Legion and Doctor.
Legion for deep wound and Doctor to make them tier 3 madness.
This makes it impossible for people to mend.

Dang didn't realize that my bad.

I honestly have no problems with killers camping, tunneling, or face camping. What I have noticed from my experiences is that many survivors don't want to help the guy that is on the hook. Do as many gens as possible before the person on the hook hits stage 2, then trade with them. Everyone can escape using this strategy. And if the killer is tunneling, them take hits and body block to help the survivor escape. It isn't that hard.
-
Just make it if they are tormented they are one shot by his ability. Now people will always want to use his ability.
-
Id be cool to have him but never gonna because they have their own asymmetrical game.
-
Amen.
-
Id say not likely considering that they have thier own asymmetrical game.
-
You could just run BT. I almost always run it just in case the killer is camping.
-
The DBD wiki has a lot of useful info for your calculations. For Tips I dont really know I dont play him that often but I would say try blocking areas that survivors might try to run to before getting into chases.
-
Thatd be cool I know resident evil resistance gives free points booster right when you start
-
You could also run ruin and Surveillance then youll know where to teleport

Jeez, might as well not show anything at all in that case, the portals aren’t hidden by any means. I hope they consider raising up that range just a tiny bit, might make Demo more useful to play since his teleporting is pretty much a guessing game at that point when there is less than 3 gens done. Unless I’m playing him completely wrong.
When I play Demo I usually hid my portals in areas survivor dont look at so I can get some sneaky hits. The only time I check to see if someone is near my portal is if I cant find people or everyone is dead and im hoping last survivor might walk by one of them.

From what I'm aware they practically have to be on it for you to see it. Additionally, from what I'm aware and someone do correct me if I'm wrong, the portal has to be active (as in you have reported to it once).
Yes portal has to be active and the range is extremely small. They basically have to be on it.

I think Noed is just annoying. I personally dont like either perks bc people rely on them way too much. Noed and Ds are fine for right now and your team gets wiped by Noed you severely messed up big time. Do Bones or just leave.
-
I think this is a cool concept
-
I just put them in places survivors wont be able to see them otherwise theyll just destroy them. You could either heavily defend an area on the map or I like everywhere so i can easily move around the map.
-
I think that would be cool except theyd first have to fix MM.
-
I just grind alot a spend alot more time playing during BP events. All my survivots are lvl 40 except Jake who is P2 with all the perks(Sadly he'll never be P3) and ace who is P3 lvl 20. I would definitely P3 your killer main and get all the perks, use BBQ for the extra BP and play doc. You'll be raining in BP.

I was glad to see the chunky guy getting some nice buffs, but after playing him again- maybe I just never felt it this much but:
Is there a massive slowdown while reloading now? It feels way slower than before and just before you're done reloading your bottles, suddenly you're 99% slowed almost to a complete halt. Is this supposed to be normal?
The slowdown after the reload is a bug, I think.

My guess would be adding corrupt tier 1 by default and changing the perk itself, that alone would massively help games at the start. like the fact you can have 4 people spawn near separate gens at the start is an insane amount of progress of the match within a short period of time
I honestly just wish they added more to do with gens then just make the timer longer. Like look for parts or fix cables something cooler then just holding M1.

I don't know enough about Nurse to really comment authoritatively. They reworked her omegablink stuff, and added a charge counter/cooldown to her blinks, but they also kept fatigue so I dunno, it seems dumb. A lot of Nurse players don't like it, but I still see her near the top of every tier list, and I continue to encounter Nurse players (though not as many) who wreck shop in red ranks.
Okay hopefully I get back into playing as her.

They removed or toned down a lot of the unreasonably safe loops. Gen speed got nerfed a little bit, but efficient survivors can still get things done quite quickly. I also took a six-month break, and anecdotally, the pace of the game has felt better to me since returning.
Yea I definitely feel like some of the map changes helped with looping but I literally just played a game at rank 1 killer and those gens are still going by super fast, also has DS changed?

Well, most recently most legacy maps had all of their infinite loops "balanced" meaning there are now doors next to strong windows, less 'safe' palettes, less palette/window combos, etc.
They also introduced larger dead space areas (areas of debri but no windows/palettes) and made bigger maps slightly smaller
Gens got slowed slightly (although the difference is negligible)
Hex: Ruin got reworked - instead of requiring great skill checks it now regresses the gen exponentially when you pull off of it instead
Toolboxes got nerfed and now provide a quicker repair, but for a much smaller percentage of the gen
As a result, hook sabo was also changed...it now only takes 2-3 seconds to sabo a hook, but you cannot 99 a hook anymore and with the lower charges on toolboxes you wont be able to sabo many at optimal quickness
Deathslinger was introduced - ranged killer with an undodgeable quick scope. So that's fun. He's not very fast but he has a tiny terror radius so he can creep up on yo ass. His perks are meh.
New DLC is Silent Hill. Pyramid Head is gonna be a tunnel/camp master that can avoid DS and BT altogether. So excited for that [/sarcasm]
They smoothed out window vaulting, which is nice. And are working on hit priority issues currently (yay!)
Rank/match making is hella broken. They are also reworking that (also yay!)
Yea I heard matchmaking is broken and I just got back to rank 1 as survivor and im seeing a s* ton of awful survivors. Did the devs say anything about how they are going to fix the MM.

