Because they added the visual heartbeat accessibility option. Now you don't need a perk to be able to tell if you're in the terror radius of the killer or how close they are.
-
I hate those "challenges". BHVR needs to stop adding challenges that is demanding players to throw the match to do.
-
Kill switch is for game breaking bugs, not unfun strategies, and it should stay that way. We don't need to give the DBD community the belief they have the power to have anything they don't like kill switched. Ask BHVR to rework her faster or fix gen spawns to stop three generators from spawning within spitting distance of each other (or both).
-
Personally, I think Map Offerings would be fine if they worked in the opposite way. Instead of basically guaranteeing you go to that specific map, they basically guarantee you don't get that map.

This is technically a bug as it is a flaw in the killer that is allowing normal game-play to be broken and exploited by people with bad intentions. I understand very well. This was never an intended mechanic, I have no doubt of that and it is being used as an exploit to troll others and ruin their fun.
It's not a bug. Her power is meant to guard areas, including gens. They just failed to account for their poor map design and generator spawns. A bug would be if it a drone being near a generator made it so survivors lost the ability to interact with the generator or drone, or if her insidious effect from being in an active drone area never went away.

Amazing to see people actually defending this as if it isn't completely broken. I play both sides and I am always on the side of killers when something is clearly broken (MFT stacking with Hope is broken imo).
People who defend this are just plain wrong, this is a toxic strategy that ruins the fun in the game for 4 people and it is being exploited by childish trolls who get their kicks out of ruining games for others.
I just cant respect people who will defend this
Since you don't seem to understand: A bug is different from a killer being too strong in a specific situation. It's like saying Bubba should be killswitched until they bring the anti-camp thing they talked about or MFT+Hope killswitched until they decide to fix that combination. Sure, it's sucky to go against a 3 gen SM, facecamping Bubba, or MFT+Hope, but that doesn't mean that they're bugged. Ask for them to fix these things, sure, but don't try to cry your way to them killswitching things that are not bugged.
-
Instead of them using the killswitch for a purpose it is not supposed to be (the purpose is to disable something gamebreakingly buggy), how about they don't? We don't need survivors getting the idea in their head that they can just whine enough and get anything they don't like disabled.
-
Why not just have all the survivors be killed by the entity ala egc end if they're all down and none have a perk to pick themselves up? If you're all slugged like that, you lost. Just end the game.

The comb add-on will be helpful for knowing when someone picks up a Tape. Unfortunately that makes it kinda a necessary add-on with these changes. So basically you are stuck running Iri Tape and Comb every game if you actually want to get value out of condemned (which is now her only viable power).
Yep, which means both of them will be gutted in a month or two because of their pickrate.

Let's see...
Dark Theory is overshadowed by MFT. Even on its own, it's still terrible since it's 2% in a restricted area that's determined by rng. Waste of a perk slot.
Shadowstep is actually pretty decent but not really a good standalone perk. Needs others to support it.
Exponential is legitimately an extremely powerful perk. It's just so hard to use because slugging by its nature is situational, and now you're adding several conditions such as setting up a boon, being in its radius, etc.
That leaves us with Circle, the perk that single handedly carried the boon mechanic and caused a massive balance issue. In its nerfed form, it's still genuinely a good perk; 100% faster heals are nothing to scoff at. It's just that people prefer to rely on themselves, not their teammates, so the 100% faster altruistic healing rarely sees use, especially with solos that can't communicate with each other.
Honestly, Dark Theory and Made For This should have their speed boost switched.

There's DCing left and right already, it can't get any worse removing the penalty. I feel like either the kill rates are going to shoot up from farming bots or it's going to decrease because killers are going to get bored facing bots. Either way, double edged sword.
People are still going to DC when bots come in, so what's the point? As if they don't DC already. Making the punishment harsher will only hurt the population and disincentivize people wanting to play.
It only makes sense to remove the penalty.
As someone who has seen times when the dc penalty was removed... Yes, it can get much, much worse.

You're just explaining a skill issue. You refuse to heal up and try to force gens that are unsafe while injured and then cry that the killer caught you out in the open.
You're inability to play against any tactics that doesn't involve running around a pallet is your problem.
Don't forget they're also not keeping an eye out for Wraith's shimmer when he's moving while cloaked.

The penalty timer IS working. If you get disconnected often enough to get a 24 hour penalty, you need to take a break until you get your internet issues fixed. If you ragequit enough to get a 24 hour penalty, you need to take some time to self reflect and stop.

Wesker. His voice is annoying and he talks way too much.

I know, even maps like Toba is not good enough against Blight & Nurse. But this type maps are best thing we can have against them. So hopefully we get more maps like this.
More maps every other killer is bad on means more nurse and blight and less everybody else.
-
Honestly, just make keys aura read chests, speed up or instantly open chests and their addons increase the chance or guarantee addons of that quality.

I hope they add more maps like that. At least you can break LoS against killers like Blight and Nurse.
If these killers can't be nerfed, at least we should get maps which will make them less oppressive.
Nurse doesn't care for LoS break or anything really. Blight has enough bounces to not be badly affected. All these maps do is nerf most other killers instead.

It’s a joke.
You can’t see which Survivor brought what Offering as Killer. (Unless that changed or the Offerings are ordered specifically in relation to Survivor UI icon placement)
Though through process of elimination as a SWF you can figure it out as a 3-man.
If everyone brought an offering, the offerings are listed in the order that the survivors are shown on the escape menu where you can see their ping, with the first being the top slot and the last being killer.

Let us mute specific character's voice lines please. I'm quite fine hearing Singularity, Trickster, and Pinhead, but Wesker just grates on me.
