:
Slugging for the 4k would be less common if hatch automatically closed 60 seconds after it opened. No killer wants a good match to end with the clicker sitting and waiting for you at hatch to tbag.
You people are obsessed with 'clicking'

PLay killer more, the only way you pip at high mmr and in Red Iri grades is 4k.
I often let the 4th get hatch and I will not pip. Survs seem to not understand as killer 4k is the only way to pip up. The old emblem system would pip us up with 2k, now 2k is a 0 progress. Now its 4k or no pip most of the time. We arent doing it to be mean, we want that red Iri 1 BP bonus every month
play killer to red Iri 1 and you will see what I am saying
Huge lie. Pipping on killer doesn't require a 4k at all even at iri grades. Pipping is killer dependant only because pips are heavily affected by a killer's power, but saying that you're 'required' to 4k is a huge damn lie
-
Most of the times when people in this forum say they want the game balanced for the highest level, they mean that they lost as killer and blame it entirely on the survivors being op and they did absolutely nothing wrong because they're clearly on the highest bracket of the MMR and it's just unplayable for them
Which, in other words, means "nerf survivors so I can have easy 4ks"
-
It's really weird how maps like pale rose and torment creek are actually bigger than eyrie yet the flow of the game in those map feels much smoother (at least for me)
Like, it doesn't feel like it takes 30 minutes to reach a far away gen
Oh yeah and scratch marks are literally invisible for me on that map, just like Ormond
-
Although I think you took kind of an upper bound on the blood point costs (it requires around 1.300mln blood points to reach lvl 50 if you spend them optimally), and even though I like the upcoming change, I do agree that it can be done more to solve the grinding issue. 2000 hours are still a lot of hours that require tons of dedication, and that's assuming people start immediately to spend bps optimally, which won't be the case in most times

His only good Add-Ons are his range ones, the rest are really bad
I hope they nerf those add-ons and make them all bad

Patricia and Robert

I think you've got the wrong definition of tryhard
-
Fun challenge if you play in a swf. Extremely detrimental if you play solo. I'd understand "be chased for x seconds" or "escape while running no mither (+ other perks)" but only no mither is a free ticket to a huge, free tunneling
If I see anyone doing it, I'll probably let them go
-
@Bwsted said:
I wouldn't, if I still were in my right state of mind. And I wouldn't play killer either.
75% kill rate minimum would be the equivalent of turning dbd into a single-player with perma easy setting. And survivors would be but glorified NPCs. Bots are already on their way. No need to use humans for a machine job.
@Aven_Fallen said:
At this point, you are just a point-provider for the Killer.
Often enough, if the Killer tunnels someone out early, you are already a point-provider, a 3v1 at anything more than 2 Gens (and even then it will be very hard) is unwinnable if there is not a huge Skill Gap between Killer and Survivors. And at this point, playing is basically pointless, at least when you want to escape.
75% Winrate sounds like this would be the case for 4v1s as well... So the case of being a point provider if the Killer tunnels someone out early would be way more common.
^ Basically these two comments
So no, I wouldn't at all

Tunneling and camping is so fun. I had the best laughs in the after game chat. That's what survivors get for abusing meta perks add ons and maps.
Damn survivors abusing BT and DS while I hard tunnel how dare they
-
So you can get matched with babies, stomp them for free and get the most value out of the game while they get nothing?
Why don't you play a single game if all you want is to win easily?

Judging by your post history you clearly don't own an air fryer
I know and my life is miserable without it. Buy me one?
-
I got kinda lucky with the blood hunt to be honest. We also found a farming twins (probably because we ended in RPD and we all had used anniversary cakes/bps, and none of us wanted to play in that map)
Played from 6pm to 10pm and made almost 3mln bps. Quite satisfied
-
Not long ago someone replied to me saying "judging by your post history" and I honestly found just a teeny tiny bit creepy 👁️👁️
-
The insane amount of times people accuse of wall hacking makes me go ????
-
Ironworks of misery and suffocation pit are my all time favorite both as killer and as survivor
Yamaoka family estate is one of the outdoor maps I hate the most along with Shelter woods

Sluzzy is unironically an extremely good Killer.
I don't deny that, I was just very curious of his nurse build. Sadly I'm eu so I will probably never get the chance to go against them

I do not.
They may not have been running any perks, I'm not sure.

