Now that The Huntress, The Deathslinger, and The Trickster get to reload faster, maybe they can use the time they save by helping The Clown look for his Antidote score events.
Seriously though, how did Huntress get buffs before The Clown got a single Antidote score event?
-
They just need to give us the built in totem counter next to the gen count.
There's no point in wasting time giving every totem perk a "totems broken" number.
Basic statistics should be base kit.
I shouldn't have to remember every mundane task I preform when I'm trying to have fun.
-
Breaking a hook within 10 meters of the killer? You need a coordinated team just to do that?
You don't have to recue the survivor, all you have to do is break a hook.

Leave Clown out of this conversation plz <3.
It's an add-on that I haven't touched since the Hatch changes. If anything, they can give it the Iri head treatment of NOT being paired with Gin bottle (Adds 2 bottles, making it 3 in total) and Soda pop (Adds 1, which makes it 2 in total)
If anything, they can give it the Makeup kit treatment of reworking it into an add-on that isn't substandard.
-
The belly clipping was fixed months ago.
There's no way the FOV changes are a band-aid fix for that.
-
Killswitch Red head's pinky finger too.
Such a mind numbing ultra rare for no reason.
-
As a Clown main I couldn't agree more.
The tonic distortion needs to go, I don't care if it's the singular change he get's all year.
If Clown ends up getting buffs & nerfs that's the first thing that needs to go.
-
Clown has a similar issue
His hands are unusually close to his face and the bottle throw arc has been changed, or it al least appears to have been.
He also bobs his head during the blade wipe animation.
๐คขI keep undershooting my bottle throws because it's no longer clear where I'm aiming.

Based on the comments in this thread
I think we should leave the map balance changes to BHVR.
Compared to other maps like Garden of joy, both swamps, and even some Macmillan maps, Midwich and the saloon are masterpieces comparable to the Mona Lisa.
They don't need changes.
-
Clown should hold 6 bottles instead of 4 and the antidote should give 7 seconds of haste instead of 5.
After that the VHS tape, Robin feather, Fingerless parade gloves, Thick cork stopper, Sticky soda bottle, Solvent jug, Spirit of Hartshorn, Smelly inner soles, Garish Make-up kit, Cheap gin bottle, and Redhead's pinkie finger all need reworks.
Also IMO Cigar box is too strong, the aura reading should replace the haste status.
-
I still don't understand what was so bad about original Hangman's trick that motivated the balance team to rework it into an aura perk.
Hangman's trick was the only perk in the game that brought hooks back. It was good by default, it should've stayed that way.

The question still stands. Why punish players for doing their objective? Sure if you want to have incentives, a carrot on a stick with extra BP for doing more than sitting on a gen, sure. But the stick should be there to dangle the carrot and not used to beat the donkey.
You're not being punished for doing your objective, you're being punished for doing half of it.

but my ball glove๐ฉ

Good question. ๐๏ธ

I just realized something.
Why is Mt. Ormond so flat? It's on a mountain right, that's what the "Mt" stands for? Why is it a giant sandbox structure?
I'd love a rework that makes the map smaller with more uneven terrain. Maybe just have the entire map sit at an incline so it actually looks like somewhere people would ski.
-
Jill players can't catch a break.
An entire catalog of over priced skins that don't even work.
-
This is still an issue.๐ฅ
-
Hey uhhhh, since Clown isn't getting any cosmetics for the Twisted Masquerade, maybe he can...
y'know
get something else
-
Having scratched marked clothes as P98, P99, and P100, would be really cool.
I really like the gold blood idea as well.
-
Also more rewards for characters that are P11 - P99.
And devotion rewards as well.
Just like "Oh! Good job getting to P15, here's a pair of white pants".
"Congratulations on getting to devotion 3! Now when one role has a 100% BP incentive, the other is guaranteed to have a 25% incentive".
pls, literally anything you can think of. I'LL TAKE SOME CHARMS MAN, ANYTHING!
-
When a character has duplicates of common or uncommon rarity clothes.
Jeff's jackets being all black, Soma's jackets being all orange, Trapper's gator waders being too similar to each other, etc.
Clown and Kate's catalogs have excellent examples of common and uncommon outfits, why they aren't used as a jumping off point is beyond me.
-
Pls rework
the hills onRed Forest -
- Maze tiles with two pallets every 10 meters
- Pallet vacuum
- Killers blocking the unhook prompt by facecamping
- First down mori/ first hook mori
- Survivors spawning within cleansing distance of a hex totem
- BHVR randomly deciding that original red head's pinky finger didn't need a downside

I wish to see the screenshot.

