It's VERY situational, but you'll get it eventually. Recommend unhooking perks to make it easier and just be super altruistic and sneaky in the EGC.
Steps: equip borrowed time. tell allies you're going for it + to abandon you if you get in the situation pre-match. give yourself to the killer in exchange for ally.
You won't get it right away, but at some point the killer will catch someone around the time generators are powered up. They hook your guy, you open the gate and point towards it, and you get your guy outta there.
Equip kindred and borrowed time.
Open the gate after someone is hooked. ( or like me, see someone opening a gate from a distance with kindred)
Run for it. Doesn't matter if it's a trade.
People get hooked during EGC fairly frequently. Just equip the challenge and play normally and wait for the opportunity to arise. Let the others know in the lobby that you have the challenge and ask them to let you go for the rescue if anyone else gets hooked during endgame. Don't be the one to go for the Exit Gates, and once someone gets downed, make sure a gate gets opened and then go for the save. It's a lot easier to do if you equip BT and don't care about your own survival.
