huntress be like: 💀💀
-
weird how no one was complaining about knight when his power is arguably worse than skull womans
-
They said they added some grass to it. I haven't played much on new eyrie but from what I've seen the map is just as barren as it was pre-rework
-
what nerfs? the only thing theyve nerfed for killers in the past 6 months is eruption (which lets face it, was a problem)
-
revert the incapacitated to 16s but remove cooldown. boom
-
its still got moments where you cant do anything against it
-
i cant recall a single time when i actually got use out of those pallets
-
Eyrie nerf and wiggle changes were good for killer.
As for how they SHOULD buff killers I would say they just need to buff the lower end killers (trapper, sadako..)
-
I think it's fine. Otz has a video where IW really shines.
Also, why are we automatically assuming that every killer has a ten billion dollar headset?

There is no risk, it's just a buzz word thrown about in a vain attempt to justify how broken it can be.
That's what I'm saying.
-
Dead hard still puts the killer in lose-lose situations. The most common one is:
The survivor is looping a pallet. You get close enough to get the hit. But there's a problem. If you swing, they'll dead hard. If you try to 'wait it out' they'll simply drop the pallet.
Also I don't see where the risk is
-
NOED for survivor
Blast mine for killer
-
It's one of the few things he has going for him. No chase power , no natural slowdown, no pressure. I say let him have it.
tip: if a ghostface is stalking you at a loop, youre better off running away instead of trying to reveal him. It could make him miss out on stalk
-
Blood favor is really good for chases. I recommend pairing it with undying though.
Bamboozle is also a good option but way more situational
-
Yes, because MMR totally works.
-
It's incredibly strong but I wouldn't say to the point where it needs to be nerfed. But if I had to nerf it I'd:
- Revert the incapacitated back to 16s
- Remove the cooldown to compensate

If they keep giving existing killers new chase music, what happens eventually with the original 6 generic themes?
ig they could give us an option which one we want to hear

POG Nurse music, I am curious what it'll sound like since it isn't really like Hag where you expect the swampy tribal beat she got. If it's good between that and the nerfs I might actually like seeing Nurse which I never thought I'd ever say lol.
i imagine it being really screechy (sort of like the intro sound on disturbed ward) and windy. I think it'll sound something like ghostfaces intial chase music

If Nurse gets unique TR, we’e officially reached the point where default TR + no environmental indicators = Bubba
thats deep lmao

I think it's 50/50 bc they didn't announce that hag got her own chase music or menu music until last mid-chapter came out.
That happened with ghostie. I was shocked he got one at all
-
She needed more. Sure, starstruck nurse won't be a thing anymore but they'll just switch to 4 slowdowns which is just as bad.
-
You need a toolbox with the best possible addons, basically your entire build dedicated to it, and the killer can STILL interrupt your gen. If it was as strong as you're making it out to be then everyone would be running that
-
Compared to a lot of the maps it's a mercy. Also I don't know what everyone is on about scratch marks not being visible. I see them just fine

You get rewarded just for having the perkLet's ignore that it can be deactivated before it activates.
I did not say the killer lost, but that they are in a losing situation. A situation you typically cannot win.Wrong. I've played, and seen, many games where Survivors lost before gates could be opened. Plus; the same could be said for any Second-Chance Perk; You were caught. You should have lost. You did not. I guess every second-chance Perk rewards losing.
NOED is basically a free comeback card in those situationsYes, 'free', ignoring that Survivors can cleanse it before it activates, or after it activates, and can still open the gates and leave. And it does not hook Survivors, or chase Survivors or find Survivors.
But sure, it's 'free'...Somehow. 🙄
4 randoms *without any communication* doing all 5 totems on the map (without even knowing the killer HAS noed) is an unrealistic expectation. most of the time my team and i barely get to the end game as-is.
yes, second chance perks are also BS. believe it or not, its possible for multiple things to be a problem at the same time

They are planning for the end game.
Just because entitled whiners call it 'losing' when 5 gens pop does not mean it's a fact. Sorry mate.
BTW; It's not 'losing'. Survivors did not win just because the exit gates are powered. This is an arbitrary win condition they invented to claim it's a flaw in NoED when it's just Survivors being entitled whiners.
The Killer did not 'lose' just because the exit gates lit up. So NoED does not 'reward losing'. Because the Killer has not lost until the Survivors exit the map.
That is, literally, how the game works. Survivors don't get to invent some mid-point and claim THAT is when Killers lost. Cope.
There is no planning. You just put on a perk and you're gucci. You get rewarded just for having the perk
I did not say the killer lost, but that they are in a losing situation. A situation you typically cannot win. NOED is basically a free comeback card in those situations