Ive played games with PvP Cross-play and literally never had any of these issues relating to certain platforms.
I guess you could say "some people will do that", but it's just that, "some people", not everyone, not even a majority, a small portion of the community. Realistically it has no effect upon most players.
So have I, and I have had these issues.
Some people will do that, and in my opinion, even if it happens once, that's one too many times.
-
Too many people associate playing on console with being bad at the game, so you'd run into a lot of issue with...
- People dodging lobbies with too many PC players
- Survivors dodging other survivors
- Cross platform toxicity (like a playstation player bleeding survivors out for 4 minutes because they play on xbox).
- PC players abusing the fact that console players play at a lower frame rate/worse graphics
-
Felix and Elodie have similar outfits, maybe you're thinking about those?
-

Tbf Haddonfield was infamous for having very few pallets
To be equally as fair, Haddonfield having very few pallets made sense because of how strong its windows are.
-
Were you playing on Coldwind? Is there a chance that you were blinded by some niche add-on?
-
It would be equally as nice if survivors auras were a different color than the generator auras.
Maybe blue?๐ป
-
I noticed a lot of frame drops on PS4 whenever survivors try to fov tech me.
Survivor bumps my chest, frame drop, swing, miss. It's not very consistent, probably map dependent. When it does happen, it feels like that's all the match revolves around, it worked once so now that's all that survivor wants to do.
Makes me wish they'd change the M1 hitbox to a horizontal crescent shape that goes around the killer's waist. ๐ช๐

But wouldn't doing it as you suggested be far more tedious? Do you really want to have to collect the genmats twenty times versus (insert however many charms there are now)? This way is nice and simple.
I don't see how it would be tedious, collecting genmats doesn't take any time at all.
I agree that this was nice and simple. It's just strange is all, usually with events cosmetics require ingame efforts to unlock and charms are the code unlocks.

I did not realise that, because the message was worded in a way I was not expecting to be genuine or serious
That's actually really funny, I erased the first message I wrote down because I was worried you'd take it the wrong way.๐
Maybe I'm just bad at words.

Your message is weird, I dunno what to make of it. Likely it is sarcasm mocking me. Forums are made for discussions and talks, even if the subjects are trivial
I wasn't mocking you or being sarcastic.
My post is meant to be taken at face value.
-
Another victim๐ฉ๐
Even the most basic challenges are worded in such a tongue through the teeth kinda way, Eastrock saw a challenge that was trying to say "play the game with Lithe" and they though it was ridiculous enough to talk to people about it.
Why are the challenges like this?
-
I've been dreaming about a survivor item/ add-on pass for awhile.
I like the car idea, maybe it could be a boon like item, similarly to how keys can act like a dime store version of Bond. A mobile CoH but the killer can break it if you don't drive it away.
Different rarities have different effects with varying amounts of battery life.
-
Following the creation of this post we've received several killers who have basic attack score events, The Merchant actually has two.
I understand that The Clown not making enough bloodpoints isn't as important as The Twins controlling like a aged shopping cart, but it has been quite some time since clown received his antidotes.
-
This is still an issue๐ช
I haven't been able to use the Dizzying Patterns suit since it has been released.

@Aurelle said:
Jane has the same issue with her Uncommon headpieces. It just changes her makeup and that's it.
The Uncommons should at least change the color of the streak in Haddie's hair.
Common rarity changes the streaks
Uncommon changes everything
@jinx3d said:
im so sick of these haddie threads. you got what you wanted, now shut the hell up
They changed Haddie's default head. That's not even half of what people were asking for.

Has this been fixed? I played a match with coup de grace and I didn't get any distance with it.
-
If you want the cosmetics to "retain a sense of uniqueness to their event" then they could do something special during said event.
Similarly to how lunar new year toolboxes discharge fireworks when you hit a great skill check. Removing them from the store, even for a minute, isn't the answer.
-
A weekly rotation is unnecessary.
Putting the cosmetics in the shop is perfectly fine.
-
๐ขFriendly reminder to change your reviews to negative.๐ข
There's plenty of ways to make seasonal cosmetics feel special without removing them from the store.
Also, if they really wanted to simplify the store, they'd sort outfits by what collection they're apart of instead of having the player scroll through it all.

Distortion
-
I completely forgot about this, why does his daily require having the guards hit survivors?
His power isn't meant to hit survivors consistently. Shouldn't his daily require getting the "flushed out" score event 4 times?
-
It's not just a Feng skin
It's an artificially limited Feng skin.
You know what that means?
-
It was removed from the shop because it's technically a Christmas skin, you have to wait 11 months to get another chance to buy it.

What backlash? All I saw were a couple of posts here on the forums. Nobody said a peep on other social media. Plus I saw a bunch of people in my games with the new cosmetics, so apparently nobody voted with their wallet. Granted, bhvr was really sneaky about it in game , so its possible people didn't know.
I saw people complaining about it on Reddit, Twitter, Twitch, and people were even posting screenshots of themselves voicing their opinions on the official survey. If you go to Twitter right now there are people complaining on DBD's posts.
But yeah you're right, I'm disappointed with how many people I saw wearing the FOMO dresses.

Is it just me or does this seem like a weapon The Knight was supposed to have? That's probably why Huntress doesn't hold it right.
