Stephan hinted at The Game map rework in a recent Q&A, though.

I'm ok with the Freddy rework. But I wish they would have just left legion alone. But legion is still a good killer and so is Freddy. Are people more scared of spirit and nurse because of the teleport they do? That countered easily enough if you know what your doing!
Yeah, but really good Spirits and Nurses are very difficult to counter, you can still counter them, but if they know what they are doing, you will have a hard time versing them.

And the other one I don't get is nurse or spirit. I was in red rank with the legion before the reset and didn't have really any issues. In my opinion nurse and spirit are on the bottom of my list as killers
For you as a killer? Yeah, I mean you can definetely perform with each killer in red ranks, but people usually whine about Spirit and Nurse and I don't agree, because every killer adds its own flavour to the game. In a way, I kinda miss the old Freddy/Legion as well.

Just because these things have counter play, that doesn't mean they are healthy for the game. I think bullshit things from both sides ( Instant Heals, Keys, Moris, Prayer Beads, Omega Blink ) should be look at and nerfed/reworked, because it doesn't feel fair at all to lose a match because someone had a key or because that Spirit had Prayer Beads and you needed to gen tapp the entire match, just to be grabbed regardless.
If you nerf these, there will be 0 diversity gameplaywise, the game will resume to a cat and mouse chase with 0 awareness required if a player has a specific build.

60/40 split for me as well, but the 60 is Survivor. I am the type of player that is aware of the bs of both sides and wants the game balanced but still with strong killers like Nurse or Spirit. I, as a survivor, find it challenging and much more interesting to verse stronger killers so I don't really get the frustration of many survivor mains out here.

@Impala Hmmm this sounds cool AND is very unique too.
My swarm of bats teleport was the only reference to the vampire I would have made but nothing more. This would have been (and still will be explained) when I write the background. It was something the Entity did to him.
Oh, yeah, then why not? I thought you were just referencing his vampire legend, the entity touch should explain it very well.

Hmm, not sure about that either, we just had Freddy reworked and now he has a teleportation ability.
Here's an idea, give him an in-game item like the Pig's jigsaw boxes or Plague's fountains. Let's call those torture chairs, when you catch a survivor, you can choose to put him in a chiar (not on a hook) and that would activate his ability, torturing a survivor will get "Exposed" on the other 3 and the aura of one of them will be shown for 5 seconds (to give you a boost). The survivor in the torture chair must be freed by another survivor but a torture chair won't act like a hook, if the tortured survivor will be hooked after being tortured he will still be on the 1st hook (although the timer will be faster). Also the tortured survivor gets broken for a limited time after being rescued from the chair. What do you think? Those changes will really drop all of his "vampiresque" powers. He can be balanced by changing the timers accordingly.
P.S. I forgot to mention that I love your mori idea.

Make ruin a non hex perk, good survs already do gens with ruin on, the others will adapt.
-
Depends on who I am playing with and what I'm trying to accomplish, lately I've been playing with a noobish friend and because he is in yellow ranks and besides him I get 2 more newbies, I heavily rely on Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Decisive, Adrenaline/Self-Care, pretty sweaty, I know.

As far as I'm aware, both moris and keys have counters. They won't simply remove one of these just because one salty player demanded it after a not so fortunate game. Even if they think of removing one of these (which they won't), they will probably make a poll and I assure you the majority will vote them to stay. It's a more diverse game with these 2 in it. You literally have Franklin's demise and/or a mori to counter keys. Use them instead of whining.

Meg, because she was my first survivor (you never forget your first one) so I got her to Level 50, P3, bought a lot of cosmetics for her and I have all the perks that I unlocked from teachables on her.
My second main is Ash (for obvious reasons) and I'm planning to P3 him and buy his cosmetics as well (The P2 cosmetics combined with Ashy Slashy is my favourite survivor outfit from the game).
And I will P3 Bill as well (I have him at P1 currently) cuz I'm starting to get into L4D lately and I wanted to main Bill from the beginning cuz he looked like a badass war veteran smoking that cigar, but I ultimately sticked with Meg.
So, Meg, Ash, Bill in this particular order for me. I've played Nea and Claudette long enough as well (got them to P1 after consuming all their items, so I've played them for several hours). I ditched Claudette, I don't really like her cosmetics nor playing stealthy, so no reason to continue levelling her to P3 or playing her as a whole. I ditched Nea as well in favour of Ash and Bill. However, I might play Nea in the future again because I love her cosmetics, especially the neon one.

