How to make Survivors disconnect faster than playing Legion with Frank's Mixtape and an Ebony Mori.
LOL

Because what's the point?
you can remove the chat box now... click on the little arrow box next to the chat and chat disappears

First of all, this would tip off survivors that there is a fake hex; NO other hex totems spawn a notification immediately
My idea for this would be make a Fake Hex totem appear in the trial. If that totem is cleansed, the survivor's aura is revealed to the killer for 60/80/100 seconds
-
Straight up, if a survivor makes it to an open hatch, they should get it.
A simple fix would be take out the grab animation from the hatch.
-
Love the BEAST OF PREY, UNRELENTING and PREDATOR idea
for PREDATOR, would that affect survivors mapwide?
I disagree with REMOVING a perk altogether; NO ONE LEFT BEHIND is not a great perk, I agree, but they should just up the percent speed AND, if there were feeling spicy, could add on a similar concept to WE'RE GUNNA LIVE FOREVER: unhook or take a hit for a survivor gets you a token...yada yada yada
I would comment on your PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD idea, but I have my own take on PWYF.
-
Since the Dev team has been having trouble getting totems to actually be secure, I was thinking we can add a portion to each totem that remains, so you at least get PART of the benefit of a perk slot.
I would be okay with this idea
I would make it so RUIN affects 1 person, HUNTRESS LULLABY 5% regression, and DEVOUR HOPE is tricky because the haste effect is only after hooking a survivor temporarily.
I do see @HazeHound 's point though.

@Milo oh I get what you mean now. No it doesn’t make Mangled/Haemorrhage of SB go away on its own quicker, because SB is permanent until recovered.
However what I mean is that Vigil mitigates some of the healing debuff speed. I’m almost certain it does.
it does not. :/

Wraith is still underpowered. He should be truly invisible or have brown addon for this.
I don't know about FULLY invisible, but if they tone down the motion blur a bit, I wouldn't be opposed

So leveling up Jane has finally given me the chance to use Object of Obsession a lot for the first time due to being limited on the perks I had.
I wouldn't mind this change; seems legit to me
I would STILL have SPINE CHILL work on him, though.
-
One thing I want to add: I'm actually okay with NOED as it currently stands. The fear of NOED possible coming up endgame should make everyone cleanse totems. (see a totem, break a totem)
I just think this idea will make NOED a bit more earned and punish those that rely solely on NOED
-
I like this idea
It creates incentive to hook the survivor rather than bring a Mori
Also, if the Obsession decides to Kill themselves or DC at the start of the match, the killer gets SOME use out of the perk, and it doesn't COMPLETELY screw over the other survivors... not perfect, but not DETRIMENTAL
When it comes to the tokens, is your Idea for 4 tokens or 3? I ask because you said each time you hook the obsession AND when the Obsession dies, and we all know you die on the 3rd hook; so would that mean that the killer gains a token on hook and then another when the survivor finally dies on hook?
If that is the case for 4 tokens... I honestly would not be opposed to that. As I said previously, it would give EXTRA incentive for a killer to sacrifice the survivor and not camp as well as NOT bring a Mori
There is one issue with this idea though: the fact that Decisive Strike can now change whom the obsession is. If they were to make this change, they would have to decide whether to take all the tokens away if the Obsession changes, or keep the tokens on Dying Light. Either way is going to be a hard work-around

Coughing is something you must do with so much fluid in stomach/lungs. Its not thing of strong will or calmness. It is also strong perk already, no reason to buff it.
I beg to differ for multiple reasons:
1) Calm Spirit is a MEDIOCRE perk, at best.
2) When I get sick IRL, and the sickness involves coughing, I suppress the the urge to cough due to coughing exasperating the illness and making me even more uncomfortable during my sickness; granted I have never been infected with The Plague
3) Even in a realism standpoint, Calm Spirit suppresses the urge to scream during a high voltage electric shock as well as suppresses the urge to cough from corrosive clouds from a bottle, yet we cannot apply it to coughing from The Plague's ability... A lil' inconsistent.

