I don't think Leader should be buffed so much to become a meta perk. Just enough so that it doesn't collect dust on the perk shelves. The stacking might be too much, I feel.
To me, at least 50 perks should become part of the meta

Dealing with killer belongings (when the skull icon appears in the HUD)
And just to bring Leader to the meta, survivors could be affected by multiple Leaders

The bug report has been acknowleged and a discussion is underway wiht our design team for the correct interaction with Kindred.
It should definitely not show the aura through the bubble and that is not going to change.
However the aura of the killer being shown to the hooked survivor is under discussion, the wording of the perk does state that the killer aura should be shown to OTHER survivors (not the hooked survivor), which it does correctly. It remains to be seen if the aura will be shown to the hooked survivor or if the text on the perk will be made clearer.
Why its under discussion? Kindred is such an important perk for solo queue, whats the point of nerfing it? Its very important for the hooked survivor to see the killer's aura as well. We have a meta of killers making survivors blind, countering Kindred. Also, sure I might know if the killer is camping me considering I can see the "anti-camp" bar filling up, but should I free myself from the hook and run directly towards the killer because I don't know which direction they are standing? Not even counting situations of the basement that the killer can stand right by the entrance and the "anti-camp" bar is not gonna fill up in time to save myself?
Seriously, just keep the killer's aura visible anytime for the Kindred user. Nerfing this perk is just a slap in the face of survivors.

5 seconds stun
Activates when the survivor is downed rather than after leaving the hook

Survivor you can spend 1/2 the game or more AFK on gens, can't really be hard camped anymore so you get off the hooks basically for free, will have the OTR/DS combo back in a month or two for multiple extra lives if you get tunneled, have a team to bail you out if you make mistakes, and also if your team loses you get a chance at a totally free escape because the game just gives them out to the last survivor sometimes
That's more stressful than all gameplay being chase interactions, having to outplay 4 different people, with no team to help you? lol
I'm a killer main and I think survivor is chill asf, and with sole survivor you don't even have to care if your team is getting stomped you can get your free door escape for extra MMRs

Survivors can remove "charges" from a completed gen and then repair it again once only 3 generators are left in the game. Removing charges lasts just as long as repairing. Killer's can be notified when a gen is being worked on for charges

Well, while I completely agree that Killers will complain about some Perks right after the next Patch dropped, I think the screenshot shows a great variety of Perks. I personally dont think that all of them are actually good, but it shows that there is personal preference over strength. And if I counted correctly, those are 14 different Perks out of 16 Perks total. Nobody can really complain about stale Builds with this one.

Does not really matter. The Prestige-Change was long ago, P100-Survivors are not rare anymore. Yes, it is unusual that there are 4 of them, but I am pretty sure that most players who play a decent amount of time have at least 1 P100-Survivor at this point. Killers on the other hand are more rare when it comes to P100s, simply because nearly nobody only plays one Killer.
(Let alone, if all of those would have used a different character, it would not change anything except for some fancy numbers. They would still own P100-Survivors and would still be the same players)
The great variety of perks is something that I wished it was always true. Survivors have many useless perks. A buff to them could be enough to make the meta more fun, diverse and unpredictable. I mean, what's the point of Spine Chill now? Botany Knowledge and Pharmacy (after medkits nerfs), and the penalty on Calm Spirit? Also, Corrective Action, Poised, Premonition, Inner Focus, Dark Theory...so many perks that could use some help

To the wider topic, I think this is an overexaggeration. It's fine to not like her, but she's clearly much better than she was before.
Her 3-genning has been brought down to the level any killer can achieve, drones have never been OP and certainly aren't now, and I don't even know what you mean by abusing the movement speed bonuses/penalties. That's just how her power works, it's like saying Clown abuses slows and haste.
And don't you think these people giving up on hook is not a symptom of a badly designed gameplay that should be changed?

The game could promote and reward players that don't tunnel. If you want easier games, fine, but you are not gonna pip and gonna receive a small amount of BP at the end of the match.
For example, a game with 1-2-3-4 1-2-3-4 1-2-3-4 can give the killer something like 80k BP basekit (not counting BP offerings) whilst a game with 1-1-1 2-2-2- 3-4 would give the killer let's just say 5k

Without Buckle Up, FTP is only useful in 2 situations
-The killer is hard tunneling and you want to heal the unhooked survivor so they can have more of a chance and buy more time for the team

They screwed up and all are down. As things are now, I go around and pick them up, put them on hooks, match is done, 4k for me.
With the timer and basekit unbreakable, in the melee that ensues from this type of play from the survivors, a couple are likely ready to get themselves up and do so as soon as I lift a survivor. They reset the others, while i hook, effectively getting a second chance. I call that rewarding them.
I say instead, you give them the option to self bleed out after (x) amount of time has passed. They don't get the second chance, the killer still gets they win they earned, and survivors still have an out rather than sit through a four minute bleedout in other games where they face a more sadistic killer player.
Reward them: nobody is on gens, hooks being traded, everybody is injured
Killer gameplay has always been so easy

Survivors have plenty of good perks. Any exhaustion perk is a good perk. As is Chem Trap, Any Means, Blast Mine, Adren, Inner Strength, Alert, Autodidact, Bond, Botany, Overzealous etc etc.
In fact, I think survivors have more good perks than not. What people don't want is survivors having BROKEN perk combos like, say, a combo that gives you and another person 10s endurance, that can be instantly applied to a slug while killer is still in wipe animation, that only requires you to be close to the person when they go down. Just the same way, I'm sure you wouldn't want killers to have a perk that instantly downs you when you're working on a gen.
