Didn't they also say they "We do not want to rule out the possibility of having the update ready next week." Its very unclear what that means. Does it mean the update is ready and needs a certification or does it mean it will go live.
tbh everything is possible but the best we can do is not get hype about it

so this halloween even is tide to rifts you will be able to get serum by leveling it up which you can do by compliting challanges in archives and simply by playtiem the event offering that you will be able to find on bloodweb will just give you some extra bloodpoints for compiting event generator or event hook

i definitely understand where you're coming from, but these types of errors are way too common and are negatively effecting dbd. i wouldn't care so much if these types of problems weren't that common, but this always happens.

Mid chapters don't come before it was 1.5 months since the last chapter.
Last chapter was 17th September. Do the math. The best we can expect is the end of October or beginning of November.

They said it comes with the mid chapter update. And that comes around the beginning of november.
i saw post where on of the devs said they are trying to get it done before halloween abd also mid-chapter patch didt have announced date so it might be coming any day

they still have some time to halloween and they are trying they best to push it out before halloween
