☝ I'd be cool with that, I know my idea is kinda far fetched. Just think it's another beginner perk that ultimately collects dust
-
It would punish a sloppy Killer lunge while that 99'd gen gets done...but that Killer could also predict it and get a grab free of charge.
-
Call me toxic, whatever, but I think it's fun to shadow the killer and make em chase rocks 😂

I would mute that thing the second it was put in. If I'm playing solo, I don't want to hear randos with $20 mics screaming about having a purple flashlight or something.
Okay fair enough...but that can be rectified by simply leaving the area. Don't you think it could be helpful to hear when said 'rando' is in your vicinity? Or as killer, being able to hear SWF's plotting when you're by them?
-
You're supposed to KILL them...screw their whining!!!

For SWF, BHVR needs to add their own voicechat system and make it easier to use than the 3rd party stuff currently in use. If it’s easy and conveniently in-game, people will use it (even if it’s not everyone).
Then they need to limit it. You can chat with survivors who are within x meters of you. This keeps it fair to the killer and maintains the ambiance of desperation and cooperating with other random victims. Furthermore, imagine if the killer could hear voices within range as well. There could even be perks to affect this!
☝ This, while it may be difficult to incorporate, I've always thought making the chat audible to nearby players only (either side) would help implement the horror aspect of this game while also encouraging teamwork.

I'm not complaining, just illustrating how disgustingly whiny and entitled this community CAN be. Sure, like most games that come out nowadays, there are bugs. Coding is not a simple task anyone can do and finding bugs can be like finding a needle in a haystack. The focus of this thread was to simply state that this is just a GAME, have a little respect for the Dev's that "don't listen/care". Happy Bloodhunt and see ya in the Fog✌

It's people (Killer OR Survivor) jumping on forums and starting wars over minor things that made them lose. So they used a BNP and slammed that gen out...ok four more to go. I'm just saying the extremely vocal minority are leading this game to the state it is in. Shut up and play...or don't, just quit whining please. 👍😃

She only has ONE Ultra Rare add-on and most maps have plenty of stuff to hide behind. Why is it people think because they lost a game, that the solution is grabbing your keyboard and whining on the forums about how unfair it was? Sure, certain perks/add-ons make the game considerably more challenging, that just means to step up your awareness and get the hell outta there ASAP! If you get sacrificed, so be it and move on to the next trial. It's just a game😃

Ruin can be gone before the killer can physically see it, and good survivors can hit hex skill checks making it essentially useless. Tell me again how it's OP. Decisive strike, dead hard and borrowed time are fair and balanced btw. Not OP in the slightest right? DS is easily just as strong as ruin if not stronger since the killer has no way to deactivate it.
I believe 'Memento Mori' is the counter to 'Decisive Strike'

It's VERY situational, but you'll get it eventually. Recommend unhooking perks to make it easier and just be super altruistic and sneaky in the EGC.

Makes Charms pay to win, would not be a good move.
No, I'm saying put them in the free part of Archives or maybe attainable with shards. In my previous post I thought it was rhetorical to acknowledge any actual purchases with cash. I just think since they added these charms, maybe make them DO something.
-
Just wanted to emphasize/add to my initial idea. Make charms unlockable via challenges in future Archives and have charms such as 'Pro Technician' and 'Expert Botanist' for Survivors give them an according buff and make more Killer Charms do the same for their tasks. Perhaps the Nurse Horse gives a slight speed bonus to the Killer and the Eyes emit an Aura to the owner or something. I feel the charms are ludicrously pointless right now and should do something besides make hips and hooks look fancy. There is potential there👍

If its only bp boost, ok, if something else, then not ok, because a lot of charms are not free. Pay 2 win problem.
Valid point, maybe make charms unlockable or just free?

I've been thinking it would be cool if the charms they recently added gave something like a 1-5% buff in a certain field depending on rarity so they weren't purely aesthetic. Thoughts?
