Old MacMillan Estate <3
I started with the SAW chapter, so this lighting brings back a lot of memories for me.
I think the dark atmosphere of that time is lacking in current DbD. -

Here was a 4 gen situation I had a week or so ago on Pale Rose. If the Chucky played it right we would have never gotten out of it. Swamp has so much empty space that could be gen spawns and it just never works that way.
Everything about this map is bad, the killer items and Gens spawn locations are all broken.
This is probably because the map is old and has never been updated. -

To be fair to Skull Merchant, she wasn't the only killer capable of doing what we called 'gen-locking' or '3 genning'. It's just she was the most effective at it due to a variety of factors, namely her base power and addons that affected generator skillchecks.
Knight was one of the other killers who could do it quite effectively due to guards forcing survivors away from gens and the fact Knight could immediately boot survivors off gens forcefully with the guard's gen kick.
Singularity is also one of the Killers who in the current state of the game could do it quite easily with his power.
The system is basically a way to stop matches from dragging on for an eternity. I recently had a match where the last 3 generators were all quite literally in plain view of one another and the Killer kept repeatedly kicking them. If not for the system this could have continued for so much longer than it did.
The fact that three generators are within sight of each other is, to begin with, a problem of poor map design.
Maps like Glenvale, Sanctum of Wrath, and Azarov's Resting Place are clear examples of this poor design.
This system works well if you play toxically on these maps, but I don't like how you can get punished for just playing normally. -

i dont think this system will ever go out, she was the most toxic on that, but not the only one, the knight is right there, and they can bring more trigen heavy killers too, so, i believe its here to stay… Anyway, its bad designed
It doesn't need to be removed, but it does need to be improved.

Wesker should walk in a cooler way, and Nemesis looks good with a heavy walk like Mr. X.
-
Kaneki continues to suffer, the Oni is raging, and the Deathslinger continues to soil the ground.

My friend, there are upwards of 10 whole killer add-on SETS that need some real buffs.
Just to name a few, Nemesis, Pyramid Head, Houndmaster, Hag, Myers, Bubba, Unknown and Deathslinger all need some updating to their add-ons for one reason or another.
I think those addons also need buffs. Especially Pyramid Head.
However, I'm a Huntress main and I remember the wording when Knotted Rope was nerfed, so I narrowed it down to those two. -

Shiny Pin shouldn’t even be an add on it needs to be basekit. ZERO reason for Huntress to move at 77% when holding a hatchet. Nurse moves at 86% and is the strongest in the game. Huntress has loops in the game where she can’t even use her power no matter how good you are.
But survivors puked and threw a fit when they tried to increase her speed. Even though they shadow nerfed her because she used to move at 110% while readying a hatchet and would drop to 77% when it could be thrown. As proven by a user on these forums who was promptly ignored.
Her belt add ons are even worse. 3% haste for 5 seconds after landing a hit? Which is actually 3% for 3 seconds because it takes 2 seconds to recover. It’s a joke.
Huntress is really bad in the Raccoon City/Thompson House loops.
I'm in favor of making it a base kit, but it'll be difficult. -

The number value has not been changed. It will only change where you can fully heal from medkit and not. Which is in my opinion fine with one-time heal. Combo of self care and botany (as you said popular on asia) will still be 85 % heal value.
The combo with medkits was problematic and a penalty was imposed, so I don't agree with this adjustment.
By the way, Self-Care and Botany have a heal value of 52%. -
He was in cold sleep during the Legion chapter.
-
Buffing Botany is a wrong choice.
It's a T1 perk in Asia and has great potential on other servers too. -
-5% basespeed increase during crawler
I don't really agree with this. Combine this change with the turret nerf and no one will be able to stop Xeno.
Revert the turret nerf and tail attack. I think this is enough for now. -
This map has always been terrible. Use Old Haddonfield as a 2v8 map and don't spawn in 1v4.
-
When an attack is about to hit, it's a bit strange to say "The attack will hit, so please fix it."
-
The add-on effect definitely won't come back, but I think it would be ok to remove the one-time condition from the current effect, since Ruin has already been nerfed.
-
The range seems short, but it doesn't bother me.
I don't think it's OP even when facing it as a survivor, it's just right. -
OK Let's go slugging meta.
-
If the cooldown and countdown are adjusted carelessly, it could end up becoming Good Guy ver. 2.
I think this adjustment proposal is great. -
These were apparently intentional, to make it harder for the killer to hear the survivors' footsteps.
-
A thread for sweaty survivors
-
It's not strong enough to make much of a fuss on Asia servers. It would be interesting if all killers were this strong.
-
I really like this character, both in terms of concept and worldview, but his abilities are a bit outdated. I've always wished he'd get the following buffs:
- The Trapper starts the game with all of the traps.
- A difficult skill check is required to disarm a trap (if you fail, you take damage).
-
Their ideal rework has been taken by Houndmaster, so it may be best to remove them from the game.
-
If only they'd remove the Chainsaw Scream...
-
Come back call of brine
-
You want dance emotes like in Fortnite? Probably not.
-
This is a machine translated text, so there may be some inaccuracies.
The nerf to the Xenomorph should be reverted. Increasing the pressure of the already strong turrets seems insane. -
Oh, this is a curse.
-
I honestly don't understand why this perk got nerfed. It's just as stupid as the nerf of Batteries Included.
-
Maybe the VR add-on is just too strong? Other than that, there doesn't seem to be any problem. The wolf form needs a buff.
-
There's no point in using it when it only slows down by around 10%.
It's still like this even now at 20%. It's not hard to imagine. -
Additionally, tunneling is not a strong strategy.
The two of you can repair the gen for free. So what's the point? If you keep tunneling, you'll complete 5 gens in no time.
If you draw an ally who doesn't know the rules, too bad.
-
DS, OTR, please use them. Survivors have a number of OP perks.
-
I don't think Unknown needed any changes. His kill rate is just right and he has some counters to his abilities.
-
All the survivors are specialists in disarming traps, but this doesn't seem realistic.
I think you need to make a skill check to disarm the trap, and if you fail it you get one level of injury. -
The old DH was no fun with instant sprint bursts.
The new DH is risky so it makes sense. -
We need a buff to the hook.
But as long as slugging is prevalent, Survivor mains will keep making noise. -
killer meta perk : nerfed
suv meta perk : basekit -
buff hook
-
Why would you want to buff such a powerful and popular perk?
-
I agree.
Playing Killer after playing Valorant makes me feel like I'm doing 720 trick shots. -
Do you know what he's called in Asia? Octopus.
-
Remove M1 in Stage 1
-
There's nothing wrong with Huntress, in fact she's just not a strong killer in the current meta.
-
Huntress is not OP, just highly used.
There is no need to remove the buff. -
In fact, Hag doesn't need to be 4.4 unless it's an ultra rare build.
-
Lol ok I'll use knockout build
-
With all these changes in place, who will play as the Killer?
