I've developed a chapter concept around the idea of a werewolf as a killer. I've come up with some solid ideas for a new killer, new survivor, 3 new perks for each of them, as well as a map and backstory for the lore. While Touhou could be made into a full chapter, especially with it's lore before the soft reboot of Touhou 10 (and I will probably post my ideas for those at some point), a cosmetic collaboration seems more realistic. this would be a licensed killer based off of spooky from spooky’s jumpscare mansion. The idea would be spooky herself and the main mechanic would be her placing traps (mainly the little cardboard jumpscares that would cause a loud noise when triggered) and her bigger abilities would have to do with the other entities in the game.
