Amusement park where certain rides can function when a gen is completed nearby
-
Resident Evil is one of my dream chapters. The others are Alien and Outlast. Slim chance for an Outlast chapter but it’s still nice to imagine in my head 😪
-
At least Blight and Wraith got fixes. I’ve been enjoying them more.
-
I would be scared at first, but then after experiencing too many solo queue trials with terrible teammates, I would rage and end up becoming the next Killer.
-
Both Blight’s and Twin’s chapters just felt extremely rushed. I’m glad they’re changing their ways of teasing chapters because them just posting short video clips was starting to get really boring. Hopefully this update (not including bugs) is worth all the excitement and waiting.
-
Recently they’ve been doing two realms at once so maybe Coldwind and Haddonfield? The reason I say Haddonfield is because recently the devs renewed their license with the holders of Halloween so it could have something to do with the map updates. Coldwind, Swamp, and Haddonfield massively need updates though as they’re pretty outdated and gameplay usually isn’t fun on those maps.

I'd love to shapeshift into a locker. Go ahead, Dwight. Get in... 😈
Work on this totem! It’s definitely not going to attack you...

I have an evil idea. The Killer disguises themself into the new Survivor. 👀
Coming to help you on the generator... No, she transforms into a fox! It was the Killer!!
(Actually, I don't know how it could work to be fair, but I like the idea.)
I really like that shapeshift into another survivor idea but in a SWF... the Killer would be pretty much useless :(
-
I was playing Blight and rushed into a tree while swinging my weapon at the same time; I slid right off of the tree and ended up landing a hit I was totally not expecting to get. Blight definitely has great opportunities for some crazy plays.
-
Blight’s menu theme gives off Outlast vibes and really makes me want an Outlast chapter for the game.
-
Thank you for posting this. I hope bhvr gets their crap together soon because I really don’t want this game to die. They better catch their mistakes now before it gets even worse.

Which platform are you playing?
I’m on ps4 pro
-
Demogorgon & Oni because they’re tanks and actually make me feel big and scary. Pig is another favorite because I always have chill matches as her. Lastly, Deathslinger just cause I destroy with him. :)
-
Rotten Fields and Fractured Cowshed are the WORST!
-
As killer, my matches can last anywhere from 5-30 minutes depending on the survivors. (Yes I have had a 30 minute match before and it was because the last two survivors were hiding really well on the Yamaoka Estate map and refused to touch a gen.)
As survivor, my matches are exactly where I want them to be: 10-15 minutes.
10-15 minutes should be how every match goes for both killer and survivor. Anything below that is just boring and usually results in everyone getting lower points. But anything above 15 just drags on and becomes exhausting.
-
Huntress did grow some real fur on her body if you look at her Hallowed Blight cosmetic so it could be possible that the Alchemist gets some too. I don’t think it would be a full monster transformation though. Just a giant, partially mutated guy in a cloak with some massive claws as a weapon. Maybe he’ll grow some entity-like appendages out of his back that drip serum.
-
My game would always lag whenever I got stunned by a pallet or whenever I went to hook someone. Also for some reason, survivors that vaulted through windows would cause a massive lag spike to occur and I’d lose track of them. I wasn’t sure if it was my internet connection or if it was the crossplay. It didn’t start happening until crossplay was enabled so i’m going to assume it’s that.
-
Yeah he does especially when a survivor breaks free from the speargun or when he swings his weapon. It’s also pretty cool how he laughs after kicking a pallet/generator or when he lands a hit on a survivor. Best voice acting out of the killers imo along with Plague and Oni.
-
I’ve played 4 matches as killer today, and let me tell you...matchmaking has been the best. Opponents are challenging to face, but nothing ridiculous. There was one game where two survivors managed to escape with a key, but I still took it as a win since I had the highest points out of everyone. Ranks have been the same color as mine and I’ve only seen one or two red ranks in a match compared to the usual three or four. So yeah, it’s been real great and I’m definitely going to keep playing!
-
It’s possible. I’m pretty sure I did catch a speed hacker during a match as Oni today. Was walking towards the gen they were working on and saw her zoom behind a rock at an ungodly speed. I wasn’t sure if it was lag or not, but it happened again a few minutes later. She crouched behind a rock and when I went over to check, she was completely gone. It wasn’t Urban Evasion because I checked all around the rock to make sure and I didn’t see any scratch marks. She ended up escaping with a key in the end. :/
-
Crossplay is coming out in a few days which means queue times will (hopefully) be a lot shorter if you have it enabled.
-
Same happened to me on Ps4. I just tried closing the game and reopening it and everything successfully came back.

i believe this is already a known bug in the bug reports section, in which case just upvote the post. if not then create a new report. a bug is a bug, regardless of how many people are affected.
Ah ok, I should’ve checked the bug section before creating a post. Thank you though!

