I just want a different button for "pick up" vs "vault or break pallet."
this. please. because it costs a bit of time, but time is everything to a killer

Survivors who are running a map offering are more likely to also be a DCer for a couple of reasons:
They may have had a bunch of bad games and so are running a map offering to try and force a better game for themselves on a survivor-sided map. If they then go down quickly they DC because they believe it's just another bad game and they're already tilted.
Or they have a particular build/play in mind and if the killer isn't falling for it they ragequit.
is midwich survivor sided? i heard both sides have bad opinions of it

yeah, but was just pointing that out because that kind of hits different

Works 100% of the time, every time

Popular Twitch streamer/Youtube content creator Otzdarva (also known as Not Otzdarva, Otz, Papa Otz, etc), in the year of our lord 2018 (I think), formulated the following law
"They whomst burneth a map offering, shalt disconnect post-haste uponst being downed first"
This law is absolute, meaning that the survivor who burnt a map offering will always DC upon being downed first, regardless of map or killer
checks out

@MikeyBoi said:
Somebody Disconnecting could mean a number of things, let’s be a bit more optimistic here, that person could’ve had to deal with a family emergency and had to DC, their dog or cat might’ve ran outside and they had to DC to chase after it before it gets hit by a car, maybe that person threw up all over their gaming setup cause they ate somthing bad etc.. you never know why that person DCd. So just because someone DCd on the map they specifically bought doesn’t mean they DCd cause they don’t want to go against a specific killer they don’t like.
legit dc'd right when they were downed after being chased, that means its extremely unlikely it wasnt an RQ

I think Demo is a good killer to use for this purpose as I don't think he's particularly strong or weak, but a solidly mid-tier killer that reflects player skill pretty well.
i was never able to get the demo, but playing against them ive had a mix of good and bad demos. the person i was replying to called em weak, and i was just saying playing nice on a "weak killer" proves that playing nice isnt exactly in the best favor of a win con

I mean he played Demo of all things, one of the worst killer in the game, so of course he lost very badly.
Demo is so weak, I really hate that killer so much, so boring, so weak. Of course even OTZ will lose with demo playing nicely
i mean.... you kind of proved the point? playing nicely as a weak killer shouldnt make it so you lose, if anything at least a draw?

Valid tactics and necessary because of poor balance. That is “not” saying they “want” those things, that is saying it’s necessary. Those are two very different things. Killers don’t “want” those things, it was them saying it’s required until we get changes to make it not required.
honestly that probably somes up most killer take on it, its a necessary evil that neither side truely wants(except trolls)

No, every time anyone wanted to address tunnelling or camping, the thread got snowed in with 'valid tactics' and 'can't win without it' comments. Killers asked for tunnelling and camping to be protected.
ah, i think i am going to step out of this debate you two are about to have because i already see it never ending

Where's the exhaustion coming from exactly?
isnt the only Exhasustion perk in the combo Dead Hard? so it is perfectly viable to string those together?

Killers wanted camping and tunnelling protected above all else, so that's where we're at.
define what you mean by that? because i knew a few killers who say its a viable strat but hate it?
-
OTz in all honesty is trying his best to bring to light the reason why killers have to be more savage and tunnel. a lot of matches ive been in where the killer spread out the hooks gave them no kills, and right now kills are the "Condition" for Merciless Killer, honestly the double pip should have stayed the req

TL;DR: Killers got everything they asked for and are failing to realise that none of it was what they wanted.
erm i am sorry if i seem very wrong but i dont think many killers wanted the "nice guy perks" to be nerfed? or if they did not to this point where they have to not care about the survivors fun at all?

What would be the visual indicator for TR?
Worst case scenario is a circle around the killer, which would be horrendous.
Seeing your heart the moment you enter the TR is another story, and is already done on mobile.
the seeing your heart thing would be best case scenario imho, a circle around killer would legit make it impossible for killers to not start off planning a 3gen instantly

How is the visual cue for terror radius going to be strong enough for a killer compensation? Not trying to be judgmental of the thought, just a genuine question.
i think some people think it may be a constant visual around killer(similar to the knight's ability) but im hoping its just a visual on the survivors side when in said radius
at least my worry is a constant visual around killer could be bustedly survivor buff

Feels like tunneling if they get hooked next, even if time has passed...but I feel like official tunneling is straight off hook....idc either way, i'll tunnel if I'm tired of dealing with sweaty SWF's..it's just smarter gameplay.
I see, understandable. my personal definition is straight off the hook i choose them. i tend to give just unhooked survivors a small chance, but if i let you go and find you a bit later, that isnt tunneling for me. you were given a chance