0 gens done on Gas Heaven.
Do you remember their build? I'm unironically curious to know what perks/addon they use considering their forum history
-
She's quite balanced imho. But you need to be really good with sound cues. If you don't play her for a while, it's tough man

Hi, yes it was me! I remember you too :) I don’t remember the match anymore though… what killer did we get?
@legacycolt you were in my lobby while I was playing killer, and you left :( would've given you hatch!!!
-
My survivors are all P3 50 and so are my favorite killers. Time to start p3ing all others
-
Sounds like a pretty good perk for killers who's most efficient counterplay is predropping
-
@MilManson said:
Why did killers need another objective?
The objective is for survivors, who waste time they could be spending on gens by doing something else -> boons. Or is this secondary objective not supposed to give a benefit at all, but just be a time waster?
-
I will never stop believing that skill checks popping up as soon as we let go of the generator when killers are approaching is intentional
-
I'm still wondering how slugging for the 4k will work, cause technically you have two people there
-
Maybe I misunderstood what the change will be, but from what I understood p3ing a killer/survivor will automatically unlock his tier 3 perk on everyone else right?
So assuming I have Dwight at P3, once a new chapter is released, the new survivor will automatically have Bond, Prove Thyself and Leader available and already unlocked?
If that's the case, the only perks to unlock will always be the general perks, turning the grind into a constant value (always the same amount of bloodpoints on each chapter release), against the linear growth of just removing perk tiers, which is the best we could possibly imagine to get imho
-
The only thing iron will needs is a bugfix

My point is hyperbole is not helpful. It's never been helpful. It has no place when you're trying to make a legit case. 'Zero effort' as Nurse is not a more or less common experience than any other killer getting lucky against a few potatoes.
But a nurse with 3-4 slowdowns is not a hyperbole, it's the norm, unlike the example that you brought
-
@foxsansbox said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2964340#Comment_2964340
Zero effort?
Just got taken to RPD with 3 COH/Shadow step combo survivors. Could not find a survivor all game, and every hit immediately lead to LOS beyond 3 obstacles and gone.
And RPD is a good example? It's probably the worst map ever created, to the point that they actually confirmed a rework just a year after it's release. Fastest rework of the west
-
As usual nurses basekit is fine and recharge add-ons are mostly ok too
Range add-ons are not.
The biggest problem with nurse is how good all perks work on her, which means that stacking a full slowdown build (or even just a couple of perks) will basically make the game play by itself with literally zero effort unless the player is really a first timer on her. But the devs announced an upcoming rework of 40 perks hoping to shift the meta. I can only hope that this will actually solve "the nurse problem", although I'm skeptical about it.
Nurse really doesn't need slowdown perks to win most matches, and make the rest fairly balanced if well played and fought.
So TLDR the problem is not nurse, it's some of her add-ons and how well current slowdown meta complements her power. Since the meta will potentially be shifted/nerfed/reworked, nurse will hopefully need no change
- Same as blight BTW -

3 blink nurse makes me cry.
I honestly was refering to range addons. 3 blinks nurse is strong but it's a ghost of what it was before and not an addon worth running considering the very long cooldown (even with green recharge). Very unhealthy for the 1v1 aspect, but overall not as broken as range imho
-
Her basekit is fine. I can only hope one day they will nerf her add-ons 🙏🏻

Got that far. It recognized my profile but now it claims I'm private.
I have never put my account in private mode. Ever.
Well if you're interested i found the other website. It's literally dbd-stats.net which was kinda easy

Egg sent the site but it doesn't actually let me look myself up individually, or go beyond the generic stats. I swear I'm trying. I checked my steam achievements and while I can see I unlocked it shortly after I started maining Nurse (end of January), I cannot see what I have gotten past the 500 required for the achievement.
Its very slow. There's another website that shows the same statistics and it's faster, but i don't remember the name because I've always just used onteh for stuff like the shrine too.
Paste your profile link on the search bar, press enter and wait like 30 seconds 😂
-
LMAO
I swear this killed me
If you really don't know what he's talking about: if you're a pc player and have a public steam account, you can check your personal number of stats on dbd.onteh.net.au
Those stats are taken from your steam achievements because even when the achievement is completed, the counter keeps going up. And one of the achievements is to get 500 blink attacks

Bbq is bugged ATM though. Sadly
If you mean the first tab of the end game screen, I'm 99% sure it's just visual. I only checked it once, but my pre-game amount of blood points and post game were coherent counting the bbq bonus
-
I already run non meta on most of my characters (both killers and survivors)
