I want to try out more underplayed killers

that is it that is the post I’m currently thinking about playing either Chucky, Plague, or Singularity.

Comments

  • I personally love chucky. He got a straightforward chase/map traversal/stealth power with a linear cooldown. He got some depth with third person mindgames and max range dash. Love him.

  • Singularity is the strongest of these and probably the least frustrating to play as long as you don't mind constantly placing and replacing biopods.

    Ooh go singularity.

I don't see nearly enough singularities, strong killer when played well. Requires good planning and has really interesting mechanics. Definitely one of the more imaginitive killers added in the last few years.

Play chucky if you must the tiny little dash slop gremlin. But please please don't do plague. She's amazingly unfun to play against whilst also not being fun to play either. Somehow her basekit counter (cleansing) is actively a bad idea against her so most survs won't bother to cleanse againstbyou and you don't get to yse your main mechanic much.

  • Chucky is fun but sometimes really bad. Singularity is really good but sometimes really boring. You will get survivors who wait for EMPs and use them very well. Plague is strong and can be fun if you enjoy m1 killers. tends to be a strong niche meta counterpick. She helped get me through CoH/Shadowstep era

Id personally go for Chuck between the 3

  • Chucky is the most fun to me personally. Singularity is great but so daunting to pick up and very easy to get overwhelmed by, however seeing those people that have it figured out is a real show. Larry is a beast in the right hands but also very fair.

Plague is not one I could ever enjoy. Don't like going against her and don't like playing her. If she's your cup of tea though, puke 'til your heart's content.

I already main merchant so going from one macro killer to another with singularity shouldn’t be to bad, but I am definitely leaning towards Chucky rn just because I don’t play a lot of dash killers.

I like to use chucky's iri medallion whith stealth builds, pretty comfortable to use as a stealth/ambush killer and use the dashes to end chases faster if they give you an opening. One of my top 3 highest kill rate killers that i actualy use often.

  • Singularity is great though if you start to main him you'll realize you get indoor maps way more frequently. Wish it didn't happen but it does.

Alright, guess I’m doing Chucky I guess since the only other dash killer I play is Krasue. That and I just love the child’s play/chucky franchise.

You'd be surprised about Plague. Toss on something like PWYF and it becomes very dangerous to stay injured. On most games I play as her, ppl start cleansing.

Yh i play her on very rare occasion. Tbh I've used her more in the last week since she's good at countering the banquet mechanics. PWYF is a good shout, makes me think might be worth trying coup de grace on her as well

  • I play Plague with a gimmicky no-M2 build and have a lot of fun with her. I've always found her hilarious.

Its nice that her green puke doesnt use PWYF tokens.

  • PWYF more like POYF 🤣

I dread to ask but how does THAT work?

  • Prayer Tablet for constant infection, Lethal and Black Incense for near permanent aura read, Thano for slowdown, Fire Up or Brutal to make the path clearer, and a fourth perk of your choice. I was using Dying Light but it got hit by Diminishing.

Some teams figure it out and cleanse. Depending on how far along the match is I either reinfect or surprise them by using the M2. I don't like the arc of her M2 though so I try to avoid that.

  • xeno is really fun I think and I don’t see a lot of it

Sounds diabolical 🤣 and yeah it's a pain for me to use on controller. Must be easier on m&k
