Pig shouldn't be low tier. She slows the game down a lot just by being the Pig, and end loops in seconds with a good ambush mind game, and sometimes even kill survivors in 2 minutes and 30 secconds.
Any killer that needs a buff, I'll automatically put bottom tier. While I understand Pig can be good, any bottom tier killer can be good. The RNG of her traps and her ambush definitely need buff/adjustment. So until she gets her fixes, I'll consider her bottom tier.

She can end loops in seconds. Learn to whip your chainsaws, it will help a lo getting survivors who are circling you or trying to juke, one of the only things you need to master, as well as stopping your chainsaw before hitting an obstacle.

On topic: Hillbilly could honestly be 110% MS and no one would bat an eye (except for the salty killer mains.) He has the best mobility ability in the game and an instadown; moving slightly slower when not using the Chainsaw wouldn't be that bad.
When you compare it to Spirit (she can move slightly faster after standing still for 3 seconds! Oooooh!) Billy is way more powerful. Yet Spirit is 110% and Billy is 115%.That's the point sergeant.

I agree, however I think hag should be s, not s+, nurse a billy feel like a whole different tier from Hag, she does have good Map, but not as good as billy and nurse, I feel like shes a bit worse than Myers, but still not A
