SWF = Cheat With Friends

Yeah no. I need to know if I'm dealing with a 4 man depip squad so I can dodge the lobby and they can find some other killer to BS with.

Every argument against mettle, including the ones that say it's not fair, it's too easy, there's no counters, can easily be applied to Mori.
False equivalency. Mori goes away, you earn them, and are finite. It's the killers job to kill anyway. MoM is a perk, used by everyone, and stacks with others to make survivors look like they're agents of The Entity instead of the killer.
-
No. But it makes you feel good.
-
MoM should have never existed. It's yet another get out of jail free card in the list of get out of jail free cards. They'll probably nerf it by introducing an even more OP perk anyway. Something that lets survivors not take damage for the rest of the game when they get tokens for teabagging.
-
It's a must have if you're not one of two killers. If you want to de-rank, play everyone else and not run Ruin. The only thing that sucks about it is that it's a totem. If the time to pop gens was increased, it wouldn't be as mandatory. I made the mistake of unequipping for a few games because RNG likes to repeatedly spawn it in front of survivors. Big mistake. Games are as different as night and day.
-
Yeah: address gen rush. Because survivors are not going to gift anyone hooks or kills when they can win while dying.

Most likely not Hellraiser. It's not popular enough, before I started playing DbD , I had never heard once of Hellraiser even though I knew Ghostface , Jason , Freddy and Leatherface.
Have you seen Cabin in the Woods? They even have a Pinhead archetype.
-
I wouldn't run Ruin and NOED because as soon as they know Ruin is in play unless you're on the swamp level, more than likely all the totems get cleaned before NOED comes to play, leaving you with only 2 perks vs. 16 potential.

Ghostface. I've seen fan-made creations with his power giving cellphones to survivors and I think it would be cool!
So a visual representation of helping survivors by giving them comms?
-
Camping Claudettes in the bamboo? Pass.
-
Pinhead is infinitely more interesting and deadly. If not him, then a Cenobite the devs can create with the property.
-
Pinhead has a survivor. Her name is Kirsty.
-
Not only that, who as a killer would even have time to "taunt" survivors with such an unremarkable killer? Let this speculation die with dignity.
-
Myers would hunt him as a survivor and an imposter.
-
I run Brutal Strength at times because apparently you're supposed to hit the gens and then chase survivors if you want to get a pip.
-
Camping and tunneling are valid strategies when survivors hook camp the second you turn your back.
-
Myers. Playing with hardly any terror radius is as close as a ninja killer you'll get. Leatherface has a fun mori, particularly in the face of other survivors.

@DBD_Pinhead You actually don't want survivors to split. Up as that let's them do 3 gens while you chase 1 person.
That is true as well. It usually depends because even when you show up in their midst depending on the killer, they'll scatter like roaches. My logic is the faster you thin their numbers, the easier it is to pressure the rest.
-
Sooo what about the situations when survivors block the killer from the basement while carrying one of them? This happened to me on Ormond this week. At least two others were dead set on bodyblocking. Should we still widen the entrance?
-
1. Block chat
2. Do whatever it takes to secure the kill. Your job is to hook/kill/sacrifice. How you do it doesn't matter.
3. Not care about rank or pips. It doesn't keep you from playing the game.
4. Never care about survivors.
5. Never care about survivors.
6. NEVER care about survivors.
-
Survivors hide in the basement all the time. No one makes you go down to the basement in the first place. It's like entitled survivors never watched a horror movie. You get caught, too bad so sad. A free escape lol can we get an automatic free kill if we catch you in our terror radius topside?
-
Lmao NOED takes no skill. By that logic, the multitude of second chance survivor perks take no skill. That's the worst rationale I've heard on that. Guess that's why survivors run whole builds that reward bad play.
-
Broccoli and Cheese to go with my Blood Pudding.
-
I'll never understand people's obsession with Ghostface. Another killer with a knife seems kind of redundant.
-
The only one I've prestige on was Myers at P2. P3 wasn't worth it with all the perks I unlocked as I was lucky to get the ones I wanted by level 50.
-
Drop the survivor so you can drop more. Swing away and they'll usually scatter like roaches. Unless they're all running second chance perks...
-
No mercy. It's not like you get gifted free hooks or BP when gens get popped faster than you can down one person.
-
Yeah it's pretty much up to the devs to change that. Having the ability to run a speed perk would help. Or two offerings like starting survivors separated and a Mori would be nice...
-
Slower killers need as much of a speed buff as possible because time is never on their side.

Yes then don't cry when people will stop playing survivor ;)
Perfectly fine with that. If it were up to survivors, killers would be AI bots on an easy difficulty anyway.
-
I don't even waste my time going to the exit gates when I see them camping the exits. Let them point farm and mine salt another way.
-
Anyone not top tier and not running Ruin has an uphill battle. For anyone not Billy or Nurse, try to Mori the first survivor possible.
-
When you hook a survivor after getting past a full build of second chance perks and survivors camping the hook so you can't move one meter after you turn your back, what do you expect?
-
OP is right. Survivors don't care about killers which is expected. They think of you as bots to practice their toxicity on. That's what I learned since day one of playing this game. If you try to "play nice" or "fair" by their arbitrary standards, not only do you lose, you still get BS messages to go with toxic gameplay. The game already punishes killers if you try do good without dealing with attempts to mine salt. That's why I have no qualms tunneling and face-camping. At first it wasn't personal, as I thought the objective of the killer was to kill and not be a point farm for survivors. Even winning isn't enough for them. They have to go out of their way to let you know "you suck", "GG EZ", "git gud", etc. So killers should return the favor in game.
-
I noticed the more I unlocked teachable perks, the longer it takes to get the level 3 perks you want/need. So I tunnel and max every one of them so I get them out of the way. Eventually, the webs have no choice but to give it up. As killer it's too much of a grind to prestige unless you really want the cosmetics to go with the frustration. I only did it for Myers.
