Survivors can run meme or thematic builds all day long because they have 3 other people to carry them. If i want to run an all hex build, stealth, or perma injure build.. it might work a quarter of the time. Injured people at high ranks just split up and sit on gens so it doesn't really matter.. plus they get dead hard constantly.
I realize X killer may have Y build that works for them, that only proves that you're being pigeonholed. "If you want to use this killer, here are the perks that actually work".
I am essentially locked into using the same build for every killer unless I want 3 chases and the game to be over in 5 mins. Boring.
BBQ / Corrupt / Pop / Discordance /// Nurses / Monitor
"THEN JUST SLUG" - no thanks that's not fun
"DONT WORRY ABOUT RANK" -- maybe I don't like seeing "Entity Displeased" every game when I try experimenting

Sure would be nice to be able to run interesting builds without being absolutely punished by the game.
i agree,the game at current state is not good to play killer cuz of how unbalanced it is but nothing we can do about it sadly
Edit: I always use the Thanato/Dying Light/Sloppy Butcher and Hex Ruin just to slow the game down and have some fun,and i know the new ruin is bad but atleast it still good for me

even the old ruin is not good anymore since totems get cleansed like 30s into the game,and toolboxes are not useless,the genrushing still there,i have many games where 2 gens pop in like 3 mins and im not lying,this need to be fix,how can they say that this game is balanced since its clearly not,pretty good job so far lol

You guys obviously still have my attention like a lot of others I can tell because we still play. But I am being honest. I still play because a lot of the characters are in movies and shows. The game is already a ######### to play killer. Also, release more movie killers. I'm done buying your created bullshit because killers aren't scary in "the entity" where we don't really know what happens to survivors. It's a really weak ending for survivors. I still play, like a lot I'm sure. But one or 2 more lame patches, which I'm sure this one is about to suck, and I'm out as well as I am sure a lot of others. I don't feel like I'm asking for a lot. It's a horror game, I want to feel horrified playing a survivor and aggressive playing the killer. I don't feel either holy crap. I know developing a game can be a ######### but I'd pay for more if I felt like I was getting what I paid for. But like I said. This patch looks like it'll suck eggs. Give me. Fahk. Give everyone something to play for like you did when you first made the game. Survivor or killer.
Yeah playing killer lately are very unfun and stressful because of how bad killers is and how OP Survivors are together with bad map design and too many second chance perks for survivors,they dont have anything to scare about killer anymore,it is just too easy to play survivor and too hard to play killer especially when you reach rank 8-1.If the devs dont do anything about this then the killer player base will decrease for sure.So much for “pretty good job so far” i guess

Okay so this is all coming from my own experience, but head into matches knowing that you're going to lose according to the game. Killers are ranked unfairly, and most of the time it's difficult to get a safety, and who can forget the lovely survivor who brings a purple flashlight, drops every pallet, then flames you for downing them. It sounds unfun, and it is unfun, but here are my ways to have fun:
-Set a personal win condition. If you're bringing a perk like stbfl have your con being to keep 8 stacks for as long as possible, or get a down with the spirit fury/Enduring wombo combo. Get 4 stacks of bbq, kill a survivor, play a killer you enjoy. Setting yourself a goal is how I have fun in this game right now. For me, when I play wraith, my goal is to get a grab. When I play freddy, my goal is to annoy survivors as much as possible just by existing on the map. When I play doc, it's to try and get everyone into t3 and keep them there as long as possible.
-3 gen them. This is how you win most of the games, because you need as much late game pressure as possible. Specifically on maps like Azarov's, find a gen lock, get that gen lock, hold that gen lock.
-Play fairly. It sounds really counter intuitive; tunneling a survivor is the quickest way to get them out of the game and win, right? Well, it's not exactly fun for either side, will most likely end in a dc, and you don't get anything from it. Now if you try and play fair, and give everyone a chance to do things, not only do you get more points, more emblems, and people are less likely to be toxic to you in the endgame chat, but you feel better yourself. Knowing that you killed 2 or 3 people whilst playing fair, getting lots of BP and experience, and overall you learn significantly more.
-Find a killer you love, and stick to them. If you hate the nurse, don't play her when you're really a trapper main at heart. You'll do much better as someone you like than someone you hate.
This is what I do to have fun, anyway. If they don't work, maybe you can find your own ways of doing it, or maybe killer right now it's for you; it's stressful, OchiDO fanboys somehow STILL exist, and gens like to fly on by. But when you get better- and you do get better- it feels so rewarding to finally curbstomp a team into the ground.

To be honest every killer now can get rekt by survivor because of OP second chance perks that survivor use,bad maps,infinite loops,swf,etc etc,freddy is a good killer but even him can get bullied easily by survivor these days.Freddy is in the core game so if he is not even in the nintendo ver he can hardly be in mobile ver i think which is sad tbh

Leather face is really bad at this time. Hopefully he will get buffs. I main huntress but also play as trapper and doctor. I have 3 years experience in this game and I am willing to help. I am a killer main I play survivor occasionally with friends or if I need to do a challenge or daily ritual. The loops csm be countered if you go the tight way b a out it.
Like me playing huntress some of the loops all I need to do is throw a hat get at them. Workout what sort of pallets for example the survivors have whether it's a safe or unsafe pallet. Safe pallets for survivor u are gonna need to break cos unless they screw up real bad you ain't catching them. Are you on xbox.

