I doubt there are any players in the game that have won 700 matches in a row on either side, regardless of character/loadout used.
To further clarify, there are scenarios, bugs, exploits, etc that have come up during the past year that make such a claim virtually impossible.
In addition, certain maps also make this claim straight up impossible as it is not possible to control a significant enough area unless RNG blesses you with a 3-gen.
You are commenting a lot in the thread and on Reddit, so I figured I would answer you, finally. I am not trying to prove I won 700+ games. I did, but that is really not the main takeaway I want people to have.
I don't mind at all if you think I am lying about the games. I just want people to read the post and learn how to play against solid hag players.
Exploits, keys, RNG, etc all affected my games, but I stayed on top of the news and made sure I played extra nasty when I suspected people of trying to abuse them. I ran franklins almost every game to deal with items, too. I did not need 3 gens very often as survivors rarely got to the last gen.
I get that you will absolutely not believe any of this, and I don't care to argue about whether it is possible. There is no proof that I can give you that will satisfy your skepticism and that is fine. I address this in the post itself.
I posted from a new account, I have nothing to gain or lose from this post. I learned a lot about this rarer killer and want to share what I know with the community.

I can believe survivors misplayed enough for you to get a bunch of wins when you go full sweat from the start.
Specially since I appear to be the only survivor that knows to crouch vs hag in the VERY few times I play against one.
One of her best techs is to not teleport. Because people seem to forget you don't have to teleport and they vault back right into you :p
Totally. Survivors need to learn the way to beat a good Hag. I think if they did, both they and the Hag would have more interesting games.

While I'm skeptical about the win streak, if it is true then congratulations to you. You deserve it. And I say this as someone who has a deep, burning hatred for Hag.
Also, whether or not your streak is real, you're clearly a pretty good player based on all the advice you've provided.
Thanks!
I hope that the info I provide helps you enjoy the Hag matchup more in the future. She is really strong and she forces a specific counterplay strategy, but if you pull it off, she has very little chance of winning.

I'm taking this as Hag is OP and deserves to be nerfed. 700 games is a long win streak for 1 killer so it proves everything to me.
Thanks for proving this to me ππ
It certainly is a lot of wins. I think that some killers can do this, largely because survivors dont know the counterplay. This is my attempt to help out.

This was really interesting to read! Sorry that some people in this comments section have been unnecessarily rude. Very impressed and the counterplay tips are something that I wish survivors would actually bother to learn. Hag's a little like Twins wherein she can absolutely stomp survivors who don't know her counters, which combined with her very low pickrate means survivors never learn her counters and demonise her as one of the most awful killers to play against and assume she takes no skill to play.
I would say I'll keep the counterplay you mentioned in mind, but I'll likely have forgotten all about it by the next time I go against a Hag. Which'll probably be in about three months.
Fantastic work anyway though! Love seeing dedication to a lesser played killer like this.
I appreciate it.
I fully expected people not to believe me and to send me hate main DMs. People would rather demonize certain killers than learn new counterplay. I hope that my post helps out the people who want to learn.

I'm on my master's thesis rn so I feel that. I should've chosen dbd balance arguments as my topic, would've got it done first day π
I feel this in my soul.

Omg thank you so much for your summary. I mean that genuinely.
I often play Solo survivor, and can confirm; team mates ruin the match. Like, do they know about flashlights and crouching?
At the same time, I've experienced too many basement hag campers. Their entire build to get a survivor in the basement, then 700 traps, but they don't actually leave the vicinity.
This is a Bubba situation. They will never leave, so don't bother. Slam gens and get 3 out. She won't have traps on the map.
It really sucks.

Good to know, i think the perks might be more of a choice of being comfortable with them. By the way i absolutely love the "techs" you've mentioned and I'm going to try them right now lol
omg please do and please let me know how they work for you. None of my friends play hag, so I have never seen anyone try them!

