There should be a perk called "Short Circuit" that regresses the gates. But unlike Ruin, it should not be a Hex (Ruin also shouldn't be a hex).

Slippery meat + luck offerings
without offerings, chance to NOT escape is 0.96^6 (failing 4% 6 times) so around 78.3%. Opposite of that is your chance to escape so ~21.7%
with luck offerings:
Slightly = 1% is 26.5% chance to escape
Moderately = 2% is 31.0% chance to escape
Considerably = 3% is 35.4% chance to escape
You can go even further ahead, and add perk Up the ante, if it gives you additional +3% of luck on top of +3% from offering, it will be 46.9% chance to escape.
What on earth are these equations

20% is 5 times 4%. So if you were to attempt to escape, you would have a 1/5 chance of escape, which is way too much.
It isn't. You and others just want an easy automatic 2nd hook.
-
@Todgeweiht said:
No! 20% would be to much.
No. You factually have no idea how bad 20% chance actually is. But at least it's not ######### compared to 4%.
-
@Sonzaishinai said:
3 tries of 4% means you have ~11,5% to get off
3 tries of 20% is roughly 49%
Do we really want survivors to unhook themself 50% of the time, people would just always try it and then suicide if they didn't get lucky
Simply a horrible idea
Except they don't add up. You don't get a 40% chance on 2nd hook for example.

I think the 60% is from the fact you have 3 attempts, the only thing I'm confused is why they didnt refer to the 4% as 12% in that case
But that evaluation is still incorrect. It's 20% 3x. You have 3 chances to unhook yourself with a 20% chance. If the chances were really added up, you'd have a 40% chance 2nd try; 60% on 3rd -- this is not the case.

@Duniek94 said:
Pff maybe add 50% + rest of 2nd chances perk u are crazy dude go play vs rank 1 survivors if u are not spirit nurse or freddy
20% is crazy to you huh

And so would saving survivors if they had a 60% chance of pulling themselves off, 4% is fine, play with a team if you want to be saved.
There is no 60%. 20% is better than 4%, but it's not an outstanding chance.

No, run deliverance or bring luck offerings.
Deliverance won't be on every character you want to play as that has your best set up.
Luck offerings are 99.9% pointless.

It's not that hard of a counter though, Spine Chill doesn't tell you direction like Premonition so you'll end up running into the Killer sometimes.

Hex: Undying allows other hexes to respawn. It's factually the best Hex perk because of this fact.

When is there going to be the OP Survivor; more OP than Blendette: the midget guy!!

NEW KILLER: LE MONKEY
Le Monkey go "Ooh!" and Survivor go "Aah!"
Then Le Monkey give Survivor le banana -- then Survivor go to Le Banana Heaven.

Killers:
-Invulnerable and can damage opponents
-10-15% faster than the other side
-Even if you are going to lose/are losing your power and zoning only gets better in most scenarios as more resources are used by survivors and you still have at least a small chance to snowball at all points in the game. Especially when doing objectives limits the areas survivors can be in while still being useful
-Requires 4 different people to queue up to satisfy 1 person's game
Survivors:
-Only offensive option is to be good at chases and get the killer to chase you, which the killer can just choose not to do and feed off of the lowest hanging fruit
-Can be downed and not able to play the game temporarily, or permanently if the killer desires it
-10-15% slower than the other side
-Snowballing after losing is very rare. It becomes very easy to tell when you are going to win or lose based on when the first 2 downs happen compared to the amount of objectives done
-Random teammates can completely get rid of all resources on one side of the map and still get killed quickly, which gives the killer pressure and mostly nullifies your personal skill on that side of the map, pray they also don't 3 gen you on that same side
"pwetty pwease give us a camera advantage wearing headphones and tracking is hard"
Tracking based on sound is dog #########.
Scratch marks are consistently misleading.
Looking around an angle leads to motion blur and not being able to see things properly for 2 seconds.

Could you say why they need some camera advantage?
The FP camera puts the scenery too close to your perception that it can cause motion blur.

What brought you to the conclusion that Killers NEED camera advantages?
Playing as one. FP camera can actually screw you over.

@Almo said:

This is correct.
The camera difference is one of the most important aspects of DBD. The Killer is a predator and the Survivors are prey. The cameras help shape their behavior along those lines by modelling in a gameplay way how real predators and prey interact.
Well then experiment with a camera angle like this. Killers do need at least some camera advantage.
-
@PrettyFaceKate said:
It would be gamebreaking.
There needs to be experimentation to improve something.

Killer being in FP while survivor is in TP is built into the balance of the game. You wouldn't be able to give killers the advantages of TP without a drastic overhaul on basically the entire game...
This game needs a drastic overhaul in the first place.