Without the hatch, the final Survivor would just Immerse for an hour and wait out the game clock.
Because yes; the match ends after an hour.
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3301345#Comment_3301345
NoED rewards Killers planning ahead and punishes Survivors who don't do totems.
If you're going to whine, at least don't lie while you do it. Then again, the only 'ammo' Survivors have against NoED is flat out lies.
How is losing 'planning ahead'?
-
Ig its to give the last survivor a bit of hope. Wouldn't be fun if they just started rushing actions to get your attention because they're screwed anyway.
Another thing: You got a 3k, you "won". Just take it
-
Ormond is also a good candidate

I don't think they should change it cause it's not like it's meta or anything. If it ain't fixed don't broke it

No we ALL cannot, the 30% is actually very minor. 3 seconds on a chest is nothing especially as if you are interrupted it doesnt lose progress. Hex perks are already super weak as it is, but again 5 extra seconds to cleanse a totem and eliminating the sound of breaking bones making it less likely to get interrupted is pretty balanced and not really that big of a deal.
still, would it be OP without the penalty?
-
They could have had vigil (which makes starstrucks exposed shorter).
-
There are some matches where i wish i had it. Like on gideons and midwich where it's piss easy to find a totem for them but impossible to get to it for you. And when you finally DO snuff it they just light another one 10s later lul

Yes ofc but I would say that with just an addon pass and some basekit changes you could also nerf her without needing to rework her entirely, so that's why I am asking why you think it cannot be solved with changing some of her existing parts. I think basekit nurse without addons is not that oppresive..
As I said, she needs to be more in line with other killers. It has come to a point where the devs have to nerf perks just because of her. In terms of strength, I don't think base nurse is too oppressive though

Do you really think she is that much better than MDR spirit or Blight with his best addons? Because I don't think she is.
It's possible for multiple things to be a problem at the same time. And also, MDR and *insert any OP blight addon* are just addons where as nurse is an entire killer
-
Here are my suggestions:
-Overheat only builds up within 12 meters of a hook
-Overheat builds up twice as fast
-Completely reworked overheat addons
-Adjusted collision with the environment
-You move 3% faster while charging the chainsaw
-Reduced base charge time by 0.20s
-Low kickback chains basekit
-Reduced cooldown for successful chainsaw downs (essentially bubba's cooldown when he uses one charge)
-Buffed or reworked other redundant addons (if you want to see the list let me know)
-Lopro chains basekit for breakable walls
-
It's always been equally awful.
-
We've come to a point where we're calling wraith op
-
She needs a full on rework. Something to make her more in line with the rest of the killers. I don't know how but I reckon BHVR would be able to figure something out.
A lot of people have suggested that her blinks shouldn't count as basic attacks but she needs MUCH more than that.
-
built to last gives you your ENTIRE item back where as streetwise only saves 25%. go figure
-
STBFL - no point cuz you're (ideally) using your power to instadown
Corrupt - okay but lethal would be better
Deadlock - alright
Jolt - good
Outdoor security camera - the only time i would personally run this is when i have it with the ghostface caught on tape addon. not saying its bad but i think hes got better addons (10% haste, exhaustion..)
Olsens wallet - can be clutch in certain situations but typically you only get real value out of it once per game. walleyes is far more consistent
i play ghostface pretty much every day but i cant imagine this strategy working out in a real game. tunneling is generally not something you want to do as ghostface if you want use out of your power
-
Better than before, but still unhealthy. This perk still has potential to put the killer in lose-lose situations
-
I play him a ton but I don't think he needs the instant scope back. Can he feel sh## at times? Absolutely, but he should be buffed in different ways. Namely the tin oil can & wardens keys should be basekit to encourage slinger players to actually use their power.
-
licensed maps💀💀
-
id much rather play against 10 ghostfaces than 1 starstruck nurse.
also i main ghostie and theres a lot more to him than youd think
-
People play him because hes wesker. That and because his power is fun to use. If you ask me, i dont mind going against him.
-
I would just revert eruption to 16s incapacitated but remove the cooldown to compensate
-
But nurse is the hardest killer in the game!
