I use Myers, with M&A, Ruin, BBQ and Franklin's. I put on J. Myers Memorial and Dead Rabbit. Pop a Game or Lery's and watch as they panic with a zero terror radius Tier 2 Myers.

He still will not have a power. It will take 1 second. And he is LOUDER than old Wraith. Unless he gets that sounds removed and Survivors' ability to break him out of his power is gone, he isn't going to be good, at all.

Nurse is overpowered in the right hands, I'll give you that. However, I really think you need to look at this objectively. Billy isn't overpowered, he is good, not OP. You can force other killers to work at Rank 5-10 but as soon as you get into red ranks, Survivors get too good to simply brute force your way through a killer. You need a useful power. Tell me, what was the last killer released that was viable in high ranks?

No, I'm fairly certain that he did give a reason as to why it was changed. He didn't attack her, I believe he used an example. I am really not sure what you are getting at.
