That setup is not toxic because those add-ons give you an advantage because you don't have to hook anyone. An ebony mori perk would barely give you an advantage, no one would run that perk because they want to win more, they'd run it just because they want to mori survivors.

Is that really such a bad thing? Killers facecamp and tunnel survivors daily. Getting mori'ed is not the worst thing that could happen to them, especially when they're going to die on hook anyway.

It's not about getting bp why you buy mori but when you use it you see nice killing animation. PH has small mori if you don't want to use offering and even better no perks needed.

Yes, certain killers already have a built in mori and like you said, no perks needed. So needing a perk with a token requirement is arguably more balanced.

An ebony mori in perk form would actually be the most toxic perk in the game. It'd half counter DS but you'd just know that the killers that run it want to make survivors feel bad.

Myers has 2 add-ons that can give him infinite tier 3 and an instant mori with 0 downs needed. The only down side (if you can call it that) is taking a little more time to get to tier 3. I personally have not heard of that setup being toxic.

What exactly are you expecting? An ability to get a survivor out of the game has to have a condition equal to the risk or it would be ran every game.

I'm confused, what is the risk of running a pink mori offering? What would be the difference in requiring more tokens vs reaching hook stage 2? Anyone could run pink mori's every game, why would a dedicated perk be any different?

    Rancor.

You can only mori after all gens are done. A little too slow.

  • Mad Grit? Iron Grasp? Starstruck? These are your counters. If those aren't good enough or accessible to you, go for a hit, drop the survivor you're carrying and chase the freshly injured one. Come on, this is a non-issue.

The zombie ai is bad for a reason if you improved them and made them competent it would make them overwhelming and arguably way worse then a nemsis slaping you for a health state. These are the kinda posts i know are gonna look awful 3 years from now when they inevitably improve the zombie ai and everyone starts whinging how there is no counterplay.

Take the speed boost off the tentacle attack at least. Being able to get so much distance is a huge problem for nemsis. By having 3 health states be the default nemsis is encouraged to tunnel which is bad design. I d sooner take a nerf to the tentacles start up and an actual injure infection on hit. (Make it so you can't down the survivor with the tentacle unless there infected). Its brazenly dumb to leave nemsis as is. He losses to sheer number of health states he has to go through has zero mobility and has terrible add ons.

Hes such an undercooked killer its pathetic. The fact hes based on one of the most famous icons of horror video games is a disgrace shame on this hack design.

It's strange how BHVR would put in AI and make them intentionally awful. Why put in something that isn't going to work? I'd honestly trade them out for better add-ons. Licker tongue for example only adds .2 seconds of hinder, change that to .5 or something. Currently, it's honestly negligible considering the cool down time of tentacle strike. Pyramid Head has add-ons that increase his M2 attack distance, so that would be nice to have also.

Dead Hard & NOED being nerfed is my dream for the game at this point.

Killers still use NOED? That's a surprise. The problem with DH is that it doesn't wait to the end of the game to activate. The only requirements are to be injured and not exhausted. On top of that, you can't break totems to prevent DH. Not many killer perks apply exhaustion either and if they do, they aren't good or practical. IMO Blood Echo is decent but very situational, meaning you have to get a hook first before exhaustion is applied. NOED can be countered, DH cannot. That being said, if devs get rid of DH on the condition that NOED be deleted also, I would not complain.

  • I'd rather have it so that once a survivor is contaminated, the zombies are drawn to them. Kind of like bees to honey. The zombie AI is trash 95% of the time. I have maybe 10 hits and 3 downs, one of them being an afk person. Most of the time they get stuck on ######### or just stand in the same place for an entire game.

  • Like others have said, it's just a worse Bamboozle. From my experience as a Nemesis main, most survivors don't fast vault anyway. You're better off ruining Bamboozle and Hex: Blood favor for those really annoying loops with added pallet block (if you land a hit). Although, like someone else said, "all hexes are bad"; they are bad once the survivors know, since they might go out of their way to delete it and leave you with one less perk.

its all they are doing today I'm sick of it 10 games in a row me or my teammates are tunneled and camped out of the game 1 by 1 its outrageous how do people play like this and why do they not prevent playstyles like this I understand its 2x bloodpoints but this is just stupid i hope they fix this soon

I don't know exactly what happened in the game but here's a few theories:

    1. It's a survivor main that can't deal with how their own kind plays
    2. The killer was getting looped hard or someone was being toxic so only killing the one person was fine
    3. The killer is banking on other's altruism to get more hooks and sacrifices

Killers expecting to be able to counter survivor perks while running three slowdown perks and noed.

I never mentioned what perks I use, so very bold of you to assume. However, given the fact you didn't provide a reasonable counterplay suggestion to what was mentioned, it's safe to assume you don't know either. So thanks for confirming that.

I disagree the game is sided towards the one who wants to win more and you just have to know what to do. I 3-4K most my matches so sounds just skill issue if you need to facecamp at 5 gens to get a kill. Sometimes you lose no matter how well you play but it's not possible to win every game. But even those games I usually find a way to get 2K.

Yeah, you can’t win them all because the sweaty swf’s have all the advantage. Doesn’t matter how much you want to win when you can’t counter their perks or communication.

  • @TheycallmeLix said:

Honestly, how sad and pathetic can your life be if you start camping as soon you got a hook at 5 GENS?! Why are the scummy Killers always online when 1.5/2x BP events start? Your basically ruining everyone’s purpose to play the game and how can you enjoy yourself for starting up DBD and staring for 2 min at every survivor on the hook?

That’s what it takes to guarantee a sacrifice in this survivor sided state of the game. No mercy for those with multiple advantages.

  • @JonahsTablet said:

Not true, it just takes a bit more skill to tilt the game in your favor as killer. Learn Nurse/Blight, throw on 4 slowdown perks, use Alch Ring/Crow or Double recharge and watch your win streak pile up.

Ah yes, everyone should immediately switch to these two certain killers then BVHR can nerf them into the ground in record time to appease the survivors. And we’re back to square one.

  • An extra 100 bloodpoints. Minimal, yet effective.

  • You got it twisted. We’re mad you can cheese your way out of a hit. If you were actually good at looping, you wouldn’t get downed. Instead, you rely on a crutch perk. It wastes time and prolongs a chase so others can gen rush or heal. It’s pathetic. Literal training wheels. Loop better.

  • Uhh the same way killers run a hex and it can be permanently removed? If you don’t want your boon destroyed, don’t run boons! :omegalul:

  • This is somehow still a bug. Happened to me yesterday. Although the ridiculousness of it was funny, losing pips was not. Hopefully this can be fixed BEFORE the anniversary update. 👍🏻
