This entire argument is a logical fallacy.
”A slippery slope argument (SSA), in logic, critical thinking, political rhetoric, and caselaw, is often viewed as a logical fallacy in which a party asserts that a relatively small first step leads to a chain of related events culminating in some significant (usually negative) effect.”
Its not a argument, I'm just saying it might end up going down that road.

Yes, it does matter. Maybe not to you, but imagine if every character you played or met was gay, their lore was all gay, and when you asked if someone could be straight for a change you got yelled at for asking too much/told who cares. If you were on the other side of the fence, you probably wouldn't be saying "Why does it matter?" is all I'm saying.
But to unequivocally answer your question, it matters because it was promised and because they're obviously focusing more on lore and character development nowadays.
But none of the characters are exclusive straight, even if they are in a relationship with the opposite sex, it doesn't mean they have to be straight.

Are you saying it's a slippery slope? If they can stop at any time, it's not a slippery slope. They've made no promise to add disabled characters, and people will ask for whatever they want regardless of any set precedent. Also, keep in mind that this thread in particular isn't necessarily asking for LGBT representation as much as it is calling out BHVR for what seems to be an empty promise.
I'm saying, that basically, they will keep getting requests to add representation. So it's kind of a slippery slope, because they shouldn't be focusing on characters based off of sexuality and nationality. And technically, they haven't promised a lgbtq character, they suggested they would be open to it. The developers have said they were going to do lots and haven't done it yet.

She's a lot weaker in Red Ranks. Her power is a good concept but doesn't really encourage Survivors to cleanse. They may be Exposed but risking the rather of her machine gun sick is worse.
To be fair I'm green ranks do wouldn't know lol

Yes, if we ignore Plague, Wraith, Demogorgon....
Woah!! Plague is top tier in my opinion, especially against players that cleanse 24/7

The pig is pretty good, no terror radius when crouching is pretty solid

I'm just so bad at using the flashlight, i chicken out lool. Or if someone gets downed, I never get there in time for the pick up flashlight save.

I think pig is my favorite killer unfortunately she’s just so weak it hurts to play her it seems the saw licensing holders are willing to work with bhvr so why haven’t we gotten a rework? Or buffs yet? And here’s a important question..when the pigs map gets reworked will we see her get changed ? At least a addon pass with a few buffs
When I go against a pig, the pig wins 50% of the time. I think the pig is pretty solid. I might just be a crap player lol

I think the problem is, if someone asks for lgbt characters, then it can lead to someone else who is disabled asking for a disabled character and then someone let's say spanish asking for a spanish character, and so on. As long as they just keep adding good back storys and good killers I'm not fussed, as a mum of 2, I'm not asking for them to add a mother into the game.
-
That's literally All the survivors have to do if no one is hooked, is do generators, it's the whole point of the survivors side of the game. I'm a killer main and even I understand, just have fun
-
When I play killer and get tbagged, I just moonwalk at the gate, it's just a game
-
Everyone is guilty of tbagging, it's fun and if it really hurts your feelings, a pair should be grown. It's a game

damn, a lot of you get really mad when you see the words lgbt, it makes you forget how to read what i wrote
I read what you wrote, but how does sexuality fit into a game about a killer trying to murder 4 survivor's, they haven't added anyone based off sexuality?
-
Why do they need to add someone based on sexuality, seems like a pretty pointless thing to add, personality isn't based off sexual preference. I don't demand a straight character. Games aren't meant to be woke. Especially not horrors

I talk from experience when my lil sister said "no, no, what are you doing kicking a baby?" even when he is a killer
He is Charlotte's brother so what? he still looks like a "baby" and a survivor kicking him seems too much!
Devs try to lessen the fact of a "kicked" baby with the "crushed" terminology lmao
Your little sibling shouldn't be watching you play a horror game rated 18.
-
Whenever I get a game with spirit, I roll my eyes and take in the fact I'm gonna get my ass whipped lol
-
Thongs for game characters, how weird lol.
-
It's just a game, if you don't like killer main then switch, I'm a killer main and I'm on console, I think it's easier and more fun as killer
-
I honestly find killer easier

