I would say when my team mates aren't insta giving up most matches 2-3 people have escaped.

I would suggest playing an equal amount of each. Playing killer massively improved my survivor skill level as you will learn from the people you face you'll learn counters an killer limitations an strategies you can implement into your survivor games.

As killer i rarely see give ups but i see a lot when i am survivor an i notcie some of them actually plan to give up before the match even starts they spawn in an driectly run up to the killer no matter who it is to be downed an hooked an if you unhook them they dc.
other survivors i notice give up when we are winning. Killer has 1 or 2 hooks there is 1 gen left an someone goes down goes on first hook an they instantly give up.I want to play the game but so many people load in to instantly want to leave no matter the map or killer even when winning people want to leave. The bots are terrible some of them don't even move they won't do anything inside the terror raidus they rarely save people on hook they rarely heal you most of them lately are just in corner of the map not moving.

I don't consider the killers in my game who tunnel an camp to be toxic it might be annoying for sure but toxic no.

I haven't gone against a single chucky since the change nor do i expect to either one of my fav characters an won't even get to face him now

In my survivor games it's very common but in my killer games extremely rare.

When a new killer comes out you will see more of them so it's not that its more with that killer there are just more opportunities for it to occur

Sadly the skill level of survivors has dropped massively over the years not only that but so many team mates will throw the game or screw their team mates over.

Survivors giving up happens regularly i don't think it's to do with the killer as people dc or giving up against any killer any map even when winning people are giving up

Yeah few times the only games i haven't escaped against him is when people were giving up on hook

The only hex build worth running now is a full hex build with penti.

I got it in chaos shuffle an found it useful if you chose certain survivors the killer won't hear you at all

If a killer is in a chase for 4 minutes all the gens are gonna be done lol unless the survivors are completely useless.

I tried to get them off the in game store to see if it was just a microsoft issue but can't even get them in the in game store either

I use to play in swf but it gets to a certain point were you are 3 or 4 man escaping almost every single game unless you make a few mistakes
1 friend got bored an stopped playing an the other 2 had life stuff going on -

what console are you on? as xbox has a built on record feature.
or you can connect xbox to twitch you could stream the game an then take clips from the stream
hope that helps. Don't know if they have it on playstation. Have a look online about how to conect your xbox or playstaion to twitch stream the game make sure you have vods uploaded in settings. Then afer your stream you can edit clips from the stream as short an long as you like -

I think because some of these teams consistently win so when they lose by being overly confident it kinda hurts their ego.
I would not engage with the toxic players in chats after the match survivors or killers just ignore them as lot of them look for reaction an only engage with friendly people. -
My only issue with solo que is the team mates if people didn't dc, hide all game or give up on hook easily so many games would be much better.

I'll say survivor i found way more use out of my perks in chaos shuffle a fair amount of them even passively were as most of my killer games i didn't valve from a single perk an some of the perks actually punished certainly killer abilities.

Well with no gen defense in this new mode about 95% of the killers do not have time to go round hooking people 1 by 1 so they resort to other methods.

One thing i noticed in chaos shuffle is that even when killers did tunnel all the gens were done an they would end up with a 1k or sometimes even a 0k as the gens just fly as there were no gen defence. Only games i had were all gens were not done was when someone was throwing the game (afk, teaming, dc, sand bagging on purpose ).

I would say a lot of the killer games i had in shuffle mode it's hard to find at least 1 perk to get valve from.
in survivor even the most obscure perk i could squeeze valve from 2 or 3 but the killer ones just had so many that never even got a scrap of value from. -
I see lots of killers run this but can't say I ever see them obtain any valve if anything it makes the survivor more alert lol

When you load against a pumpkin head nurse who never misses a shot, or against an A-tier killer with 4 slowdowns as soloQ, or 2 of your teammates are on the ground within the first minute of the trial, or if your teammates sandbag you in the most obnoxious ways, or if the killer gets the 4th or 5th hook without any generator done, usually these scenarios are already won by the killer, so it would be just plain good manners to give up and stop wasting everyone's time. In chess, it's customary to surrender when you see that your opponent is guaranteed to win in the current position, and if you push the game to the obvious checkmate - it would seem inappropriate, as if you are just wasting time out of spite. So think of this as of chess etiquette in DbD: survivors say "good job, killer, you won", shake hands and go next.
how do you feel about survivors giving up when they are winning?
for example killer has 0 hooks an there is 1 gen left to do someone goes on first hook an insta gives up? -

Well it is unwinnable if you an your team don't make any effort lol you literally refuse to even make the minimal effort so the games are unwinnable because of you.

If I get saved from the hook and the killer is nearby, and they come for me again, I just give them the down and let go the skill checks. If they wanna win so bad then I will help them
I'd say at least 50% of the survivor players giving up is because tunneling is such a prevalent strategy that nothing can be done. If tunneling was virtually impossible to do I'm positive the suicides would decrease
maybe tunnelling is only such a prevalent stregery because of what you just described you do you simply stand there an give it to them " I just give them the down and let go the skill checks." perhaps if you made an effort to run away an at very least waste the killers time it wouldn't be as prevalent. If you dislike tunnelling then stop faciliting it. Pop on some anti tunnel perks loop that killer for a bit gens will get done an you may even escape.
I would advise using anti tunnel perks an watching some videos about tiles an looping. I am happy to link you some if that would help. I use to get tunneled a lot when i was bad/new at the game now that i have improved It is very rare i get tunneled had many a killers throw the game trying to tunnel me. You need to punish killers for tunneling not reward them. -

It would prolly be better to change this achievement/trophy, but sadly that is not an easy thing to do at all.
You're probably right yeah even my solo que team mates who walk into walls know to jump into a locker when we go against him with those addons

Solo que is completely dependant on your team mates sadly the amount of poor looping, bad decision making, lack off efficiency bad timing, unhelpfulness in solo que is probably the worst i have seen it. This is without taking into account the people who insta give up on hook, dc, hide all game or team with the killer.
However if you get 3 good team mates you're likey to win seems hard to find amiddle ground