One day, that Nurse tier will be at the very top...I hope.
Also hope to get better as Pyramid Head cause he seems very fun. I just suck at applying pressure with him and I can’t hit anyone with his ranged attack :(
-
I find all games that I play during the day are fun, relaxed, and full of laughs for both survivor and killer. However, after 10:00 it seems the game turns into a huge toxic tunnel, Mori, flashlight clicking party that just becomes too frustrating to play. I wish it wasn’t this way or else I would play more. But yeah, I agree that weekends also get pretty bad and I tend to avoid playing those days and especially at night.
And i’m sorry for all the bullies and toxic killers/survivors you’ve encountered. It’s just a downside that comes with every online game pretty much.
-
I absolutely love Oni. He has such a great backstory, an amazing power, and I love how powerful I feel walking around maps with him. He also has great snowball potential which is why I use Infectious Fright on him. Plus, who wouldn’t enjoy playing as a giant, angry Japanese monster who smacks people with a massive katana? Imo, he also has the best cosmetics (which i’ve definitely spent the most money on lol).
I also really like Deathslinger and I especially love his map. I think his map is the best in the game. His power is extremely fun to use and it feels rewarding to get shots you never thought you could get.
Demogorgon is my third favorite. He’s kinda weak in higher ranks, but running around as a giant teleporting creature is fun. I just wish the devs added more Upside Down into his power. Hitting nearly impossible Shred attacks? Feels absolutely amazing.
And Hag. I just like using her power and being able to pull off some really cool mindgames. I also like to meme around with her Purple add on that deafens survivors (I forget the name).
Those are the killers I main mostly. I’m just getting into Nurse, but so far it has been pretty tough with her.
EDIT: Also forgot to mention Piggy cause she’s cute and you get nose booped a lot.

Nah that's weak and just prolongs the game. What are you guys scared your feelings will get hurt? Because that's the message you send. I always show up and escort them out when that happens. Just play along and give them that close escape from the monster they so desperately crave. Who knows, you may even end up bagging one. Got me a dwight dancing at the line with a perfect nurse blink once.
Yeah true, it does give extra chase points for both sides and you have a slight chance at catching someone which is pretty exciting lol. Op should give it a try sometime.
-
Just don’t show up at the exit gates. Find some pallets to break around the map or depending on the Killer you’re playing you can use your power to get some extra points. Eventually they’ll leave either from the EGC timer or once they realize you aren’t gonna show up.
-
Demogorgon: Make its footsteps and portals quieter. Also have the undetectable status effect last longer. Maybe add the Deep Wound status to the Shred attack as well?
Pig: Make her ambush roar start when she’s already charging or make it map wide to confuse survivors.
Legion: Missing an attack in FF no longer reduces the power gauge completely. Have FF last longer because it’s pretty much useless on bigger maps when survivors spread out.
Wraith: Uncloak time is reduced or he’s slightly faster while uncloaking. His shimmer is harder to detect while he’s invisible.
-
Solo survivor is actually fun and exhilarating. Kindred should be basekit. Midwich is a very nice map with sick easter eggs. All killers are viable, some are just harder to use because of their different play styles. New Ruin is a good perk.

Recently, we have been getting power reworks or killers that have amazing anti loop potential, that makes looping irrelevant. We had oni, where in his power, he denies almost every loop besides shorter loops and long walls. After Oni we had the gunslinger, who can shoot over most tiles and can reel survivors in, if he can see them. We got pyramid head after gunslinger, who can shoot through walls and deny loops entirely. Now, we have new Bubba, who has amazing anti loop potential, without denying loops. I think the devs are trying to push for less looping in the game. With powers like this, I think looping will be non meta, and instead pre throwing pallets will be the meta. Just my opinion though.
Stealth becoming more popular would make the game so much better in my opinion. Survivor matches would finally feel like a true horror game instead of just an endless running & looping simulator. However, this would also lead to a rise in Doctor players since he is the perfect counter to stealth and looping. Maybe a buff to stealth or a Doctor nerf would help with that? Still, I really can’t wait for those graphic updates!

