  • So, you are suggesting we nerf the killer who had her power turned useless at the end of a match?

When End Game Collapse became a new thing and Legion got his rework, everyone spent time complaining how he got nerfed but people just glossed over the fact that the RBTs got a big ol nerf.

Traps don't activate after all gens are complete, and survivors can walk on out with an inactive bear trap on their head. So, unless you use those traps early on, then you aren't getting any good use out of them.

On the topic of boxes and search time; the base timer is 2.5 minutes (2:30), and base searching a box takes 12 seconds. That means you can search 12.5 boxes in a row before that timer runs out and kills you. You only have to search 4 of those, maybe 5 if they are running the addon (that I can't think of the name of) that adds another box. That is plenty of time to run to a box, search, run to the next, repeat until the trap is off. Even with Tampered Timer, this time is still plenty long enough even with 5 boxes in the game to get to each.

In many games against the Pig and as the Pig, I have observed something interesting about how the way the traps work with the boxes; they are tied to each other. This works in the way that (in a 4 trap, 4 box scenario) your trap, is connected to your box. So if you see someone else get a trap off at a box, you can know that is NOT your box, and now only have to search 3. Even with 5 boxes it has worked this way, just adding another number into the possible boxes the trap is tied to. When there are 5 traps that 5th trap is a random to which box it has tied to, from what I have seen.

If you want to nerf her by making the traps take longer to put on, or have a longer timer, I want the old RBTs back. Where any trap put on after the last gen is complete automatically activates and survivors are forced to get them off before leaving the gate. In the process, since you want a long timer, that is plenty of time to get a trap off before you should have to leave, and the traps should prevent hatch escapes, automatically killing a survivor if they attempt to leave the hatch while a trap is active.

She should not be given a terror radius when crouching, as it would make it pointless to ever crouch and we would have another M1 killer in the game.

There are so many reasons as to why the Pig is good where she is at (if not in need of a little buff since she lost her endgame pressure), and why she should NEVER be nerfed again. Listen for the noise when she goes to attack when crouching, ya know, the little grunt/pig noise before she charges, and just keep a good line of sight to corners and doorways to prevent being caught off guard by the lack of terror radius (the same thing to do against a Ghostface, watch your surroundings and you are fine).

Please don't ever ask for a killer who got booted off a decent tier down to near the bottom to be nerfed. It just makes you seem like a bad survivor overall, as you are losing to a killer who is near the bottom of the totem pole.

  • He gives you Sprint Burst and Borrowed Time, don't complain. He gives more than what he takes.

  • No no, I have had totems in azarov's spawn in the complete open of a field with literally NO GRASS, NO ROCKS, NOTHING nearby them, just a bright totem wanting to be broken by someone.

Is ridiculous, is imposible to juke, it can hit you from a massive distance, it lasts long enough to actually be able to hit everybody.

If it was good for 1 hit it would be fair. Ridiculously bad design.

Many many many and can I stress this enough, MANY streamers, content creators for the game, and all people who play at a true rank 1 ability, know that you NEVER cleanse against the plag, and say it multiple times in their streams/videos/whatever that you should never cleanse against a plag. Cleansing is the only thing that gives her the power, so yes.. Just play broken and have a forced No Mither round.

Good feedback is good and issues being reported. But this is just the whinging crowd that opt in for early access but cant grasp the concept of TESTING

I get the concept, it's just the point of 'I don't think they meant to have those available TODAY' when they said the chapter ptb is tomorrow. It isn't whining, just a little "haha funny" at the perks being available while the rest is still locked off.

  • Never cleanse against the plag, unless playing as a full 4 man who can coordinate and use all the fountains to reset them back to normal and not corrupt.

Look at all these tunneling killers complaining about DS. If you don't want to be hit with it then sod off and chase someone else instead of the poor sap who just got saved. Go run make your choice and chase their rescuer if you love going straight back to hook to get an easy down.

