Devs, are you even aware that discordance 1 is better than discordance 3?
At first I thought "well they probably just did a mistake, they gonna fix it soon"....
Haaaa.. Then I realised it was intentional. This actually really sad that the devs don't know that. Discordance 1 is stronger than discordance level 3 and this is staying unnoticed for multiple months. Like, can you change the perk effects please? Back then I didn't noticed that and leveled it up on a lot of killers, but when it appears now I avoid it.
Please fix it already.

Also it's quite sad that the persons who do the balancing of perks don't know that. As if they don't play that game enough..

just curious, in what way is level 1 better than the level 2 or3? i just dont quite understand what the train of thought here is.
The smaller duration of the perk ability means that it activates again more quickly if Survivors stay on the gen, so you know sooner if multiple Survivors are still on the gen or not.

If you like being scammed by notifications, yes, level 1 is better.
If you like more info then yes tier 1 is better.
regardless of what you believe, perks should definitively get stronger with each rank, not based on how you wish to have used it.
It's Predator 2.0. on one hand, sure, the Scratchmarks are close together, on the other hand, Scratchmarks are far less likely to be seen on trees and other surroundings
It's the same thing with Make your Choice. The dev's simply messed up the Perk tiers (wonder if by accident or intentional?). Never level up Make your choice to level 2 or 3 !!!
Of course more info is better in ANY circumstance.

Twice now, the entity has made me pick Discordance 2 in the Bloodweb because I was avoiding the only other alternatives, trash teachables.
Very annoying.
MYC isn’t so clear cut, he’s the cool down in shorter but the tier 3 gives you a full minute to down them. Making your way back to the unhooker and downing then in 40 seconds can be tough if they have one decent loop/pallet.
You are using MYC on the wrong killer(s) then.
Spirit and Nurse are the only 2 who can guarantee chases that quickly. Not enough reason to definitively say MYC 1 is better than 3