How can you spend 700$ on the game? Is there even that much DLC?
I fully believe that considering how much Auric Cells cost

Hoping for shirtless cosmetics for these killers one day: Legion, Trapper, Ghostface, & Myers.

Definitely keep BBQ and STBFL. For the last two perks you can use Corrupt Intervention if you want to keep generators from popping while you place down portals and you can use Pop Goes The Weasel. If you want, you can substitute one of those with Make Your Choice, Discordance, or even Devour Hope (which I think is one of the BEST Hex perks.) Also if you want to get rid of BBQ later on you can put in Thrilling Tremors and use portals to travel to the generator you know is being worked on. The only downside to this perk is the cool down it has which is too long imo.
It seems you already have good add-ons, but I’d like to mention Deer Lung which increases your teleportation speed by 40%. Survivors won’t expect you to come out of your portals so fast. Rat Tail and Rat Liver is another good combination and both are easy to get since they’re both common.
Let me know if you need any other Demo tips! :)

Hes just a few tweaks away from being truly formidable.
Now, Im sure some of you dont agree with my opinions on Slinger buffs, so this time, I thought Id ask the community in general. How would you buff our only gunslinger?
To address people saying "he has no counterplay". Look behind you during a chase. Break LoS. Take advantage of his terrible footspeed. Old Legion was the worst killer in the game, but had "no counterplay"
I’ve seen so many people say that Slinger is closer to bottom tier but I think he’s about mid to low B-tier. It’s true he doesn’t have great map pressure but with the right perks (STBFL) plus great aim, he can end chases pretty fast. However, I don’t think he needs a buff at all since he’s already extremely powerful in chases.

All farm maps because they seriously suck and it seems like they’re the only maps i’ve been getting lately, Dead Hard because it never freakin works for me as survivor and it’s absolute ######### to go against as killer, and lastly the ranking system.
-
I do play Ghosty a lot and what i’ve found out is that his Night Shroud ability is better used to mind game during chases than to use for exposing someone. I usually only use the expose ability when I know there’s more than one person on a generator so that way I can expose multiple people at once and hopefully get more than one down. If you’re going to try and expose someone, always come up to the generator at unexpected angles where survivors normally wouldn’t look. Also, if you’re chasing a healthy survivor with Night Shroud activated, you can try to expose them while in the chase by peeking around walls to get a quicker down.
A perk that I find really useful for Ghostface is I’m All Ears which already comes with him. Use Night Shroud in a chase and if the survivor vaults the perk shows off their aura and you can easily surprise hit them with your power since there’s no heartbeat and no red stain. Ghost face also lacks map pressure a lot so you need massive slowdown perks whether it’s a slowdown for healing or a slowdown on generators. A Nurse’s Calling works extremely well. Pair that with Sloppy Butcher and it makes downing survivors a lot easier while they’re being healed. I would recommend Whispers Tier 3 on him as well to make tracking survivors easier. Maybe even Corrupt Intervention if you can unlock it from Plague cause it is an extremely good slowdown perk for early game.

I agree. Some killers definitely aren't on par with the others and need to be buffed or reworked. Legion is crippled if survivors split up and remain distant from each other. He really just becomes an M1 killer at that point. Clown too needs to be looked at. I mean look at hillbilly, the guy can zoom across the map in seconds and insta down survivors which is easy to do with his chainsaw. There's a huge gap in potential between some killers, no doubt.
Clown definitely needs a big fix. His recent buff was small but it was a step in the right direction. Hopefully they’ll do more for him in the next midchapter update along with the other weaker killers!
-
Both Red Forest maps are pretty terrible, but Mother’s Dwelling is definitely the worst. Most killers tend to struggle on that map which shows how much a rework is needed for it. I think that would solve the issue for not only Pyramid Head, but the rest of the killers as well. It surprised me how they didn’t include a rework for that map in the last mid chapter update.

If I may ask, (I’m new here. Just signed up yesterday) where did these sudden FNaF speculations come from? Was something teased by the FNaF creator?