Damn congratulations, and even more with Hag! I'd guessed it was with nurse, maybe spirit. I allways found hag strong but more of a snowball killer that was not that consistent. And STBFL with hag? Do you really get much value when you have to waste the stacks on the obsession?
totally worth the perk slot, though when I experimented it was often the one I dropped.
It lets you actively chase and TP more seamlessly. When you get up to high stacks hag's slower speed means even less than usual.

Good stuff, now hopefully you take a break from this game.
I could never do something like this in any game, especially DBD. Donβt have the patience. π€£
Its friendly Demo and SWF for me, for a while.

I'm inclined to believe it because postgrad students generally have enough to write without writing troll posts which rival Crime & Punishment in length.
I'm intrigued by the "egg tech", maybe I'll actually play some hag for the first time in over a year.
Anything to avoid the writing I am actually SUPPOSED to be doing, these days.
Egg tech is actually hilarious when it works and it works often enough. Please try it!

Can someone TL;DR the first post for me? I have to read medical text books day in and out. Idk if I feel comfortable committing to the OP
I won a lot of games in a row as hag. Biggest thing I learned is that people don't know her counterplay and my wins were often undeserved. I provide an overview of the counterplay.

Thank God MMR is coming soon so I don't have to face this on solo queue. Hope you have fun with the map offering full meta 4 man SWFs.
If MMR works properly, you won't. Nor should you! I don't believe it will TBH, but we will see.

I needed a break from my 3 000 win streak with Trapper.
keep it up

I agree with you Hag is very strong, possibly top-tier in the right hands.
I don't believe you won every game out of 700. The odds are astronomical.
Either way, great info and thanks for sharing your findings.
I am just glad you got something from the info. Go try it vs Hags!

@Clowning said:
And on top of that you've managed to type 7 000 words without saying anything of value. Incredible.
Just glad you read it

@Mattie_MayhemOG said:
Yea, no chance.
You'd run into a team with 4 flashlights and there goes any chance for Hag. Good luck limping after everyone at 110%
Franklins, mixed with people not knowing anything about the hag matchup made it possible. I don't think it SHOULD be, so I am posting here to help people learn the couterplay. Also, if I see 4 lights, we are going to midwich.

Is it? If he can type that many words per minute, clearly he is a Hag legend. That is skill, fam.
Typed this baby up in Word

I noticed you made this account at 3:15 PM Today and then you posted this at 3:16 PM. Seems a little SUS. But I reckon this is a troll post.
I posted on Reddit but the remembered that this existed also lol.
I hope you read the post and learn what you want to from it, regardless whether you believe it happened.

Recording/video proof is the most trusted, common, and expected. You know the saying, outrageous claims require outrageous proof. Right now, this is a claim with nothing backing it other than your word and thus, nobody can cite or reference it seriously.
I mean, I don't have 700 vods to show you and I don't know what 1 would prove. I don't think there is a reasonable way to prove it.
I really don't mind that people are skeptical, I just hope they read the post, as I think I put together a good amount of knowledge.

@Huge_Bush said:
Trapper is better and more OP. He has natural mounds that attract survivors from all over the map. Hag has nothing over him.

I only got good at hag so I could earn the right to play the superior trapper. I hope he notices me.
-
@BadMrFrosty said:
Do you have any proof to substantiate your claims? If you do, what were the rules/conditions this experiment was done under?
I don't know what proof would look like tbh.
Like I said in the post, I don't mind if people do not believe me, I just want to share what I learned so I hope they read it anyway.
The rules were simple. Get a 4K or 3K+hatch every game for a year.

@Shaped said:
Did you evade lobbies you thought were swf? Flashlights? Etc.
Also awesome job if true I guess.
No, I don't dodge lobbies. I don't mind flashlights or keys, as I brought Franklins. If I saw like 2 keys or something and wanted to win for sure, I brought map offerings (Midwich, old Game, Hawkins).
