Mr. Puddles, but I kinda like all of Clowns outfits.
-
Everyone would play 1 of 2.
The survivor who repairs the quickest or the survivor who runs the fastest. Nothing else matters unless you count immersion, which case we already have Claudette.
-
Soon tm
-
Its quite shocking how many people think Doctor is op. Maddening even. Almost makes you want to scream.
-
"I don't understand killers"
"I don't understand"
"I don't"
"I"
"I hate"
"I hate getting"
"I hate getting outplayed"
Ahh thats better, but seriously it doesn't matter whether people play killer or survivor. Humans in general are toxic and it has no correlation with the roles in this game.
-
I've been Rank 1 as a Clown main for a long time so yes.
-
I usually killed on 2nd hook anyway if I used them regardless. Only time I ever you kill as fast as possible is if I was drunk or was against a group of 4 key claudettes sending me to Old Ormond or Haddonfield.
Won't effect me much and I'm happy for the change.
-
They should make couple addons that increase the time Big V can hold the locker shut.
Green addon 2.5 seconds
Purple addon 5 seconds
Situational as hell and more than likely useless most of the time, but would be fun with an iron maiden build.

Best: (From top to bottom)
1. Curtain Call - Added Clown into the game. This was also around the time they started balancing the Pallet Vacuum issue.
2. Descend Beyond - Added Blight to the game as a unique fun killer. Overall good and balanced chapter.
3. Halloween - First licensed killer added to the game. Introduced the obsession mechanic.
Worst (From top to bottom)
1. A Binding of Kin - The launch had so many bugs, it was basically incomplete. The killer is unique, but clunky.
2. Darkness Among Us - Legion's launch was controversial and added many different issues regarding the deep wound mechanic which was revised multiple times.
3. The Last Breath - Nurse was brought into the game and quite literally broke everything. She's been balanced since then, but it was a long road to get there.
-
Then don't run it, its not hard. Bad habits can be broken.
-
Congratulations on breaking your bad habit OP. Your a better person for it <3.
-
Games not over til its over. I can slug to give myself some extra time to find the Hatch or the last survivor. Its part of the game if your losing get better so you don't lose next time.
-
Ok
-
I'll probably still 4k regardless so whatever.
-
If you think this patch was buggy, imagine the devs needing to redevelop how killers are built into the game to allow a 2 player killer and the net code optimization that would need to come with it.
-
People are inherently toxic in general, there character has nothing to do with it. Its human nature to put others through pain for their own amusement as we have seen through history, nothing new and will never change.
-
Being a killer isn't about being fair, its about killing. Not my fault the other people in the lobby don't have fun playing the game.
-
I'm not going to handicap myself because the game matched me against you. Get better and overcome your obstacles, instead of dragging people down to your skill ceiling.
-
I also like it rough.
-
I already don't walk through pallets 95% off the time? How is this perk going to affect me?
-
I'll buy it like I've bought every chapter.
-
Why indeed
-
I'm a masochist and tend to play meme builds at Rank 1.
-
First time?
-
I very rarely rely on Bloodlust for a hit unless I messed up. It won't affect me in the slightest, even on meme builds.
-
Just move the aura reveal to Thrill of the Hunt. Boom a currently irrelevant perk becomes relevant and Undying only does what its needed for.
-
I do very well with Clown and I think he's underrated. While he does have some issues, his biggest problem is the loud grunt he makes when vaulting windows. If they fix that and don't ruin him with his rework he will be golden.
-
3k to 4k in 85% of my matches. Occassionally I get a good SWF, but I run Meme Clown builds a lot so ill usually get 1k-2k on those.
I also run builds off meta a lot so it throws the Rank 1 survivors who are used to the same Meta perks.
-
Oni as a killer is the Definition of "punished for your mistakes" if your team plays perfectly hes meh, but as soon as someone slips up the game can end in a couple minutes due to his snowball potential. He's a less consistant, but more punishing Hillbilly if he gets going essentially if that's what you're interested in.
-
Reading your unspaced rant was pretty unfun to do, but you know I did it so..
-
Its alright.
I don't really like the idea of perks that only give you limited value when your losing the match.
Fire up at least gives me constant value once it ramps up. This only gives you spikes in power that while gimmicky, aren't always game changing.
