Maybe when someone's killer rank is below 5 they aren't allowed to use it? The problem then is they are having to miss out on their choice of build to satisfy their opponents.
NOED is 1 perk out of 4. Killers have to counter 16 perks.. and whats the big deal anyway? Its mostly used by new players and middle skill.. perhaps they are trying out a new killer and would like some kills at least so their practice wasn't a complete waste of time.
Go outside.. take a deep breath of fresh air.. and move onto the next game.

Yawn
I'm sure these types of whining posts will subside as soon as people can go outside and enjoy life again.. Jeeez.

Well they don't do anything to stop it since the year I have been gone still have to deal with this
Yeah its really annoying. At times I will think i'm doing great in-game turns out its a low rank killer, or low rank survivors.
Other times I get wiped out. Which is fine, but it does happen abit too often.
Perhaps player base is continuing to decrease so it pairs us all up with whoever is available in the que?
-
This has been happening to me for ages.. even before patch 4.5.2

rank 12 - spirit and legion
Spirit and legion tend to have good map pressure to be honest.
The only reasons I think you could possibly be struggling are:
- You chase a survivor for too long
- You ignore survivors on a gen when chasing another
- The current ranking system is awful
- You have not yet mastered the killer
- You have not yet learned counter-play (survivor and killer)
- Perhaps there are better perks you could be using to provide you with survivor information i.e. location
These are just some thoughts.. none of these may even apply to you.. but as I was learning killer as well as my friends, many of these did apply.
Sometimes when we play killer we may not 'gel' with one very well. At time we may have a particular play style that we just haven't found yet with one of the killers.
I suggest watching videos on youtube for extra tips.. Otzdarva is a good option, and also try out other killers for a while. You might find one you work well with and can then maintain alot of map pressure.
If i'm honest, alot of it comes down to experience. Keep playing and it will get better :)

From what I can gather BHVR has mentioned in the past that they want to include characters that are LGBT. People are speculating that they include a LGBT character because of the teasers color. It matches the color of the bisexual flag.
Thankyou

i wish that would work but when I use it, they hide till itβs over or go hunting for totems and chests. By the time I find them the scenario mentioned above happens all over again.
Im at the stage of just going to the opposite end of the map with corrupt.
Whats your rank? And what killers do you mainly play?
-
This theory is either going to be on point or is going to be way different than the real survivor.
Can't wait to see though!

This is completely wrong and I'm honestly surprised they allow people like you on the forum.
Hag eats the liver, not the heart. Get it right!
(Yes, the first line was the setup for a joke)
I am sure Ms. Haggy would eat hearts though if she wasn't busy hooking survivors though! π
-
^ Good response.
The way I see it, I play killer, I like to slash, hook, kill and if I'm hag.. eat their hearts out. Enjoying these virtual actions is quite disturbing as well as problematic... and who knows what that says about my own and other's psyche. *Spooky music* π±
An LGBT character being in the game is seriously NOT problematic. Think about it people! Some of you need some self-reflection in your lives.
-
I hope its a killer that can be used up in the higher ranks alongside spirit, nurse and hag
-
There this amazing perk called corruption..
-
My escape percentage on that map before rework was probably 40% or less. Now its much, much higher.
I didn't magically get better at playing survivor over night! So..... π
-
Where have BHVR mentioned LGBT? Or is this just another theory that we come up with before every new killer/survivor?? I'm really lost on where this idea has come from ...
-
Instead of putting people into boxes and throwing labels left, right and center.. can we just except that sexuality is on a spectrum!?
If the character is cute and has lovely clothes I'm buying them. End of story.
-
Thats your opinion not a fact, learn the difference.

700 hours is nothing. She's a new player, therefore her opinion doesn't matter as it isn't accurate.
So the majority of player's opinions don't matter because they don't have 3K hours in the game?
That justification alone shows everyone here the limit to your intelligence.

Iri heads are OP when combined with infantry belt. No one said anything about them being OP by themselves. And yes, at the moment I find arguing very interesting. Being able to ruthlessly crush someone's opinions, hopes, and dreams simply through your words is interesting, at the very least. I personally find it beautiful. That's why I argue so hard. Because it's interesting.
For you to think you have that much power with words.. I worry for you. Have a nice day.

