Yeah bro, Trapper and Sadako are really topping the charts. Ghostface is a total menace, mhm.
Both Trapper and Sadako can ignore pallets, what ya smokin?

i could be standing still against a spirit and she'd still teleport to me, somehow. i tried playing her but i don't think i have good enough headphones since everything sounds at almost the same level.
The Spirit might be using the addon which gives killer instinct when survivor is 3m away from the Spirit while phasing. Its called Cherry Blossom iirc.

I run Thrilling tremors, Pop, Ruin and BBQ. Bbq is the flex spot meaning it can be switched to another. If I see alot of toolboxes or no items I usually swap it to Thanatophobia. If I dont need the extra points I'll switch it to Enduring.
Thrilling is quite explanatory, its the best gen information perk imo and most survivors dont bother to counter it. Ruin is there for the early game when you push survs away from gens. Pop to seal the deal once ruin gets cleansed
I've found good success with this build

I didn't say unplayable. I said the changes weren't asked for and 1 wasn't even disclosed to us. Pop is useless now unless you're using bbq. You probably can get to any gen... Issue is not every gen has progression. And you don't have enough time to second guess. Did you say Discordance only affected 2 tiers?! That's 2/3s of it. Plus even 96 meters will miss gens on big maps. So not only was it not disclosed, it was entirely neutered compared to what it was. I wish F13 was still relevant... That damn lawsuit is the only thing that saved THIS toxic mess.
Are you standing still as killer on big maps? If not the change to discordance does not matter. As for pop, use thrilling tremors with it, much better info than BBQ.

Maybe you are confusing STBLF with Play with your food, where you would lose Stacks.

Maybe you are talking of Play With Your food, which consume one token when an offensive attacks is being played
Ah yeah sorry facepalm that was it!

@Orion said:
It's a special attack, so you can't gain nor lose tokens with it.
I don't know why I thought that you lose the stacks with other killers. Has it been changed cuz I have a memory that you lost the stacks if you hit the Obsession with ex. chainsaw?

Imagine complaining that Killers want a secondary objective so that gens don't get done in under 5 minutes. Survivor are FAR less perk-reliant than the vast majority of Killers, they can survive without having a 4-pack of second chance perks and use something to actually counter the Killer perks that they love to complain about so much
I agree with you. While I have been playing more survivor lately and thinking this totem thing, I agree that holding m1 at gen is so boring if you do it all match. Usually I just scout the area after I have done my first gen and try to find totems, chests or teammates that are injured. This way I get more points overall and pip more often.
And your point about perk reliance I cant agree more. I like playing Wraith really much and he is incredibly reliant on perks AND his addons. Well you can manage with him without anything but if the survivors are even semi-competent you are going to have a huge uphill battle.

My bad. Didn’t understand what was meant.
yeah, that’s just a dick move.
I sometimes, SOMETIMES, like doing it once, after I get them up. It just feels fulfilling.
No worries! Sorry if I was bit too sarcastic there to offend, that was not my intention :)
Sometimes when you loop the killer for like 3 gens I can understand the smacking being like "Hehe I got you now you slippery meat"

Yeah, I hate when killers do the thing they’re supposed to do.
So they're supposed to smack survivors hanging on the hook? Do you get extra BP for that?
-
If you haven't noticed, Spine Chill in conjunction with Resilience gives you +15% faster vaulting speed while injured and in a chase, provided that the killer looks at you which happens quite often especially if you are running towards a window. It may give just enough speed to deny a otherwise guaranteed hit. I have few times tried it in some chase builds namely with Resilience, Iron Will and Dead Hard.

Yeah this is bad, to you too. You just cant post videos like this to the forums, thats against the rules even though you just want to point it out. Like others have said, just DM a mod or Dev about this.

thana by itself is alright, but you cant forget that most people who run thana also run sloppy butcher
Yeah that was sarcasm :P. But as CosmicParagon said, use Iron Will and Resilience. Those 2 I tend to run the most.

The numbers on Thanataphobia are not currently high enough to warrant it being a hex perk, given that healing will get rid of the effect.
"But the healing takes for ever because of the perk REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

Been playing Feng and Meg the most. Gotta say out of those two Feng is my favorite. Been warming up to Jake lately tho.

Exactly. Survivors normally feed a camper because they’re just trying to play the game normally. Killers expecting survivors to just leave others on the hook is ridiculous.
Also the only thing sadder than NOED is NOED and Bloodwarden. Talk about a crutch. This is how you know NOED is overpowered, because you can tell 100% this person is making their play all about NOED. They sacrifice 2 perk slots for endgame perks, bloodwarden is only there to back up NOED. This person knows that NOED has done most of the work for them every game they’ve had thus far so they plan their entire game around it coming in clutch.
I seriously think that NOED rework/nerf is way more complicated than we think. The situation I described is hard truth for some killer players. Thats how they get the kills thats how they win in their eyes. I myself have beginning to try to just sigh and move on in games where it seems easy at the start, gens fly and then boom EXPOSED. I play solo Q quite excusively so I have taken a habit to just cleanse every totem.
This brings me to my point. There are so many playstyles as there are players and in a game like DBD can devs really start to push one above the other? Like with the old Ruin its got so monotonous especially on lower ranks. Do I have to get Detectives Hunch every game just to be sure all totems are cleansed? Do I just don't care and have fun and get smacked at the end? I do what I find is fun and I pay the price, be it as a killer or survivor.

It's only effective because the Survivors MAKE it effective. I guarantee a camping Killer will never, EVER get a 4k if the survivors use their brains and genrush the everliving hell out of the camper. Considering most Killers(myself included) consider anything under a 3k to be a tie at best, Killers will never "win". They will also never rise above brown ranks and will almost never score more than 15k BP.
Dunno if someone pointed out but I had a game today where Hag camped me on first hook. Teammates did gens and I got saved after 1 gen was left. We finished it and opened an exit only to see she had NOED and (should have played around it) Blood Warden. We had the Hawkings map where some of the totem spawns are really hard to find. I did one and at least 2 others were cleansed if you can trust teammates in post game chat. Was that game fun? No, to sit 1.5mins on a hook and waiting 60secs to get out was pain. 2 made out that game and thats because the hag was like rank 16 or something. Any competent killer with that setup would have gotten easy 4k just because the snowball NOED gives. Granted we should have done totems but sometimes you just cant and dont have the time to do it. What I'm saying is that playstyle like that is extremely boring on both sides and doesnt make you learn anything, and given how good bad killers do with it imagine good ones rolling over with it.

Hag because her traps and Huntress, you never know is she fun allowing or Iri Head + belt who says no fun allowed.
