please mods and devs tell me how the breakdown "bUg" is different from the old legion blade exploit
i really want to know please tell me.
these exploits are the same but you wanna know a different. the mods and devs banned the legions that used the blade exploit which is rightfully so. but no lets not ban the people who abuse the breakdown EXPLOIT not a bug( ok devs and mods you hear me ) and run no mither and soul guard making whole entire builds out of it. basically making it impossible to hook them.

They didn't ban for any other exploits.
They aren't banning for the J-flick or stretched res and they didn't ban for Wake Up.
The Legion Blade exploit was an exception to the rule, but it hasn't happened again.

I'm not sure if you remember the Legion Blade Exploit but it was bad.
It was fairly soon after Legion's release and a TON of people where playing them. Like, every other match was a Legion. There were so many people using the Blade exploit that something had to be done about it, it was legitimately ruining every match.
Whereas, with the other exploits, you don't see them as often. I've only seen 5 people with Breakdown since it broke, and 4 of them were in a SWF. It isn't common at all.
The Legion Blade Exploit was an exception to the norm. People are not usually banned for these things.
Their reasoning is that the Legion bug made the game unplayable while with Breakdown, a game can still end.

the funny part is that the game can still end bcuz the legion can just kill them and then they can just quit

Pretty much. Considering that no one really used Breakdown unless they were going for adept Jeff, it wouldn't really be that difficult to ban people for abusing the Breakdown bug.
The killer can also just quit if they have no hooks.

Because you can still end the game with Breakdown Bug. Double Blade you couldn't.

Double blades bug made it LITERALLY impossible for survivors to win or even DO anything else except mending. The survs were totally POWERLESS in this situation.
Breakout bug makes it impossible to hook, but the killer can still win with basement hooks or just letting them bleed out. No mither makes that harder, of course, but still, they eventually will bleed out. The killer is not powerless here.