To start off with " HAVE FUN " is going to be a very important mantra to repeat to yourself. If you're not having fun you're doing it wrong.
Try not to think about rank. In general focusing on one survivor is bad for the score but it can be very satisfying if you catch a trouble maker.
Use tactics that work, even if people think negatively of them.
Never read the messages, just save yourself some time and never read them. Drop in a GG and a smiley face, ignore what they say and leave.
You have the perfect lineup to really have fun in the game.
Leatherface: once you get his chainsaw attack down, Camp, Camp, Camp it is perfect for clearing out altruists.
Ghostface: when i play survivor nothing scares me more than realizing he has snuck up on me
Micheal Myers: master that stalking and take them out.
If Gen Rush is popping off, tell yourself " well, better find a lucky winner to be my plaything "
Remember killing only gets better with practice and this is how you get in practice and make it fun.
For some winning strategy you need to know the Survivor strategy, if someone is looping you or really hard to chase, that's a runner there to purposely distract you.
No team is evenly balanced, there is always a weak link, ignore the runners and loopers and patrol the gens to find the weak link.
Tunnel Tunnel Tunnel, the less of them there are the harder it is for them. They want to unhook someone, dog that wounded survivor and hook them again till they are sacrificed.
Patrolling is a very good practice, find three gens close to one another and try to protect them then head out hunting. When it gets down to the last gen they have to go into your zone that you know how to patrol.
As stated by Sleepy Willo, KYF when you can for stress free practice.
To finish up here are some personal tips for stress relief.
Troll Hour: you will figure out the specific time gaps in the day when OP survivors like to SWF, and to respond to that i use ringers.
Ringers: Billy, Irridescent Huntress
For me Billy is fun because i can run around like a maniac and every now and then one hit down even the most OP survivor.

Using Clown in Mr. Puddles head makes me smile even if the match is bad cause i am running around saying " Who wants to play with Mister Puddles!"
Doctor i only used recently but to me he is just fun. His laughter is infectious even if he gets hit with a pallet and his powers are just sadistic and force people out of hiding
Last thing, Pallets. You know survivors love to drop pallets on you, don't let them do it, slow down and psych them into dropping it then break it. Even if they want to drop every pallet on the map if you keep avoiding and breaking them, you just took away one of their tools

agree... always 99% play with toxic player... when have offline mode i can play fun with bot, experience from vainglory moba mobile i become victim bully no matter you become good guy,good play,always get toxic,i give up & sometimes i play fun with bot & is fun...
dbd mobile the most bad game because play with joystick touchscreen & cannot setting mapping or setting joystick become big size,choice location button & use joystick bluetooth ipega,then need app blue stack or nox player the emulator android for pc but dbd mobile cannot instal in this emulator because beta test... always nintendo switch & pc is the best for me because become game console when i was child... play nes console the nintendo 8bit... like bro suggestion... i not have choice buy again dbd & scream for pc... & i happy can use xbox joystick usb,alot player play pc ver & weird the nintendo switch ver is rise up again.. alot newbie & veteran player again & i only interest become killer the ghost face,because i swear become survivor get more toxic attack from devil man(human) like dota style,then become killer you can mute headphone & chat folder when match over,done... of course i become killer not doing toxic move... is my job become vilain with more terror,will made the match become alive,because play game is for fun & throw stressful,"toxic is not fun" is sin & crime psychologically for sensitive people like me...
Yeah,bots is all i need right now to be honest,because play with real survivor now is just like doing math,too damn stressful and boring af,dbd mobile is good you know,it just that the control suck and it graphics is bad with a lot of bugs but since it just a beta at the moment we can probably expecting more in the future!

Hi,im really having a really hard time playing killer because of the infinite loops,tbaggers,toxic survivor but i really want to improve my killer experience,any advice to make the game less stressful? I main Myers but i sometime play leatherface and ghostface too,most of the time i got bully by OP Survivors and then they tbag and call me noob,etc

If they wiggled while we went searching for the hatch I would hook them, if they didn't I would let them escape. Now I just simply let the last survivor escape, just to show them that their are still some good hearted killer's out here just trying to have fun despite all the bullshit the devs are putting us through
And yes,the devs been putting us killer main in so damn much bs lately that it not even fun play as killer anymore but im always respect all the killer main still play to this day (including me ;))

I main Michael because im just a big fan of Halloween series and he is the only reason i bought this game in the first place,playing killer recently hasnt been any fun for me if not stressfull and i think most of us killer main will agree with me,anyways i hope that you dont give up on playing killer because of toxic,tbaggers,perk abuser,etc etc.Just play the game and have fun cuz who knows one day this game close and you cant play it anymore!

yup overwatch is always-online game,i hate games like these to be honest,still wish we have an offline mode in dbd

an offline mode would be fun but its probably not gonna happen,you may aswell refund the game and buy the pc version instead
