This seems to be a bit extreme. I do not like the Idea of taking away perks from survivors. I feel like if it affect one of the survivors out of the 2/3/4, it would be more of a fair thing.
Moreover, what if instead of taking away survivor perks, a killer was notified when a survive with friends was present and got an extra perk slot when the party was made of 3 or less and 2 perk slots extra when the party was made of 4. I feel like this would be much more balanced than taking away a total 12 perks in one game.

The answer to all of this is very clear. The devs designed hillbilly based off Leatherface. It's pretty obvious. So when real leatherface comes into the game, he has a knock-off, not well thought out power. I think Leatherface should honestly just be deleted from the game and the devs should give us all refunds or something. The only killer worse than Mr. Face is Freddy. But at least Freddy comes with a survivor with at least one decent perk. Leatherface is a stand alone killer. He isn't worth the money, and he isn't worth the salt. For the most part when he gets kills, its an unlucky survivor that got found first and is staring into the face of one of their friends, but no friends have those eyes. (I mean leatherface is facecamping the poor soul.)

Billy is a bullet. LF is a bomb.
A bomb with the same potential as a fire cracker. In practise you will rarely get more than one with a sweep as they got like 4-5 seconds to start running in different directions to completely deny that. That is why basement camping is so popular with LF.
Sure i get he isn't supposed to be like Billy but he still needs major buffs. The ability to down multiple is to situational and therefore overrated.
But see it is just as easy to avoid billy's chainsaw in close range. I main billy as a killer. I don't get chainsaw kills unless its across the map. I mostly use the chainsaw to get around.

You can tell when whispers is activated because the perk lights up. A heart beat indicator could be added for the heart beat situation.DarkWo1f997 said:

9/10 for cosmetics
The cosmetics are beautiful. The fact that you can buy them afterward is why I took a point off. I wish they were event items. I am fine with the fact you can only get 2 for free and have to pay for the rest, but if you can get them afterwards, that sucks.8/10 for mechanics
The mechanics balance the game more. The fact that there is an optional objective that takes as long as a generator balances a few things. It is rough around the edges for killers, but otherwise I like it.Overall? 8.5/10
I am quite enjoying myself with the event and it's new skins. -

We know you are new. But when you crouch in a corner while an Ace gets stabbed by an evil spider it is very frustrating. This is why we have ranks, but when rank resets don't be suprised or angry when you get hatemail for not being to great at the game. I wish you luck on your journey of Dead by Daylight though and I would be glad to show you some of the ropes

I am fine with the limit on how much you can get. I wasn't but now that it has changed I'm fine with it. I just really wish the cosmetics were limited event items. Any one can buy these and then they aren't special. I wanted them to be a skin that showed skill, but now it will show wealth. I will repeat myself in saying I am glad you have changed the amount of cosmetics we can get.