-
I learn new killers by playing them. Each time a SWF team pushes me down I learn something new and get back up better.
-
Low Tier at Base, Mid Tier with good addons.
Power has to much risk for the reward it offers.
Perks look interesting though.
-
I couldn't care less honestly. *shrug*
-
Legion can be ok with a very specific set of builds, but once you drift outside of those builds they become pretty mediocre.
-
I actually like this.
-
To be honest, I'm leaning towards Wendigo, but not Until Dawn's Wendigo. Just a traditional Algonquin Native American Wendigo. The Hag blends into a similar design, but mixed with a cursed witch vibe with some mangled intelligence remaining. Id like to see a fast skinny malnourished individual wearing torn Algonquin clothing with or without a Deer/Elk skull over their head acting much more feral than human.
Just my 2 cents
-
No point, I'd rather go around the map to break pallets I missed/farm deviousness with my power for more blood points that walk up to an exit gate to give survivors a free chase escape.
-
Enduring, Spirit Fury, Discordance/Tinkerer, and PgtW is a good build if you don't want to run Undying Ruin or Thana.
Play aggressive at pallets and use Spirit Fury/Enduring to get downs while keeping everyone injured. Discordance helps you find grouped up survivors for your power, or Tinkerer for constant generator awareness with stealth. Pop is always good.
-
While Wraith does need an update, I don't think he's in a terrible place atm. He's just addon dependent. After killers like Trapper, Clown, Pig and Huntress get looked at then definitely I think he should be improved.
-
If your casual why do you care so much about what other people are doing instead of having fun? I mean if you say them playing the game is ruining your experience, I'd hate to break it to you, but pvp games may not be your thing.
-
Adrenaline heal shouldn't activate if exhausted, speed boost should always activate. No heal when on the hook.
Creates some anti synergy with exhaustion perks to create more interesting choices perk wise.
-
You could say "some peoples" mindsets need to change instead of segregating it to just people who enjoy killers. There are survivors who feel the same way about DS and Unbreakable/Soulguard being perfectly fine, but camping and tunneling is wrong.
-
When I face truly good survivors at Rank 1, Hex Undying and Ruin are usually cleansed within 1 1/2 to 2 mins of the match starting. Does it by me a decent amount of time? Sure, but Corrupt Intervention can have similar effect while taking up only 1 perk slot. Against casual survivors, they get completely overwhelmed by the Hexs though.
Personally I like to run Undying on Freddy with Huntress's Lullaby, Overcharge and Unerving Presence with a Dress addon. Meme build for sure, but getting PgtW level of regression on missed skill checks when they wake themselves up is pretty nutty.
-
*Looks down on you with a disappointed expression*
Pathetic
-
I wouldn't say Blight is harder to play than Nurse. A more accurate statement is that Blight has a higher skill ceiling than Nurse.
A God Nurse is still on a completely different level than Blight and definitely should be, but Blight can make use of more information and knowledge than a Nurse due to the flexibility of his kit and unmatched map presence. The more a player uses these tools the more they access that high skill ceiling.
The point is newer or less skilled players may be terrible with Blight, but veterans than know the maps, mechanics, gameplay well will be fantastic with him.
-
Honestly, this version of the perk was 3 seconds originally and was only buffed to 5 seconds due to Enduring reducing the stun recovery by 75% and if you played back then Enduring was basically mandatory.
Since then they have removed Endurings ability to affect DSs stun so I see no reason it shouldn't remain at 3 seconds.
-
I main Clown and Blight currently. Both have Pros and Cons, but I find more situations where I miss Blights strengths vs Missing Clowns Strengths. I still need more data and testing, but honestly I play both killers differently so I'll prolly main both.
-
Any perk you rely heavily on to get you results is a crutch. For example if are terrible at looping and run DS or Dead Hard because you want to use it to fix mistakes at a loop then they are crutches. Same concept as NoeD, where the killer relies on the perk to win them the match due to the fact they are not good at applying pressure.
In real life, if you have trouble walking you rely on a crutch to allow you to walk easier. Do you need it? Maybe not, but relying on it makes your situation easier. The crutch is letting you get from point A to point B faster, so its not a bad thing, but you should recognize that you do rely on it to get results.

No, I don't need to hear Man children or actual children screaming in the end game chat. The text chat is bad enough as it is.
