I think what might work better for that intention is seeing a survivor’s aura if they stay in same position for x amount of time directly next to a pallet?
-
As a killer main he seems a bit too strong, the overdrive feels unnecessary and I don’t know if the intention is that he can just use his insta-down m2 so much m1 seem superfluous.
-
I think the issue is it feels unfair because Myers can feed off one survivor and then mori another.
As well as that it completely negates the anti facecamping mechanic if he can mori straight off a self unhook.
TBH I think his whole kit needs a rework.

Danny DeVito and Elvira.
-
Danny DeVito for Dead by Daylight!
-
UW is pretty much Windows of Opportunity for killers in that it helps you play on autopilot.
-
Make Trick Blades base kit. :)

There are perks that directly counter this perk. Run one of those.
If you don’t, then move to a safe spot in preparation for the killer to come to you.
I think an issue is not all players have Distortion/Calm Spirit so it makes things harder for new players who also won’t know techniques like hiding in lockers to avoid detection.
-
I’d like a permanent daily bonus for each first match, once as survivor and once as killer since that’d incentive playing each role each day.
-
I think the only two things about him which seem quite strong and that's the Rat Poision add-on and his Friend's Till the End perk.
-
I think one of my biggest disapointments is aside from one Iridescent add-on many have been made a lot worse, particular ones you can regularly use of lower rarity such as Fiz-Spin Soda.
-
I think a lot of it is the Oops all Chucky thing where it’s just match after match against him, kind of like his it was vs Wesker.
-
My favourite killer but only feels fun when using Map of the Realm so Guard’s actually are able to detect survivors and Call to Arms so the power can be used for scouting/aggressively and not just ‘drop at pallet’.
-
It’s great, been using it with Lethal Pursuer and the Rat Poison add-on on Chucky with good results!
-
He killed me then flipped me off. :(
-
Hot take maybe:
The only change I’d like is for Trick Blades to be a lower rarity.
-
I guess he’s seen as alright?
I agree and think Map of the Realm or a part should be base kit.
-
Ultimate Weapon is pretty much the killer equivalent where you can shut off your brain and easily find survivors while negating perks such as Windows of Opportunity since they have the Blind status, only it’s not passive like WoO.
-
Redhead's Pinkie Finger + Cheap Gin Bottle for the Clown, even with the nerf it’s still -1 bottle (3 total) in exchange for direct hits causing exposed insta-downs, it’s crazy and my go to when I need to get challenges like get 4 kills.
-
Personally because pre-nerf they were a lot more fun to use while still no where near the best killer in the game or even top 3.
Now I just never see the Xenomorph in games.

It seems like before Ultimate Weapon, killers who played DBD in 2016–2022 didn't know how to find survivors.
It’s the killer equivalent of Window’s of Opportunity.
-
Realistically most killers are still going to run Gen slowdown over any of those perks.
-
Killer can actualy hit through a window, as an example if the Deathslinger fires his gun through a shack window, hits and reels the survivor right next to the window they'll get a hit.
Often it's just latency though.

It's funny how many more Hags are showing up today.
The anti anti-camp. Hag trapping the hook area to get the trade.
Doesn’t affect Myers at all, survivor unhooks and gets instantly Mori’ed.
They’d need to use certain add-ons and do a bit of stalking beforehand though..

I don't care about FNaF being cringe, since, like someone else already pointed out, the skull merchant exists, and it's going to be really hard, if not outright impossible to beat her. That being said, I wouldn't want a FNaF chapter in the game, mostly because it's creator supports some really bad people.
It'd be a really weird look, is all I'm saying.
I think the perceived cringe aspect comes from the younger audience (Who are now becoming adults) which I think would be great for the game since while killers like Myers, Freddy, Ghostface and so on are amazing franchises they all appeal to the same demographic more or less but FNAF potentially could bring in a lot of new players.
Also as an aside I wouldn’t mind a Vanny skin for Legion..bonus points if she skip walks.
-
IMO deep rift cosmetics should be made available again even if it’s auric cells only, while I’ve unlocked them all one thing I really liked about DBD was there was little FOMO aside from charms which aren’t really a big deal, yearly items are annoying but at least you know they’ll be back.