Who isn't in red ranks at this point? It's literally so easy to get there. Rank doesn't mean skill for this same reason. Also, hatchets are super easy to hit. Its called holding them. So it's actually pretty easy to hit 100% of the time.
My point was regarding how often huntress is able to hit with her hatchets. I see many huntresses missing shots but also getting great ones. In my opinion iri heads aren't THAT OP. But you are arguing with my opinion rather than discussing it.. yawn
There really isn't anything to argue about. You seem like the type of person who could start an argument in an empty room, so it doesn't matter what myself or anyone says π

The average player.
I'm bored now.

You made it seem like you did by saying that. If you think that huntress is hard, then you play her. If you don't play her, you have nothing to base your argument on, and it falls apart easily. Like it already has.
I didn't say huntress is hard.. I said.. the average player does not hit consistently.. ie. 100% of the time. Iri heads are only OP and annoying in the higher ranks.
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain my original point to you.
-
Had a similar game the other day with awful homophobic names and insults. Recorded my game and submitted a ticket. Hopefully they will be banned.
What really annoyed me is I was killer and recorded it but eventually got very bored and left.. obviously got a dc penalty. Which isn't fair in this instance.

Honey, huntress is easy. You are just bad with her. Its actually pretty hard to miss with those truck sized hitboxes. Nurse is the hardest killer in the game, and therefore shouldn't be nerfed. Understand?
Where did I even mention that I play huntress? Is your brain okay? Rather than having a mature discussion you result to cheap insults because someone holds a different opinion to yours. Grow up π

You have only 700 hours? Come back when you have at least 3k. Then your experience will matter.
Oh sorry I represent the average player base and not the top 1 or 2%. My opinion matters as much as yours. The fact you belittle me shows you cannot argue my point. Indirectly boasting your hours on this game to invalidate other's views.. its cringe.. but hey.. you do you... ππ
-
Sorry you came across killers camping.
Like you in the low ranks, they are new and learning. They perhaps think thats what they should be doing to be efficient with kills.
I would suggest pairing up with some friends and create a swf. This can really help, and once you are in green ranks its 10x better :)

Those other killers can't do much against pallets and vaults whereas huntress can hit you through them.
Her iri heads being ranged does make a difference.
As I said.. only very experience huntress mains will consistently get you with iri heads. In my experience of over 700 hours game time, I have perhaps come up against 1 or 2 iri head huntresses. Its not that common.
The same argument can be made against nurse. An experienced player with her is doomed and windows, pallets etc don't help. Shall we nerf nurse even more to? People forget that the average player on this game won't be able to hit with hatchets all the time. Here we are talking about the top 1% of players, which is a pointless argument.
Also, juking and crouching at pallets is a thing... can help against huntress.
-
Everyone has fun in their own way. Everyone judges whats a win and what isn't.
Some people are competitive and others just want to play the game and have a laugh.
We can't possibly decide what is a win and what isn't. We can only make our own personal decision as to what counts as a win.
-
If you are facing hag, best thing to do is annoy her instantly to avoid her setting traps.
Once she has picked someone up run around near pallets, windows and gens to set off as many traps as possible
You can also use flashlights to dissolve her traps.
If you look closely you can see dust particles above her traps.
Crouch everywhere!
The most effective and safe way of dealing with had however, is to provide her with an offering (toolbox, med kit etc) and bow down to her and hope she accepts your new found loyalty.
-
So many other killers can insta down you. Bubba.. ghost face.. clown.. myers.. and bear in mind that iri heads are very rare add ons.
Majority of huntresses unless they are pro, will miss many shots. Just adapt your play style like you would around ghost face and bubba. Be more sneaky. Sick of hearing survivor mains wanting an easy game. If thats the case go and play Mario Kart or something.
-
Hag!

Sorry I need to go stand in a corner and count to 10 minutes after 1 hook. :)
Exactly! Don't they teach you this at killer school ππ
-
Because killers aren't allowed to do or have anything.. rule #111 of the survivor handbook
-
I wish I realised sooner there is no such thing as the survivor rulebook. Now I have way more fun!
-
Saw this on the facebook group! Well done :)

Because they don't listen to feedback.. they kinda made that obvious.

Literally, I understand your pain. Its a joke, and time they sorted this ######### out