DS is awesome now. The way its causing all this whining means its doing its job right. The tunnelers are feeling the sting. You done good, devs. This is the kind of reaction you want.

The hell kind of reaction is this? This is literally the dumbest way to look at that. I hate DS change and I main killer. It is honestly one of the worst changes I have ever seen among any game I have played. I loved DS as before, save it or use it. Just make sure to use it wisely otherwise it is wasted. Yes there was dribbling and it was an issue, but look at what I said on the first page to see my opinion of it. Running Make Your Choice won't matter to a strong killer, they can catch both within the 60 seconds if they get the jump on the survivors.

  • Oh. Before I forget, another overall statement.

Just bring an Ebony Mori, can't use DS if the second you get saved you die.

  • Oh. And just an overall statement about getting tunneled, unless the killer is facecamping/camping/right there when you get unhooked. Just get better at running lols. Break that bois ankles, look around on a hook to see the nearest pallet, nearest window. Just git gud at running killers

  • Not a good Nurse, but I have met a few and played against a few. A good Nurse will have not only the person that saves the survivor, and the survivor was unhooked downed within the 60 seconds. Closer to around 30 maybe 45 depending on how good they are, and under 30 if they are running make your choice. That extra time while waiting on DS to run out is more than enough for them the be healed.

Similarly, while it is nowhere near THAT efficient, I run Make Your Choice on Huntress. Logic is that when the save happens, if I am in close proximity, return to the area where they were hooked, hatchet the one who was saved, and M1 the now exposed survivor who saved them. I can do that and hook the person I hit with M1 in the time it takes DS to run out.

It isn't a matter of 'just don't tunnel', its something that should change about the perk.

Personal opinion, make DS like it was before, but with a few new rules for it.

    1. DS will become available to use after first hook/unhook process. (Yes, people who get camped will be salty, but that allows teammates time to do 3 gens the entire time they are camping you.)

    2. If you have DS active and the killer dribbles/drops you when the skill check has begun, you will immediately escape the killers grasp with a momentary stun (stun length of enduring pre-nerf) and keep your DS.

Alternative. Be granted 150% movement for 2 seconds with no stun.

Alternative to this rule overall. Allow Enduring to change the stun time and keep the skill check upon being picked up. (This would not include locker or gen grabs. Being grabbed at a window will still allow you to use DS as you were actually attempting to escape)

    3. DS will become unavailable after the end game collapse has started. (The Entity wants blood, and it sees your plan Laurie)

Basically, if you can go the whole game without getting hooked, you are a good player, take your win and don't try to be super altruistic with using DS as your crutch of "oh they can't stop me."

These are my opinions to better balance the perk, constructive criticism is welcome. I honestly hate DS as it is now even as a killer main, just for the sheer fact all killers have to do is slug and just wait out the timer. They nerfed the perk way too hard. I honestly didn't even feel it needed a nerf to begin with.

  • Pretty sure when they added the new content, they also added new bugs. The Bethesda Strategy... But with the decency to actually fix the bugs before release.

  • This is a scientifically proven fact... 99% of the time, when using more than 1 totem, Devour Hope is the first totem broken every match.

When only using Devour Hope, it has a 99% chance of picking the worst totem spawn in the map.

These are 110% accurate statistics and do not question my math to come up with these numbers.

  • I know the solution to this... We make it so that when the match starts, survivors are unable to move for the first 30 seconds of the game. This time allows the killer to find and catch them to avoid the toxic gen rushing.

**I SAY THIS WITH SARCASM PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY**

Solution 2: Just bring Corrupt Intervention if you are so afraid of being gen rushed. Don't even need ruin at that point.

Solution 3: Look where the gens were completed (chances are they are in close proximity) and turn the game into a 3-gen trap when they get down to one gen. It is the best chance you have at saving those games from going downhill very fast.

  • Hate The Huntress' hatchet hitbox. Yet I will continue to play her as much as I want.

I say this as someone who has many clips of hatchets hitting when they miss by 25 feet.