I actually have been seeing a few other GREAT ideas for adding to Freddy and thought I would share:
1) An Add-on that makes it take longer to be woken up by another survivor
2) An Add-on that makes the survivor movement speed decrease while the transition is in effect
One add-on that I just thought of could be: Grants No Skill Checks while in the dream world, but grants a 25% increase to survivor actions while asleep (so instead of Survivors suffering from a 50% penalty, now only suffer a 25% penalty while in the dream world
Another idea that I had, which I HIGHLY DOUBT would get used, but would like to see because of the whole lore of Freddy: is giving him the ability to teleport.
This teleport ability would be similar to hag, but would not be as instant; maybe take 3 seconds. Also, he would only have 3 teleport spawns in the match. I'm not sure if it would be a good idea or not to allow Freddy to place the spawn points himself; they could just be randomly generated, like The Pig's Jigsaw boxes, just have them spawn like a triangle around the map.
The reason for this idea is two-fold:
1) Freddy does lack in map-pressure, and this would help with that.
2) This is one of Freddy's abilities in the Franchise, which made him absolutely terrifying; It really pains me to see one of the most terrifying killers of all time be so low on the Killer Tier List of DBD. He needs something DEVS!

I really like the idea for an addon increasing the time to wake up

This is a massive nerf to an otherwise already weak perk that only works in very situational builds! You're suggesting making this perk completely useless! Good god man, get it together.

I think you need to be more specific in why you think it's a nerf... Either you didn't read it correctly, or you are doing what every moron does, stir up #########.
-
I did think about that, but then survivors would have NO REASON to stun the killer; they would always throw them down early or damage thru them
I see your logic of getting slammed would make a killer angry and move faster, but I think it would be counter-productive

Thank you for the feedback
The main reason for the idea of Bloodbits is so people aren't using their BP to buy these items; I feel BP should be used for progression and BB used for a fun new exchange experience
If they did use this idea and used BP, I wouldn't be opposed to it; I just think the values should be drastically changed
Also, I agree with your idea of Map Offerings be a different price; my idea is basically a baseline: (The main reason I thought of this idea is because I LOVE playing scratched mirror Myers on Lery's, but can never find Lery's offerings... yet i have all these crappy addons and offerings I don't use) Therefore, I do agree some of the... High demand items... such as Prayer Beads, Iridescent Heads, Lery's, The Game, ect.. should be held at a higher price
I do, however, disagree, that Mori's shouldn't be bought... and that's coming from me, A survivor Main; I feel EVERYTHING should have a price... accordingly, of course.
Once again, thank you for your insight and support
I just hope the Devs get to see this idea and get the gears turning

I am aware of the nerf to Bloodlust
However, in keeping with the concept of Bloodlust, speeding up other actions would help with the constant looping of infinites
The whole mechanic of Bloodlust is to catch up on a survivor eventually if they keep looping you, but one of the problems to looping is also windows... and since Bloodlust increases movement speed, I feel it makes sense to increase the speed of the others as well
-
Another thing to add, is that the Bank would be exclusive to whatever character does the exchange
example) Feng Min's Points are reserved for Only Feng Min... and that goes for all characters
-
I have tried that, but unfortunately just made me swing AND "hit" the woke survivor, doing nothing, AND also registering a Freddy Hit Animation.
I'll try it out some more, but honestly feel if you can literally walk through a survivor, you should be able to swing through them effectively too
SIDE NOTE: swinging AND "hitting" a woke survivor does NOT add to his Save The Best For Last perk, yet I have to sit through a hit animation
-
I LOVE FREDDY
When I first heard he was coming to DBD, I nearly lost my #########. haha I just hate to see him so low on the effective list.
-
I do understand his effect. The problem is his mind-game potential is MINIMAL at best. The fact that you cannot see his approach is one of his strengths, and his hum is a lower distance than a normal killer's terror radius. Therefore, if you have his ability to toggle and hold for a quicker transition, he would be much more unnerving.
Also, the Radial Dream Transition is just an addition to my main idea, the toggle AND hold. The purpose of the idea is to create tension with hiding survivors; his power is not to revolve around this concept, just be an addition.
In addition to your comment of him being a normal M1 killer, being in the Dream World does not just create an awesome tracking killer, but hinders the survivors action speed, as well as require a snap back to the real world mechanic
Thank you for the comment, though. Your insight does get me thinking and helps refine my thoughts

Increase the time it takes for generators to be completed for SWF.
2 SWF = +10%
3 SWF = +15%
4 SWF = +20% -
@Zagrid The perk can only be used ONCE per survivor.
Also, I agree with most everything you said. I think it would be better if they increase the timer
-
If they take out the timer or increase it significantly, I'd think it would be more balanced... I do like the idea overall, thought. However, slugging will become more frequent
-
If they take out the timer... I think it would be gravy