here comes all the nerf WoO into the ground nerds.
As it should be, it’s kind of ridiculous to get constant and passive perfect loop knowledge with zero cool-down.
If it’s not that a big deal then why not have a hard counter killer perk that blinds survivors in chase or something that doesn’t require any prerequisite like wasting time with lockers or risk losing it with hexes.
-
Mostly, I'd add WIndows of Oppertunity which has consistently been the most used perk in the entire game for a long time, even when Dead Hard was in it's pre-nerf state, I think it should go back to having a cool-down but survivors seem to take having passive perfect knowledge of loops (With zero cooldown) for granted now.
Also Resilience shouldn't have a vault speed bonus, don't think survivors should get a vault speed bonus in general and the perk already does a lot of other things already.
-
WoO needs a nerf, it’s a crutch perk that’s too strong and consistently the most used perk in the game even pre-Dead Hard nerf.
Or instead give killers a hard counter like a perk that causes blindness in chases or something.
-
It’s a little since MFT/Resilience/Windows/Hope seems to be the settled top meta for survivors and there’s not much deviation.
-
If you look at the most popular perk picks killer seems a bit odd on Nightlight, the 8th most popular choice for example is Lightborn and no other perk and the 11th most popular is all of the Singularity’s perks and no forth perk.
The Survivor perks seem a bit more reasonable but it still looks like a site where there’s just not enough information.
-
Maybe a hot take but maybe the game should let you play versus bots and still be able to complete rift challenges/dailies if you feel like it.
-
Had similar problems earlier today (PS5) with the BBQ unhook challenge, I unhooked 2 survivors in the first game (It showed up on the challenge) then one in the second and it showed the challenge as complete but then after it said I had only done one total in the event tome after the match.
Just did three in the following match which worked but not ideal..
-
How would you nerf them?
-
I wouldn’t be surprised if we get some for cross promoting their upcoming games (Which aren’t coming out for a while).
But in the immediate term we’ll be getting free masks for the anniversary event.
-
I’m fine with it as long as killers get a similar perk, maybe one that reduces how long it takes to gain bloodlust levels.
-
He’s fine, he’s like the trapper if he never had traps and could waste time looking through cameras and also had a teleport power only it’s disabled any time it’d actually be useful.
-
>OR only allow one EMP to disable a single biopod at a time.
>Decrease total amount of basekit biopods available from 8 to 6
A potential issue with this is with the last generator the Singularity could just put two biopods at each remaining generator and become a 3 gen killer.
-
NOED is an end game totem that can be cleansed, not a passive ability that works all game as long as you are injured, NOED is more like Hope than MFT.
-
He’s a mess, either an m1 killer since EMPs are so plentiful or another 3 gen killer if EMPs get nerfed too much.
I hope we get a good chase/anti-loop killer next.
-
It’s the top perk in the game I think, free generator information and speed increase on the most valuable generators which also works with Prove Thyself to make generators pop in no time.
-
You usually need Agitation to use it aggressively but normally the perk’s main use is anti-bulling since survivors can’t bodyblock hooks and flashlight saves become risky.
-
I find Bond, Prove Thyself, Windows + Lithe is a good all around build.
-
They could always do something like a base kit Bond and Killers get something similar to Corrupt as base kit.
-
On some stat collecting sites I've seen Windows of Opportunities was used MORE than pre-nerf Dead Hard (About 1/3 of survivors, although this is only survivors using the stat gathering program).
-
The only way I can find to have fun using her is with the Advanced Movement Prediction add-on but since it's a Very Rare add-on I can't justify grinding her blood web for it so I doubt I'll use her much.
-
Nope, I think Pain Resonance with DMS will become meta instead.
-
Yeah, it went from a perk I wanted to use to one I have no interest in.
