When i played killer, i occasionally ran into survivors that started lagging and getting a really bad ping as i wounded them, so they were teleporting all over, i left the chase and their ping went back to normal. Later in the same game, as i wounded them again, the same thing happended again.
When ever this happens I report them for cheating: lag switch and teleporting.

Solved: System restore, reseat ram, gpu and PC wires.

It seems the latest windows 10 update is to blame (reinstalled DBD and the game froze at the main menu had to hard rest the PC, I tried GTA V the something happened)

This happens on PC to but with survivors can only play about 5 minutes then I get disconnected and I get a DC penalty on 720p with a i7-4790k and GTX 1070 | Windows 10 | Steam version | Steam launcher option: -high -novsync -notexturestreaming -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -dx12 (Edit:) Removing -dx12 made the game not crash I was also using driver 526.86 and reverted to 515.15. (Edit: 2) It crashed again.

To me Corrupt Intervention seams better then Lethal Note: I use both perks only on new maps to learn locations for about a week or so.

5 minutes wait is to forgiven for first DC 15-20 minutes would be nice for first DC.

It's bad enough that Hex: Ruin gets destroyed within 30sec of the match it sometimes gets spawn right next to a gen or right next to a survival is this addressed no what the hell happened to "hex totems are high risk high reward". Hex: Ruin should be time based and no longer a Hex to be fine-tuned too perfection instead lets nerf it to the ground "reducing the regression speed to 50/75/100% from 100/150/200%". So best case scenario hook everyone 2x without a hook counter yeah that nice. So once a survivor is half health on hook keep a note of that.

A 10 sec gen nerf speed in nothing compared to Hex: Ruin nerf "To bring Hex: Ruin in line with other perks, we are reducing the regression speed to 50/75/100% from 100/150/200%. This will reduce its power without destroying its primary appeal. After a Survivor is killed, Hex: Ruin will automatically deactivate."

Don't you love when you invest time and effort and millions of blood points into a killer just to have it nerf to the ground down the road when that killer in not even S tier.

Looks very good I just don't like the low amount of blood points the last 3 got and the killer.

Same thing happened (losing all power after a hit) to me once with Legion with no rubberbanding/lag on a wired connection (Micro-shudders: yes) on PC. I think its a very rare bug on my end or some cheater did something.

The latest patch (Event) on PC steam seam to get rid of the rubberbanding/lag at lest with The Legion all other killer are untested but Micro-Studding is still a problem.

I"v have also experiences some times this weird lag on PC after downing someone quickly look down to pick them up you will see no one somehow they teleported 15-20 feet (What happened? The X-Files theme song plays in my mind).

The latest patch made the lag worst this game also suffers from random micro-stutters which gives a very nasty teleporting effect during game play. How the f*** did I get hit.

Rubberbanding first started since 5.7.0 or 5.7.1 I can't remember the following helps but it's not a fix:

NVIDIA Settings:Low Latency Mode Ultra (or On) | Power... Maximum performance
Display settings ,Graphic Settings, Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling On (Might increase/decrease performance and latency)
Intelligent standby list cleaner (ISLC) v1.0.2.6 :ISLC poolling Rate (ms):1000 | Start ISLC mimi..... | Launch ISLC.....

Well like you said "The reporting system is already heavily abused" it's not working can't you get that. Easy Anti Cheat works but it's not perfect can't get everything adding auto-ban feature is just another layer to prevent cheating but if you are a cheater not saying that your are I can see why you don't want this change.

The "community" you reference are who we are afraid of.... why? Because we know how the community behaves.
There are TTV streamers who report players frequently for nothing, and on stream. Its literally a meme behavior now for TTvs to report you for winning in a way they do not like they do it live on cam dude.
There is simply no way that any auto-ban feature would not be abused. They abuse EVERYTHING already. If ppl do this to meme on stream, there is no doubt in my mind casuals report players all day long for nothing. Both sides.
Go on YT and dig up false reporting in DBD, its a meme now and they do it all day long
I play a lot of Legion/Twins/Bubba my three mains, ask me why I would be concerned about "auto ban features" based on accumulative reports with no human verification of infractions,
A few rotten apples shouldn't affect great change (auto-ban feature).

This game has way to many cheaters auto ban is a great idea it's at least better then the current report system if it doesn't work they can always revert or improve on it.