Oh, and a bunch of maps got rebalanced. Lery's is totally remade, and Springwood has multiple different versions. There's a new Stranger Things map that is one of the new worst maps in the game (in my opinion).
Kindred got buffed into OP territory. Balanced Landing nerfed into fairly underwhelming territory (though it was necessary to stop several infinites). Pop Goes the Weasel is the new hotness when it comes to gen slowdown perks.
Is gen rushing and insane loops still a thing ?

Freddy, Doctor, Hex: Ruin, and survivor insta-heal add-ons all got remade for the better. There's a new Undetectable status that solidly quantifies what it means for a killer to be in stealth. Nurse got some weird cooldown meddling that a bunch of people aren't happy about. Spirit no longer has collision when phasing. One of the new killers, Oni, is quite powerful. The traditional Blendette outfit got nerfed (it was made lighter), but there's a new and better one. They finally added that stupid Bunny Feng cosmetic that nobody ever shuts up about.
Im kind of glad they reworked insta-heals those were crazy. What did they change about nurse because I used to main her and I want to know if she is still viable or not.

Okay so if you watched King's video, you would know that the devs are figuring out a way to make the beginning of the game slower. My idea doesn't necessarily slow the beginning, but more the whole match in general.
Okay so picture this. Each generator, instead of them being connected to the exits wirelessly. Because that's what they are right now. They have cables that go to the exits. Each cable is under the floor so you cant see them, but when you complete a generator, you see a white aura of the cable, far away from your location. To activate the generator and to connect it to the exit, you have to reattach the cable together. Every cable starts unattached. So when you get to the cable, you start an animation which you pull the cable together and boom the generator is now activated and is counted towards the generator completion. Once you do this, the killer now sees the white aura, and can come and disconnect the cable. So this killer has a choice to chase survivors, protect generators, or disconnect the generators. When the killer disconnects the generator, it doesnt completely regress the gen, the survivor can just come back to the cable and reconnect it. So say that you have all 5 gens done, but only 4 cables are connected, it will only count 4 gens towards the total gens done. So say you get all 5 gens done, you connect all the cables. But because 7 gens spawn on the map, 7 cables are available. Now the exits are being powered by the generators, via these cables. So you get on the exit, the killer can go to a cable and disconnect it and the exit gate unpowers. And because there are 7 cables, you only need 5 cables attached to power the exits. This way, the killer can't camp the cable to stop the exits from being powered.
Sorry if this is really complicated, it made really good sense in my head. It makes sense that the exits are powered by the gens via cables and not wireless. I feel like this would really make the game a little slower and stop gens from popping left right and centre. Please give your input and let me know what you think
Kind of a cool concept, might need a few tweaks so killers cant just camp the cables so the gens never get done but other wise it seems like it might work.

How long were you gone?
I think it was about 8-10 months

Depends on when you left for one
About 8 months.

You have to be behind them or really close, if you try it well in front of them it will be a hit

I dont what killer mains youve been talking to cause over half of what you said isnt something they complain about.
-
I feel like this changes shouldve gone to insidious.
-
If i cant find it in 10 seconds I just continue on, no need to waste what little time I have trying to find something that wont last more than 30 seconds.

I dont think so

1) Vigil is not considered as a "Tier I" perk. It's almost useless, because it doesn't even stack when there are more Vigils in the match.
2) This game is a horror game.
3) Stop insulting people just because they don't share the same opinion with you.
4) Although some people are not around R1, they still have a right to talk about balance issues. -
I feel like 1 extra blink is enough but until things get better, we shouldnt bother messing with her.WhiteAqua7 said:I think nurse is only op when she has more than 2 blinks, otherwise she is balanced.

Im just saying this discussion is pointless cause there have been a million like this already. And usually everyone agrees that the way DBD is right now we dont need to focus on nerfing killers and actually buff them and nerf survivors. I know it might seem tough to lose the power role as a survivor but youll survive.
-
Holy Sh** calm down
-
This whole discussion is really stupid, clearly the OP never plays killer and just wants an ez game. This is exactly like the threads where people complain about BBQ and chilly and how OP it is.
-
I like how people still complain about 1 shot hatchets, when survivors still have BNP and Insta heals.
-
I think OP forgot how overpowered the old BT was. The BT now is fine, just be careful and dont get greedy.
-
All i see are frame rates drop when playing the clown
-
4 killers vs 1 survivor.
-
An idea could be that the devs add in game mics like F13. And the killer can hear when people are talking.

yes

I thought about something like this and it would be cool.