Tire but then it also gives a advantage to the killer being able to see around corners and easier to see some hiding in the grass and stuff when they cannot tell if your watching them and you can see them before a match when there equipped
3rd person camera isn't that astounding to where you could see a survivor crouch behind some bushes all the time. You could so even in 1st person. But Killers do need the advantage of seeing around corners via camera, instead of doings so via moving around. Would stop losing survivors in a chase somewhat.

All gens but one, should be blocked off for a minute at the start of every trial.

Yeah it’s pretty common. Tbh I hate it because it’s too slow & wastes time.
Finding a team mate to be healed without Bond, takes more time. And there's high chance going from gen to gen, the Killer will down you. Or you get to a Survivor, but they are chased by the Killer. So many times I've wondered around looking for a team mate, but none at a gen as they were being chased, or wandering around opposite side.
-
Killer better be a video game monster again. Otherwise it will be boring getting another film Killer (unless it's Alien).

lol #########? then you are awfull as kiler you should be able to win at least 7/8 of 10 matches otherwise you need to get better at the game. you are not going against insane 4 man with thousands of hours every game and if u are on steam then dodge those lobbys or bring an ebony for those very especific situations, the game is killer sided WHEN you play against solos, is extremely rare to lose agaisnt solos even at red ranks the problem are SWF, but not all of them.
I'm always getting SWF. Also I just know you tunnel, etc, given how you implied it's so easy to play as Killer.

Always expect to not win 9x out of 10 as Killer.

It was meant to be rhetorical. There's no "system error" that can take your credit card and input the details on your computer. Someone made a purchase with your information and it's not on any company to make sure you don't leave your credit card lying around.
No. To clear up:
1) I'm on PS4
2) I tried to buy auric cells, but it said there was a problem with my card. There wasn't since I bought PS4 Theme and 1 pack of 1080 (or is it 1000?) auric cells no problem. All other packs said there was a card error. It said this too when I tried buying the 1080 pack again. So I only received 1080 cells. But then I find out, despite the "error", I had lost around £40. No way somebody used my credit card physically when it's my possession or even used it digitally so coincidentally - at the same time - I tried to kept buying packs.
-
Spine Chill is my favourite Survivor perk. I don't have a favourite Killer perk, because almost all, are fng useless (where the ones that are 'good' still don't really help for me to call any, 'a favourite')

What kind of system error puts your credit card details in the game/Steam/whatever?
Not sure really.
-
You forgot not giving refunds. No company should be allowed not to give refunds. If there's ever a system error where unauthorised payment is done for example, you can't get refunded which is ######### greedy.

Seriously. Do you actually believe what you originally wrote?
Extra gen repair time, is little insurance to the killer. No more than 2 people on a gen is completely fine. Gens are being done quickly with 2 people at a time anyway, but stopping 3-4 people repairing a gen is completely fair. Let me walk you, through every killer match. Killer chases 1 person, downs them, 1 gen is done. They hook, hunt down another and 1 gen is done or 2. In around 5 minutes, 2-3 gens are already done. Having 8 gens is completely balanced. It stops survivors dominating almost.
And the kicker is, there should be only 2 gens left for finishing last gen -- NOT 3. 3 to patrol is totally unfair. This game is completely Survivor sided and as soon as someone like me talks about nerfing this bs, people like you think they have any right to complain. What audacity. I'm a survivor main myself, PRECISELY because the game is survivor sided. Maps are a huge problem too. Some maps are too big. Worst of all is most killer perks are total ds.

So it wasnt bait??? Omg
"So it wasn't bait??? Someone wants to take away the easiness for me??? OMG"
-
Survivors should have to repair a total of 8 generators. And no more than two should be allowed on 1 gen, at a time. PLUS, generator repair time should be increased by a minute.
-
All generators should not allow more than two people on them at a time.
All generators' repair time should be increased by an extra minute.
After a kicking a Generator, no Survivor can start repairing that gen again for 10 seconds; The Entity blocks it.
Corrupt Intervention should not be a perk, but an in-game mechanic. 3 Generators every match in the beginning, should be blocked off by The Entity, but for 60 seconds only.
When picking up a downed Survivor, the Generator with the most progression should be blocked off (kicking any survivors on it) for 15 seconds, by The Entity.
Exit Gates' progression should regress if left alone: from 99% to 75%, 75% to 50%, 50%, to 25% or 25% to 0%. Preferably instantly imo.

Springtrap doesn't look cool, doesn't have anything cool to it, not even popular outside FNAF fan base. Nobody's going to be really excited for, or care, about a goof looking mf. People would care more if the frigging Frost Spider from Skyrim was a killer.

I hate having to wait to do each level of a tome. Why on Earth do we need to wait like 2 weeks per level, to do more challenges- just have all challenges unlocked!
