Somewhat true. But also, it’s building up immunity. When you first watch a horror movie, you might be on the edge of your seat. Watch it again and again, and you know what to expect.
It’s the same with DBD. Certain elements may make it creepier, but in general you become immune to the horror factor after a while because you’re used to it

Depends on the legal case between WB / New Line Cinema & Wes Craven Estate.
I heard it’s going over smoothly though, so it shouldn’t end up being a F13 situation. DBD may need to go through both parties in order to re-obtain the licensing. Whether they’ve already started the process or are waiting, I don’t know. We just gotta be patient for now.
It does look like some hints have been dropped that SOMETHING to do with Freddy / ANOES is in the near future, but again, it’s all just speculation at this point.

I feel like spirit is one of the easiest killers that I go up against. Freddy and Doc I agree are overpowered, but when I see leatherface I just want to DC
Wha??? Spirit is probably the most powerful killer in the game. Especially with Stridor, it’s nearly impossible to counter her.

I don’t like to work on the available gens because I know the killer will patrol them, but I use that time to hunt down the totems and cleanse them.

I’m against it because I simply don’t like it. Most of the time, chats in video games involving competition bring out the worst in people. I think people are just better off without reading all that negativity.

If you are on ps4 you dont know if a chat would be toxic or not plus you can always close the chat and its the same as before.
With the option to basically remove the chat i dont understand people that are immediately against an implementation of a chat.
Are you kidding me? Lol. Chats are nearly always toxic in video games, because people don’t know how to use their manners online.
If I could disable the chat entirely, fine, but that doesn’t change the fact that I don’t want it at all. I couldn’t care less about getting a chat system going. I like that it doesn’t have that feature. But that’s my opinion, and you’re entitled to yours.

Time is precious, and self-care is amazing at wasting it. Especially as you creep around trying to find some lonely corner of the map where you can sit without having to worry about the killer with your thumb up your butt for over half a minute to regain a single health state. That's a potato play.

I’ve died too many times on hook because a teammate is using SC. It’s not a bad perk when you’re in a tight spot but otherwise, I really dislike how much time it takes.

I think he’s fine where he is. Though I’d say he becomes more powerful while running iron maiden because one of survivors strongest counters to him (lockers) are suddenly unsafe lol.

Sometimes. I mostly play survivor, so memeing is a hit or miss.
But once I had a Spirit play along with me in Dead Dawg Saloon. She pretended to serve drinks and dance on tables lol.

Proud of you! :) As a studying psychologist, I think it’s really important that this stuff is talked about. It’s negative comments like that that contribute to stigmatizing mental health & making people feel badly about reaching out, when it should in fact be normalized.

It is definitely important not to self diagnose, as that can also bring on a placebo effect which you don’t want.
However, make an appointment with a professional and tell them you suspect you might have BPD but would like to get to the bottom of it and generally gain an understanding of what is going on. It could be MANY things, and a lot of symptoms overlap so while you may think it’s BPD it could be something else entirely.
Mental health can be hard. Look after yourself and please get the help you need.

I just went against a god tier PC Nurse and tbh I’d be fine if I never faced one again. 1 gen done. I love the nurse but that doesn’t make for a fun match at all lol.

Badham Preschool is my favorite. Pretty fair and balanced overall & I just like the setting, compared to so often being in the woods.
Dead Dawg Saloon is my least favorite. I love the aesthetic but it’s too bright and tiny for my liking. You have like 1 generator out in the desert area and the rest are all pretty close together. Really hard to get anything done on that map.

Really? Well, I probably exaggerated my wording. I had like 3 Nurses today. Which isn’t a LOT in the grand scheme of things but compared to console, I’ve seen her like...once every 50 or more trials IF that hahaha 😂 so to me it’s a lot

I’m having a lot of fun with it. I play PS4 and now I see tons of super skilled nurses, which is crazy to me because I rarely ever saw her on console. Once in a blue moon. Makes me happy to see people playing her for once lol

I’m a rank 1 PS4 survivor & have fun with difficult, close matches. But bruh after crossplay I’ve been getting absolutely wrecked by nurses LOL.

They still don’t have the license to add Freddy to Switch, but you can still play with people who own the ANOES DLC.
I’m not sure what’s going on in the legal case right now, but hopefully it’s in the works of being resolved.

His hair is the worst part. Laurie and default Feng have the same issue where it looks really thin and almost transparent at the ends. I’m assuming they will look better once the graphics update drops. Also, I’ve seen people speculating about a Quentin rework as DBD have been posting some hints recently.

Man I hope so 😩 ANOES needs some attention. I know it’s been tough though, what with the legal crap going on. But still, as you said, certain little hints dropped lead me to believe that they’re bringing Freddy to Switch. Not sure about the face rework for Quentin but I’ll remain hopeful lol.
When does the crossplay feature drop anyway?
