Maybe because people are still doing Nurse tome challenges?

Wait what? Twins stronger than Spirit? Are you kidding?
I never said this. It's best if you carefully read what somewhat says before drawing conclusions. I said arguably, there's less counterplay. Just because there's less counterplay, it doesn't mean that the killer is stronger. For example, Deathslinger has less counterplay in chase than Freddy but Freddy is definitely stronger.
-
The Twins definitely need to be tweaked somehow because the way that they can be played right now is downright degenerate. Arguably, there's more "counterplay" to spirit than there is to Victor.

First world problems
-
Gen speeds aren't really the problem. It really just boils down to the map really. Pressuring smaller maps will always be easier than gargantuan sized maps like Red Forest, or the god loops of haddonfield, or the god pallets of The Game. This is why you hear many people say Coal Tower is the most balanced map. Going back to gen speeds, I haven't had a 3-4 minute game as killer since I was like in green ranks.

I wonder how many 4ks I’ve gotten in a trial that OP would’ve given up on.
This. A killer's snowball potential is huge in this game. It only takes a few mistakes on the survivor's side to sometimes turn a 0k to a 3-4k.
-
I'll just leave this right here. Keys aren't the end of the world. I just take it as a challenge.

This is the DBD experience... in the beginning. Once you get quite proficient or pretty good at killer, you can pretty much win more than 90% of the time.
-
Well if you enjoy making babies cry, then I suppose you enjoy the new MMR.
-
It depends on the killer. Nurse, Spirit, Hag, and Doctor would love that map. End/Fury Bubba and a good Oni might be able to compete. A few stealth killers can benefit on that map as well. For the rest of the killers, it's just absolute hell.
-
@ScottJund said:
then what will i ever play
The Game map and Midwich still exists :D
-
The reason Nurse players can 4k 100 times in a row is because most players are bad. A tournament level squad can still 4 out a Nurse especially since most maps are survivor sided. She also already got nerfed TWICE. Give her a break especially with all the bugs she has to deal with.
-
Let's be real here. Solo queing against any good killer will be hell. I've gone against maybe 2 competent nurses in the past year.

I think we need the f tier back
Old Freddy tier is back.

Just because you're a rank 1 killer, it means that you should be good with all killers. I get the typical "How are you rank 1?" quite often when I'm trying to learn a new killer against 1k+ hour survivors.
-
There needs to be some sort of tell as she's phasing like having her leave black pools of blood behind or something. These pools can be used to mindgame similar to how survivors use scratch marks to mess with her while she's phasing. You can buff activation charge rate and phase speed to compensate for this change.
-
You right. Please remove the infinite grind BHVR or at least make double bp standard.
-
You can just gg and leave. It's what I typically do when they try to start something. They're not worth the time.

I play without add-ons as every killer. I main nurse. On ps4. And I haven't lost in three months. I didn't say otz was bad, I just thought he outskilled me. Guess I was wrong.
Different regions have different levels of players. The time of day will also have different players with different skill sets. Just because he loses in his region doesn't necessarily make him worse. Also, he counts even 1 survivor leaving the gate as a loss.
-
@Zaytex said:
Nurse is the strongest killer in the game by far, but you need to master her in order to basically stomp on survivors, which I think is fair when you consider the amount of effort it takes to get to such a stage, which means countless times when you lose games and all survivors escape.
There's an add-on that shows you where the blink will take you, its a good starter add-on to start learning Nurse, you should use it!
I wouldn't recommend this addon. You pay attention more to the cursor rather than the survivor movement, which is very valuable info when deciding on how you blink. It's honestly better to learn her by feel and muscle memory. Also, having a yellow recharge addon makes a huge difference.

Otz is worse than I thought then.
He's playing without addons, which is quite difficult. He is definitely not a bad killer since his streak ended at 45. A group of competent players can ruin your streak any time.
-
Well she's hard as hell. Otz has been headbanging against his desk trying to get his 50 win streak with her and he has over 5k hours. If you're a casual, it'll take a while to play well with her.

I've been seeing way more keys in my lobbies recently so I relate to this on a personal level.

Every single day, one killer main is tormented with the existence of a key.
But with your help, and just 30,000 Bloodpoints a day, you too can get them the Franklin's Demise they need.
Donate now, and save a killer main.
This is perfect.

I mean that's just folks being silly at that point haha. I mean, Franklins with that many keys wouldn't even be an issue all they have to do is put one down someplace safe and they can get it whenever they actually need it.
I think those folks were just having some fun dude xD
AHA!! I SPOTTED A WRETCHED "KEY" MAIN. AWAY WITH YOU HEATHEN!!
I know lol. This post is a lighthearted joke.

It depends on what is allowed in terms of addons and items.

The source code shows that you can buy the chapter with Iri shards so I doubt it's a licensed chapter.

Survivor: Sanctum of Wrath
Killer: Haddonfield

I think Ghostface needs a lot of buffs as well. He got some a while back but his power is still really awful and situational, he's almost like a dollar store Michael Myers with slight differences.
I am not sure where the right direction to go with him would be I'm not really great at game-balancing ideas. I just thought I would throw him into the ring cuz he's a really underpowered killer.
You're not wrong. I would decrease the cd of his night shroud recovery to like chewed pen level so that I don't have to constantly use that addon. With that in mind, those addons affecting recovery rate would be reworked. This may feel like a small change but I think it will make a huge difference.