Sam and Dean in a Legion-esque adaptation is a great idea, they could be called "The Winchesters". Not sure about the killer tho. They could just release a paragraph tho (a.k.a just like Ash). If Ash is in this game, I don't see why Sam and Dean wouldn't be, Supernatural in its prime, was the best horror TV series.
-
Wow, really interesting idea even if it will end up as a mid tier killer (doesn't seem so strong imo). Imo if they are planning to adapt Vlad "Drăculea" Țepes (Dracula known by some), I hope they will adapt him as a slasher (just like your killer) and not a plain and straight boring vampire. I would be happy with him in-game, he will be a great addition to the lore and the killer roster, he is Vlad Țepes after all, one of the most recognisable characters of the Horror genre and the best part is that they don't need a licence to adapt him here.

people keep saying this but I wasn't the one to open the gate, so I had no choice
Then, the team screwed you in that situation, happens in literally every game.
-
If they kill themselves on 1st hook, you report them for unsportsmanlike, easy.
-
Every game punishes a player the instance they disconnect with a competitve cooldown, even if it is the 1st, the 2nd or the 999th time he/she dc'es and this should be implemented here as well. If you order food then why are you playing the game? When you start a multiplayer game you take some responsibilities, so don't start a game if you know you can't finish it, at least in respect for the other 4 players playing, you will ruin their experience because of selfish reasons, as simple as that. And this should be a rule for every game, if you know you can't finish the match, don't queue for it.
-
This game is locked at 60 FPS.
-
Blood Warden is not OP, 1. It is very situational, 2. Has 2 counters, you either leave before a survivor is hooked in EGC, (now that you've experienced it you should be more aware), or you either 99% the gate wait for the killer to hook someone and then you open the gate. See? Not OP.
P.S. I don't recommend the 1st counter, though, I'm an altruistic person, a win for me is if I help other survivors escape as well, not just me.

Sounds like Myers, but unbalanced.

Their look isn't very similar to GFs at all. Don't know where you pulled that comparison from. Sure, they have hoods and white masks, but that's about where the similarities end.
True, she does look different to everything before.
They are different... but I just like how Legion's has the Legion logo which the survivor designed and painted there as his first commission... I just like how it all ties together. To be honest, placing a desert temple in the Red Forest because... reasons... isn't that great.
Spirit's map is good too, although I find it annoying to play on.
Legion is "Bubba's Hillbilly" for Ghostface, let's be honest. Why do you think Ghostface is the 1st killer that has a running animation out of a sudden? Legion was supposed to be Ghostface but they probably didn't get the rights for the mask in time so Legion became Legion and Ghostface is now the Myers/Pig Hybrid. The lore wasn't really original and there you go, the "Darkness Among Us" chapter. I must give props to the Mount Ormond map, but that would had probably been attributed to Ghostface as well, with some little tweaks to the lore. No wonder, Ghostface's chapter was such a mess, his map and survivor were already used. Now, I don't have clear evidence of this, but I'm 80% sure this was the case.
As for the topic's discussion, I have to give it to Spirit. Her theme isn't really used in the western culture and her power is very creative and allows you to experience how a ghost really "travels" through one point from another. Her lore could have been better, though.

Trapper because I hate his traps, I'm running freely on Yamaoka and then boom, got stuck in one of his random traps in the grass.

@ShrekIsHot With all due respect for Peanits, Micheal Myers already doesn't fit The Temple of Purgation for example if that was what you meant on your 2nd paragraph and I can give you several other examples, this shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't agree with an Alien-themed DLC anyway, it doesn't fit the style of the game imo.
I totally agree that if indeed they'll make a desert-like ream it should be darker (like in the eve of a sandstorm or something like that) with the color pallet being similar to Coldwind Farm's one.
@se05239 Like for real, it doesn't even fit Red Forest, an Ancient Temple in a Russian forest? With walls made of wood and the rest of old rock? Nah, Temple of Purgation doesn't fit Red Forest at all.
