An event where all players travel at 400% speed!
It would be insanity! -

Legion is fine how he is... He just needs a slight nerf to his feral frenzy... And maybe make him more realistic...
E.g.
Walk Speed: 4.0 m/s
Feral Frenzy Speed: 5.2 m/s
Height: Average
Terror Radius: 284 m/s would make Legion the same exact speed as survivors meaning they would only ever be able to catch up with bloodlust or feral frenzy, which to my knowledge I'm pretty sure the majority of players want to go down to a normal chase, not being stabbed 4 times with their power. Your straight up nerf to Legion would make him the actual worst killer in the game and give them the excuse to retain broken addons like frank's mixtape.
Regarding the OP, I actually like this rework idea, it's pretty cool - I remember putting up a rework for the legion a while ago but I don't think the post ever actually took off. But I like the fact that you incorporated a way to use each legion member, though maybe instead of having Joey be the member with the slowest vault speed, perhaps allow him to be the member that can break pallets?
@Mr_Black Legion is fine how he is? No not really. The nerfs you put are worse then what the Devs did to poor Freddy, but at least you can make the argument that Freddy can still consistently kick more arse.
@vampire_toothy Thank you, friend. I'll look through and see if I can find your discussion, then I'll read and leave a comment. Regarding your suggestion, hmm, it would certainly give him that brute status. I'll add it.
(Oh geez, I shudder at the amount of coding it would take to implement this idea.)
He needs no buff... He needs a tad nerf on his base speed... He is primarily a chaser, with his feral frenzy, he doesn't need base speed... They also need to solve the whole deep wounds pausing thing... The Legion can just look down when chasing and the timer will carry on...

So the power is cool but tbh it isn't really enough, it isn't detrimental to the game or the Survivors, no game changer. They have debuffs but they are debuffs they deal with all the time with other Killers and reaslly they don't care about them.A power needs to change the game for Survivors, for example, Clown's bottles slow them down, when used at pallets they can be attacked before they reach it and get downed at all loops much faster. Myers has an instadown, Spirit is unpredictable and no one knows if she's phasing or standing still until oop she's right there and that causes paranoia in Survivors.
Your lunge perk is cool, very helpful tbh.
Your rusty hook Broken perk is awesome, the Killer's versian of Deliverance.
Your Gen perk though might be too strong, Overcharge makes it explode but yours Exposes them, gives their location, and regresses the Gen. I think you get Exposed even if you do get the skillcheck? If so and the Killer also has Surveillance well evryone's dead with that combo.
Forgot to add, the exhaustion infliction will punish those with dead hard... Hindered means you can't go far... Mangled means it takes longer to heal along with haemorphage making it easier for Plague to track you...
Broken means you can't heal at all... It could change the game madly... However, as a wise man said, ' I think that the disease could benefit from having a fixed effect that slowly gets worse overtime'...You can edit posts by clicking the gear icon in the corner somewhere. Missing the skill check on that perk makes sense now, a lot better. They'll think it's Overcharge but oops you're Exposed, I would love that. Looking at the power again, it is pretty cool because Exhaustion perks are gone, they could be blinded and this makes this Killer a natural at slugging, making them Broken would be huge. I think maybe you should add in a action/repair speed debuff as well into the mix because it looks like most of the time they'll be blinded, Exhausted and maybe Broken or Exposed, most of those are manageable but maybe adding this in too could make it more powerful.
Overcharge? Nah... It doesn't do it straight away... It'll look like a normal skill check...

I don't think you understand how un-fun that would be on certain killers with great map pressure such as Nurse or Hag. Or stealth killers like Micheal or Pig. There would be no counter play. At least make it a hex if its like that.Make it a hex... And could you explain?
How would it make Michael or pig have no counter play?As they could sneak up, it wouldn't be as effective as the other 2 I mentioned. How ever it would be strong. I would still make it if they would fail a skill check as it would punish survivors for messing up. How ever doing a good skill check would punish survivors for doing their objective.
Kinda like Ruin then... Punishing them for objectives... This is different in the way that you have to spend tokens for it... And you have to break it...

I said Neigh looks like a more grossly overpowered version of overcharge and I think that the disease could benefit from having a fixed effect that slowly gets worse overtime. Addons could increase the rate at which the plague advances and add new effects (perhaps even death with a red add on that considerably reduces advancement). In this way the character could be like a cross between the Doctor and the Pig.You mean like having a timer on how long it takes for the next status to come in... Making his main counter method gen rushing and running out the exits... Interesting concept... However, there would have to be a way to berid it...

However, the power can really ######### up a survivor... Exposed and or broken can change a game...
I wish I could edit posts to add something to it...
The survivor gets exposed if they don't get great skill check... And the killer is notified... -

He really doesn't need a base speed buff... I don't think he could walk the same speed as Michael Myers... It'd be best if his main speed came from his sprinting feral frenzy...

Its a good concept how ever how it would act in game I'm not so sure... This killer would seem to rely heavily on RNG for his power to be in full effect. Also the perk "I Said Neigh" is literally Overcharge mixed with Pop Goes The Weasel and Make Your Choice. Here's how I'd change it
When kicking a generator, gain a token.
Every time a survivor fails a skill check, they receive the exposed status effect for 15/20/25 seconds
A survivor failing a skill check consumes 1 token
Maximum of 3/4/5 tokensMy reply:
Make your choice for gens... Nice...
However, it would be more handy if it was less nice...
E.g.When kicking a generator, gain a token.
Every time a survivor hits a good skill check, they receive the exposed status effect for 20/25/30 seconds and the killer is notified
A survivor failing a skill check consumes 2 tokens
Maximum of 2/4/6 tokens
Hitting a great skill check will negate the effect -

What DCs do...
To survivors - Give them a huge disadvantage and lessen the chance of winning (e.g. I was in a game where someone disconnected upon, what I assume was, missing decisive strike... We had 1 gen done... This basically screwed us for the whole game...To killers - Give them less chance to get more points... Also may waste time...

Not really, I've beaten Nurses multiple times just by running into them when they tp ot just playing mind games on them (dropping a pallet, waiting for them to fade then jumping over it - works like a charm)...
Probably haven't played against a good one then. Rank 1 Nurses don't fall for that stuff easily :P
Rank 11-9 survivor... Just run into where they come from... That works for me... Then again, any killer can be good if you play 'em properly... I'm really good with wraith and doc...

Depends. If your objective is to find survivors then it's pretty good.
Might leave some killers a little exposed in other areas, e.g. anti-loop or slowing the game down but would be good on Nurse.
Constantly knowing where survivors are to tp to them and smack them wouldn't slow gens down? Especially with discordance...
If you're using Nurse then yeah but you didn't specify that. Thought you meant on any killer and some just dont have the map pressure for that sadly.
I said Nurse... I specified Nurse...
It doesn't say Nurse's (the perk), is says Nurse... -

Nurse + BBQ + Bitter Murmur + Discordance + (Insert choice perk here)
What do you think? Comment below...well ur pursiung to slow the gens down, jUsT A liTTle BiT! so I guess u need Ruin as 4th perk
I'd go for Pop goes the Weasel, Over charge, Discordance and Ruin if I wanted to slow down gens... With Doc as well..

Those are all tracking perks. I dunno if you need 4 of them, but by all means go right on ahead if you feel the need. Probably not the most efficient way to use your perk slotsI feel, with nurse, you want to be able to find the survivors a lot...
