The problem is that the perk should be written there. But instead of the name of the perk, it says 1
I hope it means we can use any perk and not self care 😅

Sadly German isn't much help either. Was hoping that other languages may not have had the issue and it was just a mis-type

You could still use a medkit to heal yourself and it'd count, if it is Self-Care.
You're still perkless, but you don't have to waste that much time on the one heal you have to do.