  • Be more toxic than them, simply leave a "GGEZ" then leave. It will make them about 10X madder than before and you can laugh to your heart's desire as you know they are now saltier than the old fries at the bottom of a McDonalds bag.

  • I would like to say that the update is needed, but a hard nerf in many ways.

The Legion is now an inverse Spirit from what I see, taking away a good bit of what makes the power so wonderful to use and very useful. To quickly pop into a frenzy to hit someone and continue on to the next person was the most unique aspect of the power. It made using The Legion a rather hard killer to actually play properly. Legion could get destroyed against a group of survivors that are decent at the game.

The Legion was overpowered still, but the changes of a slower frenzy are very much appreciated. The terror radius increase should not have been as drastic as what it was in my opinion, the radius should only go to the max distance before a chase is lost by the killer (which very well may be the 32). The mending bar should still decrease on a successful attack, because many players don't try to aim for the same survivor twice and down them with frenzy unless there are no other survivors nearby. Removing the blood is unnecessary since the mending stops while in the terror radius, making moonwalk exploits impossible, and I would prefer to be able to actually have SOME way of tracking people while in frenzy.

Those are my opinions, but my question for you is: CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK WHEN THIS GOES LIVE? I WANT A KILLER I CAN ACTUALLY USE IF I PAID FOR THEM! (I do only say this if when the PTB goes live I do not like the update. Who knows? Maybe people who Legion main will actually like this change. Doubtful, but it could happen.)

  • Everything from the rework looks good except this The Deep Wound timer progress is no longer reduced by regular Feral Frenzy attacks.  This completely renders Legion's power useless, catching survivors with Power won't work anymore since you will get stun every time after you use your power, and you need to wait until its fully charged, can't see Blood etc seems a bit overkill.

Hey look, an inverse Spirit. I can see survivors, just not their scratches or blood. NEAT! Glad I got him on sale when I liked him. I most definitely would NOT be purchasing him now and I have a good guess that nobody else will either. Devs, keep the smaller terror radius, the decreased frenzy speed is needed. The mending stops in terror radius is a good idea, but 'The Deep Wound timer progress is no longer reduced by regular Feral Frenzy attacks'. The Legion is powerful, but dumb. Think *NOT TRYING TO OFFEND ANYONE* (Insert Commonly Used Term Here) Strength. He can do a lot of damage, but against any skilled survivors, Legion gets their butt handed to them unless they know how to play Legion well. These updates make it where a properly and well played Legion is now impossible, because nobody who uses Feral Frenzy intelligently has the time to wait for that bar to recharge. Unless these endgame changes are going to remove all obstacles or walls entirely, all someone has to do is teabag at a window/vault after a Legion is done in Frenzy and can just taunt them. That is worse than waiting on Freddy to pull someone to the Dream Realm.

  • @Mat_Sella said:

Well they wouldn't have to disconnect if the killers would stop leaving said survivor on the ground for 4 minutes to look for the last survivor

Well look at the new DS. Slugging is the norm now

  • @Kagrenac said:

Unbreakable is gonna bite sluggers in the ass

It's a one-off perk. They get up and help others, but no gens were done, no hatch yet, and killers can just slug again.

  • @ThatGamerDude976 said:

Don't bother me, I always dc on try hard sluggers anyway 🤣😂

It is no longer try-harding at this point. It is the way you will have to play to avoid DS. Welcome to slugville hun, good luck getting your bloodpoints with the DCs.

  • @Master said:

In fact, killers in the red ranks are required to slug for the 4k if they want to pip.

I wonder when the hatch is gonna be reworked, but probably not this year lul....

So you understand the issue they have caused? Because as it stands, I would never use DS because I would be too in fear of Rancor and getting my DS off only to get mori'd at the door when they catch up to me. I feel bad for anyone who bought the Halloween Chapter. Michaels perks can now be redacted and made pointless, and DS is now a perk you have to actually be afraid of using.