For Killers:
Mind Hack - A perk which has a cooldown every time it's used. When a survivor is hit, 1 random perk is disabled for a set period of time.
Lottery - A trap hex perk like Haunting Grounds. Once the totem is cleansed, that survivors perks are randomised against the pool of perks available to that player and changes the perks to completely different ones.
Punch Drunk - A lunge attack by the killer results in a considerably long recovery for the killer, but messes the survivor controls up, so they become inverted for a period of time.
For Survivors:
Pallet Driver - A cool down perk, which activates when the survivor drops the pallet. This pallet slam is so strong that the killer's vision is blurred for a short period after recovering from the pallet strike.
Woodwork Wonder - A cool down perk whereby a survivor can rebuild a pallet and carry it to a new place if desired (survivor has hindered status whilst moving it), or put it back. Takes longer to do than Any Means Necessary.
The Crystal Skull - Generates 2 additional totems and 1 additional chest. One of the new totems has a crystal skull, and the additional chest is blackened from heavy burning. Inside that chest is a vial of mysterious liquid, which is needed to cleanse the Crystal Skull. Once that totem is cleansed, the survivor gains a permanent 5%/6%/7% bonus to every action (excluding running, which grants 2%,3%,4% bonus. The Crystal Skull totem is harder to find.
I really like lottery and woodwork the wonder.

Survivor Perk: Daredevil
You always had a taste for danger.
Grants the ability to interrupt a chase by jumping out at the killer. Stuns the killer for 3/5/7 seconds.
Activates while in a chase or if a teammate is being chased within a 10meter range. Must be within a 3 meter range of the killer to successfully stun the killer.
One use only, once used deactivates for the rest of the match.
"The rush is worth the risk"
-
Maybe if the player is idle aka not doing generators or not in a chase for longer than 5 minutes, then maybe they should be kicked from the session
-
Sounds like you're just being a bit ungreatful and many, I agree it didn't look the best, but I still liked it.
-
Yea and ending a game after 15 mins when the point of the game is to finish the generators before the end game occurs is a terrible idea, if someone hides then maybe consider just reporting them, even then. I don't see anything majorly wrong with it, everyone plays the game to have fun. I'm a killer main, whenever I get survivors that hide, I switch up my tactics. It shouldn't take long to find players if you use the right tactics.
-
No, just use whispers or report/DC

This is not a play style, this is holding the game hostage and it is against the rules.
If it's against the rules then just report and move on

I'm sitting at 1.5k hours in this game, i know how to find survivors and i know other perks exists. The point is that survivors are able to hold the game hostage by intentionally not doing their objective. I shouldn't have to run a perk to prevent people from holding the game hostage and actively not doing their objective.
Also, i was running information perks, 2 of them in fact. I had BBQ, and tinkerer. BBQ requires a hook, and tinkerer requires survivors do do their objective. Which they were not. They were effectively AFK, which means they should either get crows, or some kind of time limit needs to exist, but they were moving around just enough so they wouldn't get crows, which i would argue is an exploit.
You're only looking at it as if it's only your game, and everyone wants to play like you, if they hide and you have a problem then either find them or leave. There are different play styles even if they are shabby. I agree that it's not the best and it defeats the whole point of the game, but you either have to lump it or leave it.
-
I always found that green ranks are the best players. I'm not green so I'm not being bias, reds just tea bag constantly and purples play too altruistic. The grey's have no clue what they are doing and the yellow ranks aren't aware on how to loop. Green is in the middle and I've always had a good match with green ranks

It's just a game, stop being a drama queen

Killer Perk: Slow Exit, Show Stopper, End Of The Show
You have a way of making your presence known, even at the end of the show.
When a exit gate is within your terror radius and left unattended, regress any exit gate progress by 5%/10%/15%
Activates when exit gates are powered.
"I always had a way of stealing the show"
Or
"It's not over till the fat lady sings"