@AChaoticKiller said:
For wraith he needs the speed from windstorm not it being basekit as that includes the slowdown he gets when uncloaking and he isn't strong enough for that to be justified, also imo it's the speed from the green windstorm he needs.
For legion he needs to be rewarded for getting multiple frenzy hits, the issue with him is frenzy is only used for first hits and spreading damage but if he could work towards something he would be a lot better. I think it would be cool if he had something like this;
For each hit in frenzy you gain a token. Tokens are consumed when frenzy ends.
- Nothing
- Reduced feral frenzy fatigue
- Reduced feral frenzy fatigue and all survivors affected by deep wounds are revealed by killer instinct for 5 seconds.
- When feral frenzy ends you go into a fatal frenzy, your movement speed is drastically reduced for 2 seconds before moving at 5.2 m/s it then lasts for 8 seconds during which your attacks injure and down survivors, hitting survivors in this state adds 4 seconds to it’s duration. Survivors affected by deep wounds in your terror radius are revealed by killer instinct during this time.
I could have been super creative with Legion's power with tokens and all of that but you have to understand that BHVR doesn't like to complicate things. Therefore, I had to defer to mechanics that have already been in the game.
-
I occasionally play Billy when I'm bored with other killers.
-
@Chilli_man2400 said:
I disagree with yellow windstorm base on wraith I’d rather it be his cloak speed is 195% speed. I love your idea of changing the windstorm addons to reduce the shimmer with invisibility I like that
Well whatever movement speed boost would be better than what he has now since most players wouldn't play w/o at least running a yellow windstorm. That was the point I was trying to drive.
-
It'll be the same. If you play solo, you will most likely die and lose. If you play SWF, you will most like win if your team is any good.
-
Nurse isn't called the most difficult killer for no reason. I got absolutely destroyed my first 7-8 games with her. However, I guess I'm also one of the lucky people who has less than 7 hours with Nurse and can still do fairly decent at red ranks.
Once you get the distance down, she becomes fairly easy to play against most survivors. The ones that actually use los blocks and are super difficult to read are the ones to watch out for. Outside of corn maps, I find Midwich to be the most frustrating because there are some things you just can't blink through.
-
Increase the cd of consecutive ADS.
-
*laughs in nurse and doctor*
-
I'd be ok with this. Snares are significantly stronger than dream pallets so having them become the addon instead makes sense.
-

When it works, it's *chef's kiss*.
-
Not only pallet vacuums but it looks like survivors vacuum vaults as well. As someone above me mentioned, there's some desync going on right now.
-
As much as I hate playing against Iron Will, it's completely fine and fair plus there's a direct counter to it (stridor).
-
You do know that Undying didn't always exist and killers still did really well?
-
Freddy has passive pressure/slowdown/mobility that Doctor doesn't have which makes him pretty much a better Doctor. Spirit has decent mobility and map presence. The nature of her power allows her to end chases quickly without giving any input to the survivor.
The fact that Doctor has to time his shock properly and has a slowdown penalty when he uses his power makes it more fair when he actually downs you (this power isn't abusive and there's a drawback and timing to it as well as a sound cue when he shocks). Not to mention, he lacks mobility. Players typically complain about certain killers when they feel like they're losing to a killer that takes less skill than others.
-
This is possibly the worst patch since the Legion release.
-
Never knew that Demo became an AV model. (Someone had to say it)
-
Ehh... Spine Chill is one the better designed useful perks for survivors. Understandably, it gives useful info against stealth killers and killers in general but survivors do not know where the killer is coming from.
There are many times I see survivors crouching behind a wall and I'm still able to sneak up on them. Sometimes they just straight up run into me. I wouldn't mind if they decrease the range to 32m but it would still be a pointless nerf so let's not go on a nerfing spree now because all that does is make the game less fun.
-
@CornHub said:
Do you have a clip of what they did in the PTB?
I don't personally have a clip but streamers like Bronx have tested it out on stream and you can't do fast 360's with flicks anymore (unless I and others are doing something wrong).
-
@TheClownIsKing said:
The PTB has been closed for weeks, and you’re.... bringing this up now?
I.e. on what grounds are you claiming this if it’s not currently able to be tested?
Well many players have noted this when the ptb was out but it wasn't really addressed so that's why I'm bringing this up now.
@The_Krapper said:

That's what I'm saying , not only that but 360 are still possible, you just can't spin like you're a helicopter about to take off now
Well those are the ones that are effective. Slow 360's just get you hit.
-
@Kees_T said:
Uuuh, are you serious? Don't talk like 360 is a game mechanic that was "nerfed". It's just a dumb tech to troll and make new Killers miss hits, it's useless against good Killers. This shouldn't even be a thing.
I'm dead serious... LOL. It's not just a "dumb tech to troll and make new killers miss hits". It actually takes a fair bit of skill to do properly. Not to mention, it's fun as hell to attempt even thought it doesn't work all the time. It creates memorable moments like in this video.
