No, he moves at the same speed as most other killers. Press F1 in the select killer menu and you'll be able to go through each killer and see their movement speed
he's a 115% like most others.He might seem faster cause of his height
He is shorter, like others have mentioned. Happens with legion and pig. Also Freddward can slow you down, which might also make him seem faster.

Fire Up can make him pretty fast at doing stuff when multiple gens have popped. Also, NOED.
Most Killers (including Freddy) move at the same speed. A small number move a bit slower (Huntress, Hag, Spirit), Myers moves slower than that while in Tier 1 Evil Within (but moves like most Killers beyond that), and Nurse is the only Killer who walks slower than a Survivor (not counting blinking).

Cannibal- 4.6m/s or 115%
Nightmare- 4.6m/s or 115%
Pig- 4.6m/s or 115%
Clown- 4.6m/s or 115%
Spirit- 4.4m/s

Two surprises here,
The nurse moves that fast? Thought she was slower than the slow killers?
And spirit moves that fast? She's almost regular speed. That's good to know!
Hag and huntress move at 4.4 m/s. Tier 1 Myers walks at 4.2 m/s. Nurse walks at just under 4.0 m/s, or 95 percent.
Nurse and Myers are definitely incorrect. Nurse moves somewhere around 98% and Myers tier 1 moves at 105% if I'm not mistaken.
I'll be perfectly honest, those two are really the big two I'm iffy on. I was just reading off of the character stats in game. Thank you guys for clearing it up further though.
3.8m/s is not 110%. Nurse default speed is not 110% its 96%, tier 1 Myers is 4.2m/s or 105%. 4.4 m/s = 110% movement speed

What about comparing him to others at a loop? Wouldn't he be faster than the oni and the demogorgon because of his thinner collision box?

All killers have the same hitboxes, just as the survivors are all the same. Different models.
