  • They are very good for slugging the survivors so they can snow ball really fast if survivors don't know how to play against them. Like most of the Twins don't go full on slug builds but they will take the advantage if they get the chance to use Victor to get all survivors to dying state. They were originally really buggy and was missing some basic features like Victor could not do anything when survivors hid in a locker. I would say they are not really that buggy but I do get why some people don't really enjoy playing them.

It really depends on the survivors in normal games I'd say:

If they are playing coordinated and have relatively fitting perks against slugging you will struggle quite a bit if you don't main her (or if you're not a comp-player I suppose).

If it's pure solo-queue with unfitting perks you should win pretty easily.

Also victor has a "just leave" mechanic. If victor is on a survivor they cannot leave through the gate as it gets blocked for that survivor, and a couple seconds after victor is removed. So its possible to catch t baggers in a 1-2 combo if they don't leave.

That is currently bugged you can leave with him on. Its reported on the betahub bug reports.

Ah. Havent seen it myself yet. Tho i have often seen the one where you pounce dead center on someone and just... brush past them and get kicked for it lol. Happens like 15% of the time last time i played them.

so Victor jus kidnaps them, sounds like a Victor thing to do

  • They have victor who is one of best chase tools you can get your hands on and they exceed in slugging which is strategy that isnt that easy to counter because few survivors use some antislug perks compare to hook protection.

Twins are in top 3 least played killers in the entire game which gives them advantage in form of survivors not being used to face them. Casualy you will win a lot, for some its boring to slug but its effective because twins are designed all around slugging simular to oni but they are even more based around it and versitile compare to oni. Only good coordinated teams and teams running lot of antislug perks like sabbo squads do will give you trouble but twins can still take it, they are very strong.

So good killer choice if they dont bore you.

they dont bore me at all

  • Then its good pick for you and now they offer lot of advantages like not being played that much so many people face them few times per year or like once a moth and even this is a lot often, slugging has many perks to counter it but many people run unbreakable max compare to antitunnel protection, they are very strong killer kinda now in meta I would say.

Personaly I dislike them for some bugs and for must slug option because when you down someone across the map with victor before you reach there with charlotte it will take 20+ seconds and thats a lot for survivors to pick up or move away and take you lot of time so you must slug, but they are good and for content Lynxi I think is she called is one of twins mains and makes content on them so you can learn there like the thing where it makes difference how far will victor reach with pounce if you look up or down and its good to know when pouncing from dlevation etc. tips like this.

They're pretty good at applying map pressure because they can quite literally be in two places at once. Slugging is also just part of the regular gameplay loop and they excel at it. Slugging allows for even more map pressure, and victor allows you to punish people who try to pick up their teammates whilst also pressuring gens with Charlotte.

Twins are pretty fun but they can make me pretty mad depending on the survivors because they are still buggy from time to time xD

(Also I'm sorry I just see it now, the forum decided to not show your awnser as notification at all? I've never seen that xD)

Twins are very strong, but against seasoned players they rely a lot on gamesense. Knowing where survivors that you can't see are likely to be and what they are likely to be doing will inform a lot of the decisions you make around leaving someone slugged vs hooking them, when and where to use Victor etc. Without that, if you only focus on whichever survivor you are directly interacting with at a given time and give no thought to the others when choosing what to do next, Twins tend to progress the game a little too slowly.

I've had Twins games where it seemed doomed to a 3-4k due to how fast downs were happening, but the player kept trying to slug and get someone else instead of consolidating their hook, meaning that, while the game took like over 30 minutes to complete, all 5 gens were done with only 1 survivor on death hook.

  • ive been playing twins alot recently and as the above person said if you have good game sense victor is extremely deadly and is incredible at giving pressure if you know how to track without scratch marks (injured is easy of course)

I barely m1 with charlotte unless its to cut a surv off that has victor on him, but i try to injure as much as possible and use victor to push people off gens or get knock downs. She is a killer where slugging makes sense for her play style (no need to overdo it) and ive been running a hex: third seal, ruin, undying and thrill of the hunt, so basically only 2 perks and i have had incredible success, its been easy to get all 4 blind which excluding coms means your strategic slugs are harder to find as well as hooks are harder to find. all while using victor to push of gens or heal so much that ruin is crushing it in the back ground and undying and thrill keeping my blindness and pressure up very well if you can keep them from cleaning your hexes of course.

I know alot of people dont like hexes because of how easily your power gets removed but i swear by them, they are so much fun to use
